Completely about bitterness (do not read the cores). Where you have to stand: we publish the schedule of repairs of federal highways in the Sverdlovsk region

On the website of FKU "Povolzhupravtodor" ("Big Volga") there was information about the work on federal roads Samara region in 2017. In particular, the agency subordinated to Rosavtodor informed that this summer the road on the dam of the Zhigulevskaya hydroelectric power station, as well as the entrances to the specified section of the federal highway M-5, will be repaired. In parallel with the repair of the dam, Povolzhupravtodor promises to continue the construction of a multi-level interchange at the 974th kilometer of the M-5 federal highway in the Zhiguli Sea area. As previously reported by Freedom Square, total cost global road project exceeds 6 billion rubles. The federal authorities plan to complete its implementation by the end of 2019.

According to the head of "Povolzhupravtodor" Sergei Logunov, 200 million rubles were allocated for the construction of the "Tolyatti" interchange in the coming year. With these funds, the road builders will begin to build supports, and to ensure a more comfortable passage through difficult area two will open for transport bypass roads. At the same time, road builders admit that it will not be possible to completely avoid problems with travel during such a large-scale construction. “Currently, a temporary organization scheme is being worked out. traffic, similar to the one that was applied in the period from 2001 to 2004, when the reconstruction of the dam was carried out - part of the transit freight transport for the period of construction of the interchange will be transferred in the Ufa region from the M-5 highway to the M-7 highway, ”the website says. federal institution.

What kind of detour scheme and with whom the road workers are working out is still unclear. Who and how will resolve transit transport is also a mystery. In any case, the local security forces do not know anything about this yet, which was confirmed at a meeting of the City Duma on February 1 by the head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Tolyatti Kheyrulla Akhmedkhanov. But the question is extremely important! The repair and construction of both roads will enter an active phase in the summer, when in the area of the Zhigulevskaya hydroelectric power station there is no crowding even in the usual mode. And in the presence of road equipment, the track will even stand up tightly. It's scary to think how the residents of Zhigulevsk and the Stavropol region will get out, who go to work in Tolyatti every day. Do not move for the whole summer to rented housing on the other side of the hydroelectric power station.

On February 7, the correspondent of Ploshchad Svobody, as a resident of the city of Tolyatti, had a personal reception with Alexander Nikolaev, head of the road reconstruction and construction department of the Samara region, in order to outline the brewing problem for regional officials. It turned out there that at the level of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation the issue of additional funding junction construction costs in 2017. Because there are plans to commission the facility by the end of 2018. The correspondent of "Svoboda Square" in a conversation with the head of the department expressed, perhaps, the general concern of the townspeople and asked the regional Ministry of Transport not to leave Togliatti alone with the impending road collapse. Alexander Sergeevich agreed that the topic was serious. To solve it at the regional level, the question of organizing additional river transportation in Togliatti and the Stavropol region in order to relieve the federal highway may be raised. By the way, the journalist at the reception voiced this idea for a reason: a few years ago, when Men at work, water transport not bad rescued those wishing to get from one bank of the Volga to another.

Federal highway M5 often referred to as the "road of death" due to a large number Accidents and casualties occurring on it. In fact, this term arose because of the Ufa-Chelyabinsk section. But today we will talk about the route Moscow-Penza.

We left Moscow at 4:30 am on a weekday (Thursday). After the path was overcome, the idea arose to conditionally divide the road into 4 parts. Let's talk about each of them in more detail.

  1. Section Moscow - Kiritsy.

If before that you had to travel along the M1 highway, then you can find fault with this section, but in general I would give it 4. And the point was taken off for the Ryazan bypass highway. In all other respects, there are no complaints about the road. This area has 2 lanes in each direction. The speed limit is 90 km/h. Closer to Moscow, there is a dividing barrier everywhere on the highway. In the photo, this section from our way back to Moscow (in the light of sunset, the photo seemed better to us).

There are not so many settlements, there is only one stationary traffic police post - in front of the Ryazan region. But there are speed cameras in almost every locality.

This is what the track looks like at the entrance to Ryazan.

Before passing the Ryazan detour, the very concept of a detour was associated with the fact that you would definitely gain time. But not at this time. Problems here 2. One of them is banal - at the intersection with Sitnikovskaya street building a connection. The deadline is the summer of 2018, which means that the traffic jam will disappear here. The second reason is not entirely clear to me - even where there is no settlements the speed limit is 60 km/h.

Then again there is a 2-lane road in each direction, but already partially in patches, though without holes. Therefore, those who want to keep the speed in the region of 120 km / h or more need to be careful.

The marker of the end of a good road can be considered a village with interesting name- Good Sot. After it, the road becomes single-lane in each direction. But this section can be put 5. Firstly, the quality of the canvas is not bad. Secondly, there is a wide roadside, on which, in case of something, you can move. And thirdly, the bypass road around Kirits is very good - with two lanes in each direction.

2. Section Kiritsa - Yambirno (Ryazan region).

This section of the federal highway can be rated 2 on a 5-scale.

Almost immediately after Kirits, road repairs await you. And its peculiarity is that the track here is narrow, and the roadside is practically not suitable for driving. The traffic lane towards Penza is under repair. Accordingly, the left lane is used to travel to Penza. And oncoming cars are driving ... along the side of the road. But not on asphalt or gravel, but simply on the ground. You can drive there, but the speed is around 20 km / h.

The second "special" area - Polnoe Konobeevo. There is a descent, and the whole road is patched. This section is less than a kilometer long. But the memory remains for a long time. If you are traveling with high speed then your teeth will be in literally words beat against each other. And if you are driving a truck at this time, you will practically stop, because most truckers slow down here to almost 10 km / h.

The third problem area in Ryazan region is the repair of the bridge in Jambirno, as a result of which a reverse movement is organized. You can lose 10-15 minutes here. The only thing that brightens up these impressions is the very beautiful Tsna River. It is very wide and its views are fascinating.

I also recommend using bypass route around Shatsk. It is not in perfect condition, but it is quite possible to keep the speed of 90-100 km / h. Yes, and in Shatsk itself there are restrictions of 40 km / h, which is unlikely to please you.

3. Yambirno - Republic of Mordovia

This section should probably be given a 4. Yes, there are patches on the roads. Many signs overtaking is prohibited (it should be noted that in the case). And the traffic is quite heavy. But keep constant speed 80 km/h is easy. And the notorious repairs are no longer found.

4. Section Republic of Mordovia - Penza

I give this section a 5. Well, or 4+. Of course, we would like federal highways to have 2 lanes in each direction with the current number of cars. But if we proceed from our realities, then the site in good condition. At the same time, I consider the site only to Penza, since further in Penza region in the direction of Samara is already worse.

In the Republic of Mordovia, the roads are really excellent. Even, smooth, without pits and patches. There are places for overtaking with good visibility.

There is also an interesting roadside life. For example, UMYOT village. It is famous for its cafes. On the territory of this village there are about 50 (or maybe more) cafes with a different menu. We did not stop, but the place is popular. Also on the borders of the Republic of Mordovia and the Penza region in the villages, we counted about 10 tents, in which beautiful, large and painted chess and backgammon are sold. Unfortunately, we did not stop and ask where the master who does this lives, but next time we will definitely do it.

When entering the Penza region, the quality of the road deteriorates a little - the asphalt loses its smoothness a little, but in general, everything is pretty good.

Of the minuses, one can note the road passing through Spassk. Here leaves something to be desired best quality asphalt, and the weight control point for heavy trucks is not made in a separate “pocket”, but right on the track. As a result, the speed decreases.

In conclusion, I would like to highlight a few points:

  1. Traffic. Fur really a lot. But where there are no repairs, you can really overtake. And they noticed another feature: Truck drivers are polite. If possible, they try to move to the side of the road and skip.
  2. Gas stations. There are many branded gas stations in the Moscow region: Lukoil, Gazprom, TNK, Shell. There are also many branded gas stations in the Penza region - mainly Rosneft and Lukoil are found. In the Ryazan region, we met only Gazprom, as well as many local gas stations (where there was no particular excitement).
  3. Cameras. On this track, in some places, tripods with a speed camera are placed behind the car on the side of the road, which are difficult to notice. So be careful when choosing your speed limit.

The journey from Moscow to Penza took over 9 hours. On sections where it was possible to go fast, we still did not go faster than 100-110 km / h. After the road, there was no strong fatigue. If you have any questions, then write in the comments, and I will definitely answer.

Thank you for your feedback!
