Distance learning education in the Crimea. Training and professional development

From September 20 to September 23, 2016 on the basis of the Scientific and Methodological Educational Center for Distance Education of the Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy (branch) of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “KFU. IN AND. Vernadsky” in Yalta, the I All-Russian scientific and practical Internet conference “Distance educational technologies” was held. The conference was held online with the universities of St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Stavropol, Maykop.

At the plenary session, which took place on the first day of the conference, the Deputy Director for Scientific Activities of the State Pedagogical University, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Professor Elena Yurievna Ponomareva delivered a welcoming speech:

“Distance educational technologies are very relevant, very necessary and expedient in the modern world. Our university uses them quite widely, as we have students with disabilities. With the development of inclusive education, more specialties have appeared in the Academy, in which students with various nosologies study, so such technologies often save and help. Also, this type of study will provide an opportunity to gain knowledge for people who cannot attend a university. Distance learning technologies are the future,” Elena Yuryevna noted.

Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Informatics and Information Technology of the State Pedagogical University, Deputy Chairman of the Conference Program Committee Viktoriya Nikolaevna Taran emphasized the need for distance education for students who are unable to attend classes:

“For a student and a teacher, distance courses of disciplines, which involve various ways of feedback, can be called a very convenient way of contact during training. The constant acceleration of the pace of life sometimes does not allow a student such a luxury as attending classes, in addition, the road to an educational institution often takes a long time, which a working person is sorely lacking. Distance education helps to solve this need for new knowledge that increases the competence of a specialist.”

Honorary guests read out their reports: Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Information Security of the St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University “LETI” named after V.I. Ulyanov (Lenin) Petrenko Sergey Anatolyevich; Director of the Institute of Information Technologies, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Chelyabinsk State University Andrey Melnikov; Head of the Department of Automated Information Processing and Control Systems, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Adyghe State University Buchatsky Pavel Yurievich; Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Informatics of the North Caucasus Federal University Pankratova Olga Petrovna, as well as a 4th year student of the State Pedagogical University of the direction of training "Applied Informatics" Osyka Victoria.

modern technologies E-Learning; distance technologies in inclusive education; telecommunication systems and computer networks, etc.

In Crimea, it opens up an opportunity for entrepreneurs and citizens living on the territory of the Russian Federation to receive training in various areas.

Students have access to advanced training and retraining in many areas. We guarantee a high level of knowledge and accessibility of the material. When concluding an agreement for the receipt of educational services, it is possible to consider the provision of a discount.

Upon completion of the educational process, each student of the course receives a state-issued certificate confirming his competence and qualification level.

It is possible to go through the educational process in various formats, but distance learning can be called the most relevant. It does not provide for a break from production and allows the student to take courses in a convenient place and at any time. The listener receives access to the personal account after the conclusion of the contract.

The cost of studying at an educational center depends on many factors, which include:

  • chosen direction;
  • form of education;
  • the number of trainees (when concluding an agreement for the training of a group of persons).

Crimean Regional Training Center

The educational center in Crimea has a license to provide educational services on the territory of the Russian Federation. Each program developed on the basis of the center undergoes mandatory approval by the supervisory authorities that control the industry.

  • different nature of occurrence;
  • and much more.

The areas of study and course programs are drawn up in full accordance with the norms and requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The issued certificates of the state standard, which the student receives upon completion of the course and the result of the final work, are valid throughout the country.

Advantages of distance and individual learning formats

Education in Simferopol is available in three relevant formats: full-time, remotely and individually. In practice, we can safely say that the full-time form is rarely popular. This is primarily due to the fact that the training is aimed at established professionals who have a permanent job, which is quite difficult for them to leave for a certain number of hours.

Distance learning in the Crimea is designed to simplify the acquisition of relevant material without losing its quality. Our educational center has developed the necessary elements for completing advanced training courses:

  • Personal account and user-friendly interface. Each student has his own personal account, which stores all the materials he needs to complete the educational course. Access is unlimited and available to the listener at any time.
  • The level of education. The teaching staff includes only practicing specialists with up-to-date knowledge in various fields.
  • Full compliance with state standards. To obtain a license or join an SRO, you need to have a document of a state standard, indicating the level of education.

An effective distance learning education system in Crimea in 2017-2018, taking into account the dynamism of the regulatory framework and the development of industries, allows students to receive high-quality information necessary for growth.

The "Passing Score" column shows the average passing score for one exam (the minimum total passing score divided by the number of exams).

What is it and why is it important?

Admission to the university is based on the results of the Unified State Examination (for each exam, you can score a maximum of 100 points). When enrolling, individual achievements are also taken into account, such as the final school essay (gives a maximum of 10 points), an excellent student's certificate (6 points) and the TRP badge (4 points). In addition, some universities are allowed to take an additional exam in a specialized subject for the chosen specialty. For some specialties, it is also required to pass a professional or creative exam. You can also score a maximum of 100 points for each additional exam.

Passing score for any specialty at a particular university is the minimum total score with which an applicant was enrolled during the last admission campaign.

In fact, we know with what points it was possible to enter last year. But, unfortunately, no one knows with what score you can enter this or next year. This will depend on how many applicants and with what scores they will apply for this specialty, as well as on how many state-funded places will be allocated. Nevertheless, knowing the passing scores allows you to assess your chances of admission with a high degree of probability, so it is worth focusing on them, this is important.
