Opening of the overpass Balaklavsky. From Proletarsky Prospekt to Kashirka

On September 10, a direct overpass was opened on Varshavskoye Highway. Now it will be more comfortable for motorists to move along this section: they will not have to stand at the traffic lights at the intersection of Varshavskoye Highway and Balaklavsky Prospekt.

“In the west and south of Moscow, major project- construction of the Southern Rokada, which will run from Rublyovka to Kapotnya. The first half of this project has been implemented: Rublevskoe, Aminevskoe highways, Obruchev street, Balaklavsky prospect. And so the Southern Rocade came here, to Varshavka, ”he said.

The construction of the overpass on Varshavskoye Highway began in September 2015 and was completed exactly two years later, in September 2017. Its length is 845 meters. The site has three lanes of traffic in each direction. In the future, exits to Balaklavsky Prospekt and the section of the Southern Rokada under construction will appear here. They will pass through the doubles and in the underpass space.

Connect Varshavskoe and Kashirskoe highways

The overpass became part of the second section of the Southern Rokada from Balaklavsky to Proletarsky prospects. It passes through the territory of the industrial zone, crosses Paveletsky direction Moscow railway, the Chertanovka River and goes to Proletarsky Prospekt in the alignment of Kantemirovskaya Street. In addition to the overpass on the Varshavskoye highway, the following are also being built on this section:

railway overpass along the Paveletsky direction of the Moscow Railway, 57 meters long;

— road from Balaklavsky to Proletarian Avenue 2.426 kilometers long;

— side passages and exits of Varshavskoye Highway, 1.923 kilometers long;

— links between the road and the adjacent road network, exit to Kotlyakovskaya street and 1st Kotlyakovskiy lane 790 meters long;

— a culvert across the Chertanovka River, 111 meters long;

— an underground pedestrian crossing in the area of Kantemirovskaya street, house 58;

— elevated pedestrian crossing at the intersection of 1st Kotlyakovsky Lane and Kantemirovskaya Street.

To keep out the noise local residents, it is planned to install noise-protective windows at the addresses: Kantemirovskaya street, house 53, building 1 and Warsaw highway, house 114, building 1.

Today, the section of the Southern Rokada from Balaklavsky to Proletarsky Prospekt is 75 percent ready. After the construction is completed, motorists will have the opportunity to drive from Varshavskoye to Kashirskoye Highway or Proletarsky Prospekt and back. This will unload the highways, as well as ensure transit traffic without stopping at traffic lights along Warsaw highway in the area of its intersection with Balaklavsky Prospekt.

Completion of construction under the contract - III quarter of 2018.

One of the three chords

The Southern Rocade will become one of the three new highways in Moscow along with the North-Western and North-Eastern chords. It is being built in the south and southeast of Moscow and, according to Sergei Sobyanin, is the most important road construction site in the capital. The highway will diagonally connect the west, south and southeast of the capital, and motorists will not have to pass through the center once again, go to the Third Transport Ring, the Moscow Ring Road and outbound highways.

The length of the Southern Rokada will be about 40 kilometers. It will run from the junction of Rublevsky highway with the Moscow Ring Road to Verkhnie Polya street in Kapotnya and will connect major city highways - Kutuzov Avenue, Michurinsky avenue, Vernadsky avenue, Leninsky avenue, Profsoyuznaya street, Warsaw highway, Proletarsky avenue, Kashirskoye highway, Lyublinskaya street.

Also, as part of the construction of the Southern Rokada, it is planned to reconstruct southeast section MKAD, including interchanges with Upper Fields, Kapotnya and Besedinskoe Highway.

The first stage in the construction of the highway was the reconstruction of the Rublevskoye Highway - Balaklavsky Prospekt highway, which was completed in the fall of 2013. At this stage, 19.7 kilometers of roads were reconstructed and built. Among them:

— an overpass at the intersection of Michurinsky Prospekt with Lobachevsky Street, 470 meters long;

— an overpass at the intersection of Rublevsky highway with Marshala Timoshenko street and Autumn Boulevard, 640 meters long;

— eight pedestrian crossings (seven underground and one elevated).

In addition, in June of this year, as part of the construction of the North-Western Expressway, the reconstruction of the Aminyevskoye Highway was completed. Today it is a modern expressway, which includes:

- overpass of the main course with a length of 1.032 kilometers;

- two tunnels 444 meters and 1009 meters long;

- two bridges across the Setun River;

— three pedestrian crossings (two underground and one overground).

Design two sections of the Southern Rokada may begin before the end of 2017., reported the press service of the capital's construction department with reference to the head of the department Andrei Bochkarev.

“Currently, the development urban planning documentation two sections of the Southern Rokada, the design may start before the end of the year. It's about about the highway from Proletarsky avenue to st. Donetsk, and from the street. Upper Fields to MKAD”, - the words of A. Bochkarev are given in the message.

As stated in the press service, South Rocade from Proletarsky Prospekt to st. Donetsk is divided into four sections. On the site from Proletarsky Prospekt to the street. The Caspian is planned to build 2 km of roads, including a flyover, 0.3 km long. A section will be built from St. Kantemirovskaya to st. Baku, which will provide exit from Proletarsky Avenue to the street. Baku without the need to go to the Caucasus Boulevard. It is planned to build 1.5 km of roads. On the site from st. Caspian to st. The highway is planned to build more than 8 km of roads, including a flyover on the approach to the bridge, 1.97 km long for eight traffic lanes, six exit flyovers, total length 1.02 km, bridge crossing.

“As part of the construction of the highway on the street. Donetsk planned reconstruction and construction of 3 km of the road. On the site from st. Maryinsky Park to the Moscow Ring Road is planned to be reconstructed and 4 km of roads to be built,” the press service noted.

A. Bochkarev added that on September 10, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin opened the traffic on the new direct overpass on Varshavskoye Highway, which was built according to the project for the construction of the Southern Rocade. “The highway connecting Balaklavsky and Proletarsky prospects will be completed in 2018 and will provide a direct connection Balaklava highway with Proletarian Avenue. The Mayor of Moscow has set the task of building chord highways in the city at an accelerated pace,” he concluded.

Head of the Construction Department Andrey Bochkarev narrow circles reputed to be a city-planning freak, he was caught more than once in a tangle of streets, objects, plans, sequences, but nevertheless, what his words say.

1. The southern roadway is going to be extended from Proletarsky Prospekt along Kantemirovskaya and further to Kaspiyskaya to st. Donetsk, and from the street. Upper Fields to Moscow Ring Road. This is new tracing JUR to Moscow Ring Road, moreover, going through the center of the Maryino district.

In the light of such a decision, a new bridge across the Moscow River from Kantemirovskaya to Donetskskaya should appear, duplicating the projected bridge, which will entail the massive demolition of garages in Saburovo. This bridge is laid in the red lines and the General Plan of Moscow.

On the website of the City Complex of Moscow, to the news about the opening of the overpass on Varshavskoye Highway, a picture was published that was presented to Sobyanin. Clickable to enlarge. Crossing the river here is the same projected bridge . with an exit to Donetsk.

It turns out that the exit along the rocade from Kantemirovskaya will run into best case into the two-lane Caspian to the bridge, with steep radii and under a traffic light.

In this form, one can talk about a new transport corridor, but not about Rokada, as she announced. Rokada will reach Proletarsky, and then regional roads and links.

Let me remind you that earlier the continuation of the JUR was planned in the alignment of Katemirovskaya - st. Borisov Ponds- bridge - st. Kapotnya - MKAD. Apparently such a decision is expensive and long, but you need to show quick victories.

The extension of the JUR along Kantemirovskaya will require the expansion of the street to 6 lanes (or maybe 4 will be enough), the removal of power lines, the mass demolition of garages and parking lots on the even side of Moskvorechye, the odd Tsaritsyno, will lead to a deterioration in pedestrian accessibility between the MS and Tsaritsyno, pedestrian crossings, I believe, will be designed lifting and in smaller quantities than exist now.

2. It is not clear where YuR has to do with it, but Bochkarev also mentions the straightening of Proletarsky to Baku Street. Such a decision is also included in the General Plan of the city. However, it will be impossible to carry it out without the resettlement of five-story buildings.

The announced projects have not yet been included in the Targeted Investment Program (AIP), so it is not clear when they will start.

According to my forecast, the development of these areas should be expected in 5-6 years, and not earlier. But they will seriously affect habitual life near. If the transport component improves, then it is not necessary to expect an improvement in living conditions.

We continue to watch.

Next news

The Southern Rocade is at the final stage of construction. Now they are still driving around it, but soon it will be possible to drive right along it, the correspondent of the 360 TV channel reports.

The readiness of a large-scale facility is 90%, the main work on the Varshavskoye highway has been completed, and only the adapter (as the road builders call it) is missing, which will go towards Moscow.

very complex and important object. It is quite inconvenient today for passenger traffic and for transport. With regard to public, personal and cargo - it is very difficult, cramped conditions to maintain throughput

— Pyotr Aksenov, First Deputy Head of the Moscow Department of Construction.

Drivers treat small traffic jams with understanding: now you have to stand a little, but then you can drive without traffic jams. On the Southern Rocade, three lanes in each direction - west, southeast and east of the capital - will merge into a detour of the Moscow Ring Road.

Continuation of the Southern Rokada on southern directions MKAD, in particular, at the Besedinskaya interchange, at the interchange with Lipetskaya street, the intersection with Verkhniye Polya street, a section of the South Rokada through Kantemirovskaya - will already lead to the highway connecting the west and southeast and east of the city, bypassing the Moscow Ring Road

— Pyotr Aksenov, First Deputy Head of the Moscow Construction Department.

Varshavskoye and Kashirskoye highways will be connected, thereby unloading both their traffic flows and Proletarsky Prospekt. Traffic on the southern section of the road is planned to open in September. But then the work will continue - the second stage is next, which involves the replacement of the railway track. According to Petr Aksenov, construction is planned to continue in 2018-2020.

In addition, a large-scale reconstruction will affect the section from Kantemirovskaya Street to Kaspiyskaya, Donetskskaya Street, Upper Fields, and an overpass will also appear on the Moskva River on Shosseynaya Street. The reconstruction of Baltiyskaya Street is planned, which will lead to Lipetskaya and, thus, a junction through Upper Fields and Lipetskaya will appear on the Moscow Ring Road.

The cost of the first stage of laying the overpass is 5 billion rubles, the second stage is 1.7 billion rubles. Travel along the South Rocade will be free, but a trip along Northeast chord will have to pay.

The last section of the Southern Rokada will be built in 2018. The design of the route included in it and three reconstructed interchanges on the ring road is already underway, Marat Khusnullin, deputy mayor of Moscow for urban planning and construction, told reporters.
What will be the understudy of the Third Transport Ring and the Moscow Ring Road, the correspondent of the Moscow 24 portal figured it out.

From the Kashirskoye Highway, the Southern Rocade will pass along Borisovskie Prudy Street, reach Kapotnya Street, and exit to Verkhnie Polya Street. The highway will be brought to the Moscow Ring Road in the area of the Sadovod market and the Belaya Dacha shopping center along the renovated Verkhnie Polya Street.

Existing clover denouement at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and Upper Fields, it is unlikely to cope with the flow of traffic that will go along the South Rocade from west to southeast, so a radical reconstruction awaits the denouement. It is planned to build a tunnel under Verkhnie Polya Street, and a turnaround overpass and overpasses-congresses on the Moscow Ring Road.

Additional exits from the Moscow Ring Road will be built to the Sadovod market and shopping center"White Dacha". The total length of the overpasses will be 2.5 kilometers. A total of 14 kilometers of roads will be reconstructed. After the upgrade, the interchange should increase the capacity by 25-30%.

The Southern Rocade is a new highway in Moscow with a length of more than 40 kilometers. It originates in the west at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and Rublevsky Highway and ends in the southeast at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and Verkhnie Polya Street. The highway is being built in several phases.

From Proletarsky Prospekt to Kashirka

In the new year, the construction of the penultimate section from Proletarsky Prospekt to Kashirskoye Highway will also begin. South rocade will go along Kantemirovskaya street and will reach the intersection with Kaspiyskaya street. On a two-kilometer stretch, a road will be laid and an overpass will be erected.

Shosseynaya Street, located on the opposite bank of the Moskva River, will be connected to Kaspiyskaya Street by a bridge and a new road. An automobile bridge will be built along the existing railway bridge, and the road will be brought to Kashirskoye Highway, connecting it with Kaspiyskaya Street under the highway.

The length of the new section will be almost three kilometers. In total, at this stage, it is planned to build more than eight kilometers of roads, including overpasses on the approach to the bridge 1.97 kilometers long, six overpasses of the exit from Kashirskoye Highway to Kaspiyskaya Street and exits from Donetskskaya Street.

According to Marat Khusnullin, the planned sections of the Southern Rokada are planned to be built in 2019-2020.

New road from Varshavka to Proletarsky Prospekt

The second stage of the Southern Rokada - from Balaklavsky Prospekt at the intersection with Varshavskoye Highway to Proletarsky Prospekt - is already under construction. Builders are laying a six-lane road along the planned driveways.

The highway will cross the Paveletsky direction of the Moscow Railway, the Chertanovka River, then the 1st Kotlyakovsky Proezd and join Proletarsky Prospekt. From Kotlyakovskaya Street and Bekhterev Street to the Southern Rocade, congresses will be built, and 1st Kotlyakovsky Lane and Proletarsky Prospekt at the intersection with the Rokada will be reconstructed.

According to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Marat Khusnullin, the roads in this section are practically built. On the next year the builders will be left with the most difficult stage - the construction of an overpass across the Paveletsky direction of the Moscow railway. For the construction of a six-lane highway under railroad tracks they will take about a year. Motorists will be able to move from Kashirka to Varshavka without stopping at the Third Transport Ring and the Moscow Ring Road in the second half of next year.

The new section will redistribute traffic flows and unload Proletarsky Prospekt, Kashirskoye and Varshavskoye highways. In fact, it will become an understudy of the Moscow Ring Road in the south of Moscow.

By the way, the Southern Rokada crossed the Varshavskoye Highway already this year. On City Day, traffic was opened along the flyover from Balaklavsky Prospekt through Varshavka. The six-lane overpass, 845 meters long, was built in two years, work began in September 2015.

From west to south along the rocade

Motorists are already using the first section of the Southern Rokada from Rublevsky Highway at the intersection with the Moscow Ring Road and up to the intersection of Balaklavsky Prospekt with Varshavskoye Highway.

It runs along Rublevsky highway, Aminevsky highway, Lobachevsky street, Michurinsky prospect, Vernadsky prospect, Leninsky prospect, Obruchev street, Balaklavsky prospect and ends at the junction of Balaklavsky prospect with Varshavskoye highway.

The highway connects Kutuzovsky Prospekt with Michurinsky Prospekt, Vernadsky Prospekt with Leninsky Prospekt, and Profsoyuznaya Street with Sevastopol Prospekt.

During the reconstruction, 19.7 kilometers of roads were built here, two overpasses - at the intersection of Michurinsky Prospekt with Lobachevsky Street and at the intersection of Rublevsky Highway with Marshal Timoshenko Street and Autumn Boulevard.

On two sections of the first stage of the rocade, a dedicated lane was made for public transport: from Mozhayskoye Highway to Vernadsky Avenue and from Leninsky Prospekt to Chertanovskaya street. We built 84 driving "pockets" for stops. Thanks to pockets public transport does not interfere with the general flow of traffic. Pedestrians can cross the highway through seven underground pedestrian crossings and one ground.

At the intersection of Aminyevskoye Highway and Generala Dorokhov Street, the Southern Rocade will meet with Northwest chord. The transport interchange will be ready soon. The road workers laid asphalt, installed barrier fences, and completed monolithic concrete work.

All work will be completed by the end of the year and traffic will open. The interchange at the intersection of Aminyevka and General Dorokhov Street will allow dividing traffic flows, relieve the Aminyevskoye Highway, significantly increase traffic capacity and improve the traffic situation in the surrounding areas.

Sobyanin opened traffic on a new flyover on Varshavskoye Highway

opened in Moscow new overpass direct passage on Varshavskoye highway, connecting Balaklavsky and Proletarsky prospects. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, taking part in the launch car traffic on the overpass, noting that the Southern Rocade will become the most important road construction site in the coming years.

“In the west and south of Moscow, a major project is being implemented to build the Southern Rokada, which will run from Rublyovka to Kapotnya. The first half of this project has been completed: Rublyovka, Aminevskoe and Obruchevskoe highways, and Balaklavsky Prospekt have been reconstructed. And the Southern Rocade came to Varshavka. A flyover was built. Thus, it will be more comfortable to drive to Varshavka from the Balaklavsky Prospekt on the one hand, on the other hand. Varshavka, of course, will go better in this place. So, I hope that motorists will drive on this section on Monday with

The construction of the overpass was carried out as part of the construction of the second section of the Southern Rokada from Balaklavsky to Proletarsky avenues. Construction readiness on this site is currently 75%. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2018.

An 845 m long overpass with 3 traffic lanes in each direction was built at the intersection of Varshavskoye Highway with Balaklavsky Prospekt in 24 months: September 2015 - September 2017. It provides traffic lightless transit traffic along Varshavskoye Highway. The ramps to Balaklavsky Prospekt and the section of the Southern Rokada under construction will be organized by alternates and in the underpass space.

The Southern Rokada is one of the three new chord highways in Moscow, along with the North-Western and North-Eastern chords. According to Sergei Sobyanin, the construction of sections of the Southern Rokada in the south and south-east of Moscow will become the most important road construction in Moscow in the coming years.
