Target learning the native language - the formation of language and linguistic competence in preparation for the OGE, which corresponds to program goals basic general education in the Russian language in grades 5-9 of the basic school: mastering the necessary knowledge about the language as a sign system and social phenomenon, its structure, development and functioning; mastering the basic norms of the Russian literary language; enrichment of vocabulary and grammatical structure of students' speech; formation of the ability to analyze and evaluate linguistic phenomena and facts, the necessary knowledge about linguistics as a science and Russian scholars; ability to use various linguistic dictionaries.

Tasks study:

  • generalization of knowledge in the Russian language obtained in the basic school;
  • application of generalized knowledge and skills in text analysis;
  • deepening knowledge about reasoning - the main communicative form of the text;
  • application of the acquired knowledge and skills in their own speech practice.

This work program meets the requirements of the federal component of the state standard for basic education in the Russian language.

The achievement of the above goals and objectives is carried out in the process of forming key competencies - linguistic and linguistic (linguistics), communicative and cultural studies.

The mechanism of formation of linguistic competence:

  • the use of the main types of reading (introductory-studying, introductory-referential, etc.) depending on the communicative task;
  • extracting the necessary information from various sources, including those presented in electronic form;
  • analysis of the text in terms of understanding its content and issues;
  • analysis of the text from the point of view of the nature of the semantic relations between its parts;
  • analysis of the features of the use of lexical means and expressive means;
  • training in mastering the spelling, punctuation and speech norms of the Russian language;

  • application in the practice of speech communication of the basic norms of the modern Russian language, the use of synonymous resources of the Russian language in one's own speech practice;
  • compliance with the basic norms of the language in the practice of writing;

The program is based on the idea of ​​personality-oriented and cognitive-communicative (consciously-communicative) teaching of the Russian language. Thus, the program creates conditions for the implementation of an activity approach to the study of the Russian language in the 9th grade.

The focus of the course on intensive speech and intellectual development creates the conditions for the implementation of the oversubject function that the Russian language performs in the school education system.

In accordance with the requirements of the state standard, students in the process of learning the Russian language improve and develop the following general educational skills: communicative, intellectual, informational, organizational.

The course is designed for 34 hours. Knowledge control is carried out based on the results of studying the main sections in the form of practical work. Systematic preparation for the OGE is the main result of studying this course.

Communicative competence involves mastering the types of speech activity and the basics of the culture of oral and written speech, the basic skills and abilities of using the language in areas and situations of communication that are vital for a given age. Communicative competence is manifested in the ability to determine the goals of communication, assess the speech situation, take into account the intentions and methods of communication of the partner, choose adequate communication strategies, and be ready for a meaningful change in one's own speech behavior.

Strengthening the communicative and activity orientation of the course of the Russian (native) language, its focus on meta-subject learning outcomes are the most important conditions for the formation of functional literacy as a person's ability to adapt as quickly as possible in the external environment and function actively in it.

The main indicators of functional literacy, which has a metasubject status, are:

communicative universal learning activities : master all types of speech activity, build productive speech interaction with peers and adults; adequately perceive oral and written speech; accurately, correctly, logically and expressively express their point of view on the problem posed; observe in the process of communication the basic norms of oral and written speech and the rules of Russian speech etiquette .;

cognitive universal learning activities : formulate a problem, put forward arguments, build a logical chain of reasoning, find evidence that confirms or refutes the thesis; carry out bibliographic search, extract the necessary information from various sources; determine the main and secondary information, comprehend the purpose of reading, choosing the type of reading depending on the communicative purpose; apply methods of information retrieval, including using computer tools; process, systematize information and present it in different ways;

regulatory universal learning activities: set and adequately formulate the goal of the activity, plan the sequence of actions and, if necessary, change it; exercise self-control, self-assessment, self-correction.

The learning process should be focused not only on the formation of language analysis skills, the ability to classify linguistic phenomena and facts, but also on the development of speech culture, the formation of such vital skills as the use of various types of reading, information processing of texts, various forms of information retrieval and various ways transferring it. Thus, teaching the Russian (native) language in basic school should ensure the general cultural level of a person.
