  • setting up a free virtual dopdf printer;
  • processing the bank of FIPI tasks with the selection of the necessary elements;
  • switch to held jobs and print them to a PDF file;
  • clearing the results and repeating the procedure with another section.

Recently, interruptions in the work of the FIPI Open Banks of Assignments, both the Unified State Examination and the GIA, have become more frequent. This is most likely caused by a large number of requests, and as a result, server overload. Many teachers and students expect to use bank materials in their work, but such frequent problems with accessibility significantly complicate learning, frustrate training plans, spoil nerves ... After all, changing a pre-formed training plan right during a lesson is not only not convenient, but also negatively affects on the effectiveness of training. At the same time, electronic shells of banks do not allow, having worked with sections once, to save the selected tasks to a file, so that later it would not be necessary to contact the bank again. Let's figure it out how you can easily print any amount of materials not on paper, but in a familiar pdf file, and then confidently use them at work.

Attention! Job banks have been improved and look slightly different from those in the pictures below. But the essence of printing to a PDF file does not change from this: you also need to install a virtual printer; choose the tasks you need; print on virtual. printer to a file. See below for details

Installing the free doPDF Virtual Printer

Drivers for some conventional printers (laser and inkjet) have the ability to print to a pdf file, and if your printer is one of them, then you can skip this step. But most printers do not have this capability. Therefore, printing to pdf requires the installation of a special program - a virtual pdf printer. I recommend that you use the free doPDF pdf printer, which you can download and install from the program's official website. Website address dopdf.com. You can go to the site and click the "Download Now" button in the upper left corner to follow the download and installation (required in this article will be highlighted in red),

or you can immediately download the printer via a direct link: http://www.dopdf.com/download/setup/dopdf-7.exe

After downloading, run the file and follow the installation instructions. If you check the "Make doPDF 7 default printer" checkbox during installation, you will no longer have to select the desired printer when printing to a file. This is suitable for those users who do not have a real laser or inkjet printer connected to the computer.

Processing the bank of FIPI tasks with the selection of the necessary elements

Now you need to wait until the Open bank of tasks for the desired subject is available, and select the desired tasks of the section. To do this, go to the task bank, USE or GIA, open the section on the subject and work through it by clicking the "Delay task" button under the necessary tasks.

Jump to held jobs and print them to a PDF file

In the print settings window that opens, check that the doPDF printer is being used. If you have a different printer by default, change it to doPDF and click "print" at the bottom.

In the next window, you can choose where the pdf file will be saved (by default, in the user's documents folder), and change the file name.

Everything! The results of working with the section of the Open Task Bank are saved in a convenient PDF file, with all the formulas and pictures. Now you can safely count on the use of these tasks when preparing in electronic form - dependencies on whether the site is overloaded at the time you need no more. As there is no need to print a pile of sheets on paper and the need for an Internet connection at the workplace. PDF files can be saved to a flash drive and transferred to any computer.

Clearing the results and repeating the procedure with another section

Since there are several sections for each subject, it is convenient to save the tasks of the Open Bank in several files, naming them in accordance with each section. To do this, after saving the results, do not rush to exit the "Pending Tasks", but click "Clear" here:

After that, in the upper left corner, press the button in the form of a magnifying glass "Sections", and repeat the selection of the necessary tasks for further printing them to a PDF file.

Definitions:
Unified State Exam (USE)- a centrally conducted exam in Russia in secondary educational institutions - schools, lyceums and gymnasiums, a form of conducting the GIA on educational programs of secondary general education. It serves as both a final exam from school and an entrance exam to universities. When conducting an exam throughout Russia, the same type of tasks and uniform methods for assessing the quality of work performance are used. After passing the exam, all participants are issued certificates of the results of the exam (in everyday life, often called certificates), which indicate the points received in subjects. Since 2009, the USE has been the only form of final exams at school and the main form of entrance examinations to universities, while there is the possibility of retaking the USE in subsequent years. .

Main State Exam (OGE)- this is a mandatory exam at the end of the 9th grade of a secondary school in Russia, an analogue of the Unified State Examination for 11th grades. It serves to control the knowledge gained by students over 9 years, as well as for admission to institutions of secondary vocational education (colleges and technical schools). It is one of the three forms of GIA.

GIA - State final certification is a form of state control (assessment) of mastering by graduates of grades 9 (10) and 11 (12) of the basic general education programs of basic general and secondary general education in accordance with the requirements of the federal state educational standard of secondary general education.
The state final certification of 9 (10) grade graduates is carried out in the form of a unified state exam, as well as in the form of a state final exam.
The state final certification of graduates of grades 9 (10) is carried out in the form of the main state exam (OGE) using control measuring materials, which are sets of tasks in a standardized form; for certain categories of persons - in the form of written and oral exams using texts, topics, assignments, tickets (state final exam), the implementation of which allows you to set the level of development of the federal state standard of basic general education.

(2) Around against the background of glass cabinets, diagrams and tables of the physical cabinet, a stormy life was in full swing.

- (3) Well, so no one will help hammer in a nail? Galya Vishnyakova, the most beautiful girl in the school, was indignant. (4) She, along with Zinochka, could not cope with the shelf in any way. - (5) Boys, I have already knocked off all my fingers.

(6) Lyosha would very deftly hammer this nail. (7) Not a great feat, but still it would be somehow easier: universal recognition could save him from a bitter feeling of loneliness. She nodded dismissively at Vakhtang—he is taller.

(14) Lyosha looked sadly as Vakhtang, having done a few
"warm-up" movements, hit with a hammer past the nail and jumped, blowing on
bruised fingers. (15) Forgetting about Lyosha, the girls laughed favorably: Vakhtang was forgiven everything.

(16) Lyosha walked away from them with a contemptuous gesture: “This shelf of yours is waist-deep.” (17) But the gesture did not help: the bitter feeling did not pass.

(18) And suddenly, in a beam of light falling from the window, Lyosha saw a new one. (19) From an inconspicuous girl, she has now turned into the most noticeable. (20) With glasses, chocolate brown from the southern tan, girl so
smiled at him that he even looked around.

(21) But no one else, to whom this smile could be intended,

an orchestra is not easy for an unaccustomed person.

- (24) I remember, - Lyosha said carefully and, it seems, did not spoil anything.

- (25) Because I’m reading about Clairaut, and his name was Alexis.

- (26) And you are Zhenya Karetnikova, from Krasnodar, - Lyosha answered, fearing that the conversation would get stuck on the unknown Alexis.

- (27) I remember, - Zhenya said. (28) Gradually Lyosha realized that the orchestra was not performing so
difficult melody, that some liberties are possible in it, and that he, Lyosha,
also quite up to par.

- (29) Why do you look out the window all the time in class? Zhenya asked and went to Lyosha's window. - (30) What did you see there?

(31) Lyosha stood next to Zhenya.

(32) From the window they could see the large open pavilion "Fruits and Vegetables", located on the other side of the street. (33) Nearby, a glass telephone booth reflected the dazzling blue of the autumn sky.

- (34) Is it necessary to listen to what the teachers say in the lessons? - Lyosha asked with irony, which he had never been able to demonstrate to any girl.

- (35) If you didn’t come up with something new instead of: “I taught, but forgot.”

(36) Lyosha laughed.

- (37) These words must be carved in marble, - he said.

- (38) You can ... at my table ... (39) I am also sitting alone, Zhenya suggested. (According to M.G. Lvovsky *)

FIPI (Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements) is a state scientific institution operating in the following areas:

  • scientific research and provision of final tests of the OGE and the Unified State Examination;
  • development and approbation of CMM for various subjects;
  • development of a system for evaluating final assessments for students in grades 9 and 11;
  • technical support and maintenance of information resources of Rosobrnadzor;
  • development and distribution of teaching aids and collections;
  • organization of conferences;
  • participation in international educational programs and projects.

The official information portal of FIPI (http://www.fipi.ru) provides an opportunity to obtain the most up-to-date information on the issues of passing the OGE and the Unified State Examination in 2018. The Institute's website contains:

  1. Documents that form the legal framework for the final certification of graduates.
  2. Specifications and codifiers for all subjects.
  3. Demo versions of assignments from different years, developed by FIPI, which will help students in grades 9 and 11 prepare for tests.
  4. Training collections for self-training.
  5. Analytical and methodical materials.

Innovations of the OGE 2018 for 9th graders

Working to improve the level of education of graduates of secondary schools, lyceums and gymnasiums, FIPI introduces a number of significant changes that will affect 9th grade students who pass the OGE in the 2017-2018 academic year.

Required subjects

Unlike previous years, in 2018, ninth-graders will have to demonstrate knowledge in 5 subjects, two of which (Russian language and mathematics) will definitely be mandatory, and three more students will be able to choose on their own, focusing on the following list:

  • social science;
  • story;
  • physics;
  • Informatics;
  • biology;
  • geography;
  • chemistry;
  • literature;
  • foreign language: English, German, French or Spanish.

The discussion on the number of compulsory subjects of the OGE has not yet been completed. It is quite possible that without the right to choose, they will have to take not 2 but 4 subjects, and only one ninth-grader will be able to choose themselves, based on the direction chosen for further education.

According to the Ministry of Education and Science, history and a foreign language claim to be mandatory.

Unified KIM system

Over the years, assignments for the OGE have been developed by teachers of educational institutions and taking into account the level of preparation and profile of the educational institution. Starting from 2018, uniform tasks will be offered for all schools, lyceums and gymnasiums of the Russian Federation, the development of which has long been worked out by FIPI specialists.

The solution has three main goals:

  1. Set uniform criteria for assessing knowledge in certain subjects.
  2. To see the real level of preparation of graduates of the 9th grade.
  3. To build a single educational trajectory for educational institutions in different regions of the country.

The weight of the assessment according to the OGE

In the 2017-2018 academic year, ninth-graders should take their preparation more seriously, because the result of the exams will now affect the overall score of the certificate. This fact is especially important for those who wish to change their usual school life to study at one of the prestigious colleges or lyceums in Russia.

Overcoming the minimum threshold for at least 4 compulsory out of 5 subjects to be handed over is a prerequisite for obtaining a certificate!

But, students who failed to pass the OGE the first time will get a second (and even third) chance. Although, it will be possible to retake only 2 out of 5 items.

Oral part in Russian

Graduates of 2018 will have to take oral Russian. This decision was made after the results of the audit showed that many regional schools do not provide students with a sufficient level of Russian language proficiency, which is a necessary condition for entering any university in the country.

See the video of Anna Mozharova about the innovation:

More up-to-date information about what innovations await students finishing grade 9 in the 2017-2018 academic year, as well as what changes FIPI plans to make to the OGE in individual subjects, you will find on the pages of our information portal.
