Bypassing Valdai. What awaits concrete and railroad crossings on them? New road from Varshavka to Proletarsky Prospekt

Since the formation of New Moscow, the city authorities have been paying great attention development of infrastructure on the territory of Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts First of all, this concerns the construction and reconstruction of roads. The vast majority of such projects are being implemented at the expense of the Moscow budget under the Targeted Investment Program (TIP). Now there is an AIP in the city, approved by the Decree of the Moscow Government of October 11, 2016 N 665-PP (as amended on April 19, 2017) “On the Targeted Investment Program of the City of Moscow for 2016-2019”. Looking into it, we can see what facilities are planned to be built during the specified period and how much funding is provided for these purposes. For convenience, we have summarized all the highways of New Moscow, the construction or reconstruction of which is planned, into a single table, you. We also mapped all the road projects included in the latest, April edition of the Moscow AIP. in green Completed roads are marked, brown are projects currently underway, blue are projects that have not yet started, which should be completed in 2019-2020.

The first major completed projects on the territory of the TiNAO were the reconstruction of the junction of the Kyiv highway and Kaluga highway(Admirala Kornilov Street, number on the map) and reconstruction highway from Borovsky to Kyiv highway through the village of Rasskazovka (projected passage No. 389). Existing two-lane streets were expanded to four lanes, sidewalks, lighting, traffic lights appeared. In the summer of 2015 completed Men at work on Alexandra Monakhova Street, which connected Kaluga Highway and Butovo.

In February 2017, traffic was opened on the overpass in Shcherbinka through the tracks Kursk direction railway. In the same year, three more overpasses are expected to open in the Kiev direction: in the Novoperedelkino area at 18 km, in the Kokoshkino area at 33 km (together with the entrance from Borovskoye Highway and from the border with the Moscow Region) and in Krekshino at 36 km.

Kaluga Highway - the "ridge" of New Moscow

In 2015, the implementation of the most ambitious road project New Moscow - reconstruction of the Kaluga highway. In September 2016, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in the area of the village of Gas Pipeline, which was built as part of the first stage of reconstruction. The entire launch of the first stage, from the Moscow Ring Road to the border of the settlements of Sosenskoye and Desenovskoye, is expected in the summer of 2017. Already in 2019, work on stages 2 and 3 from the Sosenskoye settlement should be completed.

Another radial highway of the TiNAO, which is in the process of reconstruction, is this. Here the road passes through Shcherbinka. The roadway will be widened in this section, off-street pedestrian crossings will appear, one overpass and one tunnel will be built. The work should be completed in 2018.

In addition to the reconstruction of existing radial directions, general plan involves the formation of new ones. The AIP provides for the start of construction in 2017 - a kind of understudy of the Kaluga and Kyiv highways. The construction of this highway is divided into two stages: the first stage from Admiral Kornilov Street to the Solntsevo - Butovo - Vidnoye highway and the second stage from Solntsevo - Butovo - Vidnoye to the village of Maryino.

The construction of another radial highway - the MKAD - Kommunarka - Ostafyevo highway, according to the plan, should start in 2019. First, in 2019-2020, a third stage will be built from the Moscow Ring Road to Alexandra Monakhova Street in the village of Kommunarka. The implementation of the first two stages was postponed to the period after 2020 due to the intersection of road works with the construction of the so-called "Khorda to Kommunarka" - a new metro line that originates from the station "Ulitsa Novatorov" of the Third Interchange Circuit. An article about how this line will go and where its stations will open will appear in the MG in the near future.

Obviously, the expansion of radial highways in the Moscow region does not make sense without the reconstruction of their intersection with the Moscow Ring Road. Therefore, in 2016, the construction of a new road junction Moscow ring road with Kyiv highway. At present, the first stage of the reconstruction of the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road with the Kaluga highway is also nearing completion, after which the second stage will begin, as part of which ground pedestrian crossings should be built through the exits from the ring road, sidewalks, as well as the exit from the Moscow Ring Road to the MEGA shopping center Teply Stan» .

Intersection of "Solntsevo - Butovo - Vidnoe" with Kaluga highway

If we talk about the development of transverse highways, then here, of course, the main project is the Solntsevo - Butovo - Vidnoye highway (SBV), which will become a backup of the Moscow Ring Road in the section from Borovskoye to Warsaw highway. Currently construction in progress the first stage from Kievskoye to Kaluga highway (completion in 2018) . Today, the second stage of this highway from Kaluga Highway through the territory of the administrative and business center in Kommunarka to Polyana Street in the area is also being implemented. South Butovo. And, finally, in 2017, the construction of a highway from Borovskoye to Minskoye Highway in the area of the Peredelkino Blizhnee microdistrict is to begin. This route, named Vnukovo highway, in fact, will become another stage of the SBV.

In the summer of 2017, another project for the construction of a transverse road link is expected to be completed - the Borovskoye Highway - Kievskoye Highway - Botakovo Village highway (together with an overpass at the intersection with Rabochaya Street in Pervomaysky), and in 2017-2018 a section from Botakovo to Kaluga highway. Here, the construction ran into active protests from residents of the city of Troitsk, who were dissatisfied with the passage of the highway through the territory of the Trinity Forest.

In 2017, the first stage should be completed, and in 2018 - the second stage of the M-3 Ukraine - Moskovsky - Sosenki - Yamontovo highway. Also, already in 2017, it will be built, which is actually the third stage in the construction of the M-3 Ukraine - Moskovsky - Sosenki -Yamontovo highway.

Another cross link - the highway from Kaluga to Varshavskoye highway through the villages of Yakovlevo and Andreevskoye will appear in 2017-2019. During the same period, the construction of a highway from Kievskoye to Kaluga highway through the villages of Serednevo and Maryino is expected.

To ensure transport links between the territories of the Voskresenskoye, Ryazanovskoye and Shcherbinki settlements, in 2017-2018 the builders will lay the Voskresenskoye-Karakashevo-Shcherbinka highway public hearings on it) and .

From 2017 to 2018 in two stages to be built road network on the territory of the future administrative and business center in Kommunarka. The starting point here will be the access road from the Kaluga highway to the new building of the TiNAO prefecture.

In the settlement of Moskovsky, in 2017-2019, the interchange at the intersection of the Kyiv highway with Rodnikova Street will be reconstructed, which will improve communication with the Salaryevo interchange hub. Rodnikovaya Street itself will also be reconstructed. In addition, a link will be built with Aviators Street, located in the Solntsevo area.

In general, it is planned to spend 97 billion rubles for the construction of roads in New Moscow over 3 years.

Installation of road and railway arches on the navigable part Kerch bridge, intensified a discussion in the media regarding when the bridge to Crimea will be opened for trains. Department of Transport officials similar questions journalists are told that all work is being carried out slightly ahead of schedule.

Therefore, there is every reason to say that the railway will be launched on the Crimean bridge by the end of 2019. Road traffic will open a year earlier - in December 2018.

When will trains be allowed to cross the bridge and adjacent railway tracks to Crimea: features

Engaged in construction railway tracks to the bridge and at the crossing itself, the Stroygazmontazh company, which is building the bridge itself. The coordinated efforts of the employees of this company largely determine when the railway bridge to the Crimea will be opened.

The duties of bridge builders include not only the laying of tracks, but also the equipment of the adjacent infrastructure. It depends on when they open. Crimean bridge for the railroad, and how fast trains can travel from the mainland to the peninsula and back. The Stroygazmontazh company will be the only contractor and performer of works on the creation of approaches to the bridge on the Crimean peninsula. On the part of the continental part, another company will probably help. The decision on this will be made later by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

The contract signed between the company and the ministry provides for the construction of a double-track railway on the peninsula. Its length will be 18 kilometers. If everything goes well, the railway on the Crimean bridge will start operating in test mode as early as August 1, 2019.

When will the bridge to Crimea be opened for trains: exact date

In the event that the tests are successful, then December 1, 2019 will be the date when the Crimean bridge will be opened for the railway. This part of the approach will not be covered, but the installation of such a system is planned in the future.

But this is not all the work that should be carried out by the time trains are allowed to cross the bridge to the Crimea. Buildings will appear along the canvas and next to it, a tunnel will be updated railroad station Bagerovo. Not far from it, bases for the location of fire and special recovery trains, and a station park will be built.

By land and at the crossing, when the railway bridge to the Crimea is opened, passenger trains will reach speeds of up to 120 km/h. Freight trains have speed limits. The trains will be able to drive at a speed of no more than 80 km/h.

Many spears have already been broken about pricing on toll sections of the M11 highway. If a detour around Vyshny Volochok does not cause much anger, then the tariffs for the site to Solnechnogorsk and back, to put it mildly, surprised. 450 rubles one way - for most motorists who make such a voyage every day, they are simply unbearable. The same applies to the section to the Sheremetyevo-2 airport: 250 rubles for a segment of less than ten kilometers is too much. Because with the introduction of payment most of drivers returned to the good old M-10. But one thing is a daily ride and quite another - a one-time trip to St. Petersburg and back. Is it worth it to go to paid sections or is the old route also convenient?

We decided to go to St. Petersburg and back on two routes. First, according to the classic M-10, having collected all the traffic jams in Khimki, Solnechnogorsk and Vyshny Volochek. And we will drive back through the new paid sections and evaluate not only the costs, but also the time and effort spent.

M-10

To come to northern capital in the evening, started at nine in the morning. Before we had time to cross the Moscow Ring Road, we immediately got into the traditional traffic jam in Khimki. After pushing through for less than ten minutes, we reached the operational space. Solnechnogorsk and Klin also met us with a slow flow, but nothing critical. Endless settlements reduce the average speed, but the fuel consumption is low. The "three-lane" beginning in the Tver region, when the overtaking lane appears alternately for each direction, also slightly affected the speed and average fuel consumption. The entrance to Vyshny Volochok met us with the construction of an interchange with the M-11 and a small traffic jam. But both it and the “famous” 90-degree turn, and even a traffic light in the city, we passed almost without loss. Lucky. Another traffic jam was waiting for us at the entrance to St. Petersburg, but even there we did not lose much. As a result, we arrived at our destination (Dnepropetrovsk street) in nine and a half hours, taking into account two stops for refueling and a snack. average speed movement - almost 73 km / h. Not bad! After all speed mode we honestly tried to comply. There is fatigue, but nothing supernatural. The road between the two capitals cannot be called very tiring.

M-11

Well, let's go back to paid sections. As in the first case, we started at nine in the morning. To Vyshny Volochek (the first paid segment is found there) the road is mirror reflection near Moscow region. Minor difficulties in St. Petersburg and a small traffic jam on the Moscow highway after leaving the city. And then a calm movement to Volochka. At the congress, a whole clip of posts with barriers were put up to the paid site, but not one of them works yet. Is it free? No, they just take payment on the go. And she's worth it. We covered 75 kilometers of the highway in forty minutes. And for all this they gave 200 rubles.

Even if Vyshny Volochek is not paralyzed by a many-kilometer traffic jam, it is worth using the paid section. But with a segment of 40 kilometers from Solnechnogorsk to Moscow, not everything is clear. Yes, here you can also save time, especially if Leningradka stands dead on the outskirts of Moscow. But is it worth the declared money (they took 400 rubles from us) is an open question. In addition, paid sites have one minus - complete absence infrastructure. Nothing but rest stops. So if there is a need to refuel, have a bite to eat or visit the "room of an unknown architect", you should take care of this in advance, before the exit to the "payer".

As a result, the road with paid sections turned out to be faster by half an hour. Not too much for a journey of 700 kilometers. I can't say that I somehow saved my energy. In addition, the high average speed (thanks to paid segments) increased the average fuel consumption by almost a liter. Therefore, taking into account the payment for the road at 600 rubles for two sections, the cost of one kilometer of the road turned out to be one and a half times higher than when driving along the classic M-10. Whether it's worth it is up to you. All results of the trip are summarized in the table below. But I have already made my choice - to definitely use the Vyshny Volochok detour, and I will go along the M-11 to Solnechnogorsk only in case of heavy traffic jams on the Leningradskoye Highway.

Cars on the new, sixth section of the road. Its length exceeds 200 kilometers. It passes through the districts of Tverskaya and Novgorod regions known for their impenetrable swamps. And so far, they have not dared to lay high-speed routes, where the estimated speed can reach 150 kilometers per hour. The road goes around Valdaisky national park and allows you to bypass Bologoe and Okulovka.

In order to make a high-speed highway capable of withstanding a heavy load at any time of the year, the road builders had to completely replace the soil under the highway, build many kilometers of embankments, and make entire pile fields in especially difficult wetlands.

The length of M-11, which will be fully paid, is 669 kilometers

107 bridge structures were erected on the site, of which 42 bridges total length more than four kilometers (on this section there is one of the largest bridges of the road - across the Volkhov River), as well as 63 overpasses with a total length of seven kilometers. This makes it possible to drive the entire section without traffic lights and stops.

It is already equipped with rest areas with toilets, drivers can stop and go to a cafe, refuel a car, including at an automated gas station. There are seven such self-service gas stations on the highway. There are no operators, but you can pay for refueling bank card, said the head of the state company "Avtodor" Sergei Kelbakh.

If the car did not make it to the gas station, you can call the emergency commissioners who will fill the car for free and help in another unforeseen situation.

The permitted speed on the section opened yesterday - from the 334th to the 543rd kilometer - is 130 km / h. The fare is 240 rubles if you have a T-pass transponder and 300 rubles if you pay in cash.

With the opening of this difficult section of the route, motorists will be able (taking into account the existing sections on the M-11) to drive with a breeze from Tver to Veliky Novgorod, bypassing Torzhok and Vyshny Volochok. This is practically half of the entire M-11 highway, which will be fully operational at the end of 2018.

The fare for a passenger car along the segment from the 208th to the 543rd kilometer costs 660 rubles, excluding discounts that can be obtained by purchasing a transponder. With discounts on the T-pass system, the fare will cost 396 rubles.

The total length of the M-11, which will be fully paid, is 669 kilometers. On the approach, the opening of traffic on the section from the 58th to the 97th kilometer, passing by Solnechnogorsk and Klin in the Moscow region. It is scheduled to open at the end of June. The 7th and 8th sections are also under construction, from St. Petersburg, bypassing Tosno and Chudovo, from the 543rd to the 684th kilometer.

By the end of 2018, a full-fledged passage on the autobahn with a length of 609 kilometers will be provided. AT recent history this is the first road of this length to be opened in Russia, Kelbakh said. Travel along the entire route, not counting the segment bypassing Tver, will cost 2200 rubles without discounts and 1200 with discounts.

As for the Tver bypass, in addition to the southern bypass, which is part of the M-10 Rossiya highway, 23 kilometers long (section from 156 to 178 kilometers), there are plans to build a bypass of Tver and on M-11. Now in the Tver region, M-10 and M-11 are connected by interchanges, this will provide a through passage along the M-11 to St. Petersburg.

The Tver bypass on the M-11 highway is currently being designed and will be built as part of road program 2018-2024. The cost of construction of the section is now being calculated, but it will not be cheap, since it has two complex bridges across the Volga. And those two facilities are capital-intensive, Kehlbach said.
