In 1991, he received a diploma from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Design and Technology of Radioelectronic Equipment, in 1997 he graduated from the Moscow Academy of National Economy with a degree in Finance and Credit, and in 2003 he received an MBA from the International University.
The entire career of Grigory Novitsky is connected with management activities in the field of telecommunications. From 1997 to 2005, he worked at Novitel (a subsidiary of MTS OJSC), at various times holding the positions of Commercial Director, General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 2005, he was appointed General Director of MTU-Intel, a leading Russian Internet provider.
Grigory Novitsky is used to delving into the subject of his activity in detail, studying it, and believes that this approach helps to manage the company as successfully as possible. He himself has three higher educations, each of which helps him in his work.

The company "MTU-Intel" sets itself complex, but interesting tasks. One of them - becoming the leader of the Moscow broadband Internet access market - was solved by the company in 2004-2005. According to the results of 9 months of 2005, the number of subscribers of the STREAM home Internet channel approached 200,000, as a result of which the company far outstripped its nearest competitors.
Now "MTU-Intel" faces another, no less ambitious task - to become a leader in the Russian digital pay TV market with a completely new product "StreamTV". This product, distributed over urban telephone networks using ADSL technology, was launched in May 2005 and includes more than 100 foreign and Russian TV channels.
Like any modern top manager, Grigory Novitsky cannot imagine himself without a well-coordinated team.
