How will the northeast chord go on the map. Northeast Chord

Section of the North-East Chord - from festival street before Dmitrovskoe highway- to be completed by 2018. Its length is almost 11 kilometers, there will be many flyovers, overpasses and tunnels. Work on the new site is now in full swing. Monday at large-scale construction visited by Sergei Sobyanin.

Almost five kilometers of the highway along the Oktyabrskaya railway. On the working scheme construction of the North-Eastern Expressway, this section has number 7. It will connect the existing exit to the Moscow-St. Petersburg highway with Dmitrovskoye Highway. The amount of work is enormous. Indeed, in addition to the construction of the roadway itself, it is necessary to shift kilometers of communications, reports.

By the beginning of construction here prepared thoroughly. The road will pass over a vast area industrial area. Dozens of buildings have to be demolished to make room. Car repair shops, warehouses, garage complexes - all this is being removed to accommodate flyovers and overpasses. Even the pumping station, which serves the entire microdistrict, will be moved to the other side of the railway line. At the same time, consumers will not be turned off for a minute. Such preparatory work take not only a lot of time, but also make up a significant part of the budget.

"60 percent of our efforts and time will be spent on liberating the territory, transferring communications - these are heating mains, water supply, power lines, other underground, for example, cable collectors, we are going through, after that we will begin large-scale construction of the structures themselves," said the head of the construction department Moscow Andrey Bochkarev.

In total, more than 10 kilometers of roads will be built on this section. Most of will pass through overpasses and viaducts. The 170-meter bridge across the Likhoborka River will become one of the most complex engineering structures. Its width will fit 11 traffic lanes with access to a major road junction to the side Yaroslavl highway.

"We started to the most difficult section road network Moscow. This connection toll road to St. Petersburg and Dmitrovka. We have already completed one section to Festivalnaya, now we have started the second section, which almost entirely consists of flyovers, overpasses, tunnels and a bridge. We hope that we will finish it in 2018," Sobyanin said.

However, some sections of the builders promise to hand over earlier. When ready. When the section from Festivalnaya to Dmitrovka is completed in its entirety, it will become part of the 35-kilometer North-Eastern chord. It will be a "first category" city highway. A multi-lane, traffic-free highway that will provide a diagonal connection between opposite districts of Moscow, while skirting the busy streets of the center.

Currently in the capital full swing work is underway on the construction of three new highways: the North-Western and North-Eastern chords, as well as the Southern Rokada ..

Northeast Chord

Length Northeast chord will be about 29 kilometers. It should, bypassing the center of the capital, urban areas in the north and southeast of Moscow, which are considered the most densely populated.

The chord will pass through the major highways in the north-east of the capital - Dmitrovskoye, Altufevskoye, Otkrytoe, and Izmailovskoye highways, allowing them to significantly relieve them. The chord is laid from the toll road Moscow - St. Petersburg on the western side of the Oktyabrskaya railway, along the Small Ring of the Moscow Railway to new interchange on the Moscow Ring Road at the intersection with the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy highway.

On the section of the North-Eastern chord from Festivalnaya Street to Dmitrovskoe railway overpass. It is necessary for placing on it branch No. 2 of the Moscow railway junction, which connects the Khovrino and Likhobory stations.

It is also planned to build 4 car overpasses on this section, two overpasses over railroad tracks and additional congresses to them. This will allow residents of nearby areas to significantly save time on the road to Dmitrovskoye Highway. Currently, in order to get on the highway, you have to make a detour. The opening of this section will allow access to the highway directly in the vicinity of the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station.

The northeastern chord is divided into sections:

  • From Businovskaya interchange to Festivalnaya Street (commissioned in 2014);

  • From Festivalnaya Street to Dmitrovskoye Highway (under construction);

  • From Dmitrovskoye Highway to Yaroslavskoye Highway (projected);

  • From Yaroslavl to open highway(trace not defined);

  • From open to Schelkovo highway(projected);

  • From Shchelkovskoye Highway to Izmailovskoye Highway (everything has been built except for the tunnel over Shchelkovskoye Highway);

  • From Izmailovsky highway to Enthusiasts highway (under construction);

  • From the Enthusiasts highway to the interchange at the 8th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road Veshnyaki - Lyubertsy (projected).

The northeast chord will connect six metropolitan highways. According to Marat Khusnullin, the main work on the construction of the North-Eastern Expressway will be completed in next year

The highway will reach federal highway Moscow - Noginsk - Kazan.

The construction of two sections of the North-Eastern Expressway is scheduled to be completed this year. However, the bulk of the commissioning of the new highway linking six major Moscow highways is scheduled for 2018. About the details of this project, "VM" asked the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin.

Currently ongoing active work on the section from Izmailovsky to Schelkovskoye Highway, where traffic was already opened on the flyover at the intersection with Shcherbakovskaya Street and at the intersection with Tkatskaya Street in September last year.

It is planned to complete work on this section of the chord in the second quarter of this year, - said Marat Khusnullin.

According to the deputy mayor, by the end of 2017, a section of the North-Eastern chord from the Entuziastov highway to the Izmailovsky highway will be built.

The main work on the construction of the North-Eastern Expressway will be completed next year. The highway will be completely ready in 2019, - said the head of the capital's Construction Complex.

The northeastern chord should connect along the periphery, bypassing the center of Moscow, urban areas in the north, northeast and east. It is assumed that highway will pass from Businovskaya interchange to Festivalnaya street, Dmitrovsky, Yaroslavl highway. Then it will cross Otkrytoye, Schelkovskoye, Izmailovskoye highways and come out to Izmailovsky highway and Highway Enthusiasts. Further, the chord will go to the junction of the Moscow Ring Road with the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy highway, then to the borders with the region to connect with the Moscow-Noginsk-Kazan federal highway.

Thanks to its future commissioning, traffic congestion will be seriously reduced in the city center. Residents of the surrounding areas will be able to quickly get to the other end of the city, bypassing the entrance to the center. According to preliminary estimates, the launch of traffic along the North-Eastern Expressway will improve the transport situation by 20 percent both in the surrounding areas and in the city as a whole.

In 2018, it is planned to commission one of the key sections of the North-Eastern Expressway - from the Entuziastov Highway to the Moscow Ring Road. The construction of this section will improve the transport accessibility of the Eastern and South-Eastern districts of the city. Also, thanks to this part of the highway, motorists will receive convenient entry and exit from the city on federal road"Moscow - Noginsk - Kazan".

Putting the site into operation will redistribute traffic flows and reduce the load on the main highways of the city: the Entuziastov highway, Ryazansky and Volgogradsky avenues, the east of the Moscow ring road, - says Marat Khusnullin.

The highway will carry out the passage of vehicles in the mode continuous movement 3 - 4 lanes in each direction. Also, thanks to the creation of chord highways, new ground passenger transport routes will be created. They will have dedicated lanes.

As told in the capital's Stroykompleks, the construction of the North-Eastern chord, which will include a number of artificial structures, is in the active phase, and separate sections goes ahead of schedule.

The city has a comprehensive approach to solving the problem of traffic congestion in the capital's roads. The construction of chord highways is one of the largest and most technologically complex development projects transport infrastructure metropolis, - sums up Marat Khusnullin. - The priority of the Construction Complex is to solve the transport problems of the capital. The city government allocates up to 70 percent of the funds of the targeted investment program for these purposes.

In the period from 2011 to 2016, about 12.5 percent of the entire existing street and road network of the city was built in Moscow - over 527 kilometers of roads.

The authorities decided to put another scar on the body of Moscow - to build the North-East Expressway. So far, only the draft layout of the future route is ready, let's see how the next billion rubles will be spent.

01. General form plot:

02. Regarding the entire area:

03. Well, now in more detail, prepare your imagination, let's go from Yaroslavl, because tracing through national park(!!!) for some reason not invested in the project:

04. Past the Botanical Garden:

05. Vladykino:

06. Separation (or vice versa convergence - depending on how you look) TSW and SZH:

07. Sections of several places:

08. TPU in the direction of travel:

09. Features:

Surprisingly, even not a single underground / overhead passage sounds somehow implausible.

10. And now the socio-economic justification. Although it is not clear where social is meant here, I see only economic calculations, not social effect, no transport effect in perspective:

11. Although I’m lying, there are transport calculations, it has already been calculated where there will be traffic jams in the future:

What can I say ... for some reason I wanted to drink from grief. But if in the case of Northwest chord, which walked along ordinary streets, and from which they decided to make a semblance of a highway, despite the inhabitants, where I still wanted to exile all those responsible to North Korea then just have a drink. Unlike the SZH, this chord for the most part goes along and along the industrial zone:

Apparently because of this, there will be no off-street crossings, and public transport on the chord is also not provided.

BUT in fact, this road distributes all traffic from the M11, only if the M11 is a toll road, this one will be free, that is, it will actively stimulate car use, and will also distribute a huge flow of cars around the city, for example, if a resident of Khimki or another Moscow region used to Tver, would go to the city by train or public transport, now he will go by car. Also, monstrous junctions obviously will not decorate the city and will not unload the exit streets. Although, there is a tiny chance that after entering this chord, it will finally be possible to close northeast section Third ring, turning it into a normal street.

In any case, instead of investing money in socially useful projects (yes, at least for linking UDS between districts), these will go to roads and traffic jams. But Grey Cardinal Satisfied - builders will be able to master the budget for a couple more years.

PS On Thursday, August 20, hearings on this project will be held in Ostankino, Rostokino and 3 other districts, I suggest that residents take care of this now.
