What is really happening on the Solotchinsky bridge. On the Island of Dreams

Since mid-June, a large-scale repair has begun on the main transport artery of Ryazan - Solotchinskoye Highway, connecting the center and Solotcha. It coincided with the beginning of the dacha and bathing seasons- the expected congestion and traffic jams began to appear at the exit from the city.

The bridge itself was opened in 1972. Then the head of government Soviet Union Alexei Kosygin proudly declared: "This bridge will easily last 100 years!" In his forecast, the politician was clearly wrong - the bridge required a major overhaul already in early XXI century. In 2007, its large-scale reconstruction began, which lasted for three whole years.

The key task of the repair, which is taking place this summer, is the replacement of expansion joints. In total, 28 such structures were installed on the bridge, and only three of them will be replaced. It is easy to calculate that at this rate of replacement, traffic will have to be blocked every summer for 10 years. This is how it turns out - the bridge is undergoing the third repair in the last 15 years. Why it is impossible to replace expansion joints at a time remains a mystery.

As part of the bridge repair, it is planned to repair the roadway with a polymer coating, which should be carried out at a temperature above plus 10 ° C. Concerning summer period performance of work is the most appropriate, - commentary of the regional ministry of construction.

This looks especially strange in the light of an interview given to one of the Ryazan Internet portals by the head of the department of bridges and artificial structures Ryazan Ministry of Transport Alexey Gorlov. In an interview with a journalist, he admitted: “Repair of the bridge has long been overdue. The project has been in development since 2015. At the same time, the previous renovation ended in 2014.

Plan of works on Solotchinskiy bridge:

Replacement of three expansion joints and cosmetic reconstruction of four more.
- Replacement of the surface of the carriageway.
- Installation on a concrete pavement that has not been changed for 46 years of a unique thin layer pavement.

Citizens exhausted by traffic jams fell upon the contractor with criticism - people rely on what they see with their own eyes: almost no work is being done at the facility, and all who are there are a few workers “walking” along the bridge. And people can be understood. Since the beginning of the repair, no one has really explained to the people of Ryazan what will happen on the bridge, what work will be carried out and why the need arose precisely in the summer. Even to find a contractor, we had to make a lot of effort. But still, we found the company AllianceDorStroy LLC, which, by the way, was the only participant in the auction.

Contractors with criticism, of course, do not agree. They say that there is never less than 20 people on the site, and during busy periods this figure approaches 50 workers.

By the way, on their VKontakte page, representatives of the Ministry of Transport noted that the work "depends on the timing of the manufacture of structures and the supply of materials." talking plain language, with this phrase, the Ministry of Transport acknowledges that all the necessary structures are being produced only now and were not prepared in advance.

Raising questions and deadlines. Our expert Serali Valiev, Associate Professor of the Department of Bridges, Tunnels and Building Structures of MADI, said that average term to perform work on the replacement of expansion joints - 1-3 months.

The expansion joints are the weakest part of the bridge. Their average period of operation is only about 10 years, although they often change much less frequently. If this is not done, pits may form and the guide may collapse.
insulation. They cannot be repaired - they need to be replaced. Therefore, bridges often have to be closed for repairs.

What is a deformation seam:

A structure that is installed between bridge spans. This is done due to the fact that under load the bridge contracts and expands. If you make it monolithic, it will very quickly become covered with cracks, and, as a result, it will collapse.

How work in progress on the bridge, we were told by one of the employees of AllianceDorStroy LLC Alexey Yudaev.

To date, the seams on the right half of the bridge have already been completely replaced, - says Alexey. - Began to carry out patching of concrete pavement on the trestle part. On the this moment completed it by about 30%. Ahead is work on laying a unique thin-layer coating on the right half of the bridge with an area of about 6,000 square meters.

One way or another, it is not worth waiting until the end of summer for the completion of repair work - the official date for their completion is November 1. In the meantime, each trip towards Solotchi will take you, as a rule, 2 hours more than usual. And we will monitor the progress of the repair and compliance with its deadlines.

Work is carried out almost around the clock - in two shifts. The first - from 7:00 to 20:00, the second - from 19:00 to 7:00. We strive to complete all work as soon as possible. short term, - Alexey Yudaev, contractor employees

The automobile bridge across the Kozhukhovsky backwater will be more than half a kilometer long - 530 meters, the width of the carriageway will reach six lanes, three lanes in both directions. It will also have a lane for public transport. Pedestrians will also be able to cross the river, a three-meter sidewalk will be organized for them.

From the side of the Nagatinskaya floodplain, the road will go towards the South River Station, connect with Proektiruemyy proezd No. 4062, and exit to Andropov Avenue.

For a convenient exit to the avenue, it is planned to build a multi-level interchange similar to a clover leaf. On the other side of the Kozhukhovsky backwater, the road will intersect with the second Yuzhnoportovy passage, traffic lights will be installed at this place.

The highway will be in demand primarily among visitors to the Dream Island amusement park, which is currently under construction in Nagatinskaya floodplain. The builders of the park expect a multimillion-dollar influx of visitors, so the new bridge will relieve tension from the main highway - Andropov Avenue, the only artery connecting the city center with the Nagatinskaya floodplain.

Start moving on your own long bridge planned at the end of 2018 simultaneously with the opening of the Dream Island park.

From "Moscow Disneyland" to Pechatniki

The new bridge will also connect the Nagatinsky backwater area with the Yuzhnoportovy area and the Pechatniki area.

You can now drive to Pechatniki from the Yuzhnoportovy district from the second Yuzhnoportovy passage through new overpass above the railroad siding. The road above the tracks was opened. It connected the second Yuzhnoportovy passage with Yuzhnoportovaya street.

The builders erected a two-lane overpass 156 meters long in a year and a half. Together with the reconstructed passage and street adjacent to the overpass, the section of the renovated road amounted to almost a kilometer. For pedestrians, sidewalks were made 3.2 meters wide. For the convenience of people with limited mobility, sidewalks at ground crossings were lowered to four centimeters, ramps and tactile tiles were installed.

South Rocade Bridge

AT next year construction of another bridge across the Moscow River will begin - from Shosseynaya to Kaspiyskaya Street. The new highway will be part of southern rocade. It will be part of the section from Proletarskaya Street to Proletarian Avenue. According to Andrey Bochkarev, the head of the construction department, the design of this section will begin before the end of 2017. "We are currently developing urban planning documentation", Andrey Bochkarev clarified.

The length of the road bridge will be 250 meters, and the traffic will be four lanes: two lanes to the center and from the center. From Shosseynaya Street, a new four-lane highway will go to Proektiruemoy Proezd No. 4386 along the right-of-way Kursk direction Moscow railway, will cross the Proektiruemoy proezd No. 7294, and then the Moscow River.

Streets will be reconstructed along this coast. It is planned to expand up to four lanes Projected passages No. 4386, 1481, 4294, going from Shosseynaya Street to the river. They will also expand Donetskskaya Street, which runs parallel to Shosseynaya Street.

On the other side, the highway will be built along the railway, brought to the Kashirskoye Highway and connected to Kaspiyskaya Street under the highway. The length of the new section will be almost three kilometers. In total, it is planned to build more than eight kilometers of roads, including overpasses on the approach to the bridge 1.97 kilometers long, six overpasses of the exit from Kashirskoye Highway to Kaspiyskaya Street and exits from Donetskskaya Street.

For pedestrians, near the Moskvorechye platform of the Kursk direction of the railway, a ground crossing will be built across the new road, and wide sidewalks will be built along the highway. Under Kashirskoye Highway install a traffic light.

New bridge in Tsaritsyno

The highway will connect the Pechatniki district in the southeast of the city and Tsaritsyno in the south. Now the two districts are separated by the Moscow River. You can get from one area to another only with the help of neighboring crossings - Brateevsky or Nagatinsky bridge, at rush hour the entrances to the crossings are overloaded. Bridge construction, continued new road and the reconstruction of existing streets will significantly shorten the path of motorists.

Now the Moscow River is being crossed by 32 road bridge, seven railway and six pedestrian. The average distance between transport and pedestrian bridges is 3.4 kilometers.

There are not enough road bridges for denser transport links in Moscow, so the capital's urban planners plan to build 21 bridges and reconstruct four more in the coming years.
