Dolgoprudny was freed from congestion. The construction of a viaduct near the Khlebnikovo platform is in full swing - Sheremetyevsky Forest

Control over the construction of road facilities in the Moscow region is carried out on a weekly basis. Meetings of construction headquarters are held on site, which allow you to determine control points for the implementation of projects.

Last weekend, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region Pyotr Ivanov and Head of the Main Department of Road Facilities of the Moscow Region Konstantin Lyashkevich, with the participation of the head of the city of Dolgoprudny Oleg Troitsky, held a meeting of the headquarters for the construction of an overpass through railway at the Khlebnikovo platform.

The overpass at the Khlebnikovo platform is one of the 7 overpasses being built as part of the "Free Moving" project of the governor's program "Our Moscow Region", and the first one on which work is at the final stage - labor movement on the road is planned to be launched by the end of 2014.

The construction site is located in the central part of the Sheremetevsky district municipality g.o. Dolgoprudny. The purpose of the construction is to eliminate the one-level intersection of the New Highway with railroad tracks Savelovsky direction of the Moscow railway near the Khlebnikovo platform. The turn to Khlebnikovo is the first road junction from the side of Dmitrovskoye Highway (highway federal significance A-104 "Moscow-Dmitrov-Dubna") in the direction and further to the highway M-10 "Russia".

The existing traffic is characterized by many kilometers of traffic jams during peak hours and weekends. The reasons for congestion are the proximity of Moscow and the Moscow Ring Road with a gravitation towards Sheremetyevo International Airport, with its cargo terminals and located in close proximity industrial zones the city of Lobnya, the high intensity of train traffic along the Savelovsky direction, as well as a significant excess of the normative load level of the district's street and road network due to dense buildings.

"The overpass solves transport problems not only of Dolgoprudny," said Petr Ivanov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region. - "It is part of a comprehensive solution to the transport problem of this part of the Moscow region, since its commissioning is synchronized with the commissioning of the first section of the Moscow-St. Petersburg 15-58 km high-speed highway in Khimki."

The overpass in Khlebnikovo is distinguished by a unique design of a metal span, which is 224 meters long and weighs more than 2,700 tons. It goes through road with a width of 7.5 meters, two railway tracks and in the future gives the possibility of building 2 more railway tracks. The project provides for two traffic lanes in each direction, barrier fences, construction of access roads, installation of noise barriers, LED lighting, arrangement of paths and construction of two staircases for pedestrians. Appropriate engineering and design solutions were used during the construction, which are not currently used anywhere else in the Moscow Region.

"The work is in the final stage, the opening of the labor movement is scheduled for the end of December," - said Peter Ivanov. - "This is facilitated and weather- steady temperature regime and the absence of precipitation make it possible to lay asphalt and complete work at the overpass exits.”

At present, the procedure for lowering the span onto the supports has already been completed, all parts of the overpass are on the same level and represent a single object, along which road equipment passes from one end of the overpass to the other. “Work continues on the installation of noise barriers, the overpass is being painted, the installation of lighting is being completed,” said Konstantin Lyashkevich, head of the Main Department of Road Facilities of the Moscow Region. - “Work is underway on the construction of stair descents, the installation of drains. To open the working traffic, it remains to finish the congresses of the overpass - in the coming days, they will begin work on laying the top layer of the road surface for the subsequent laying of crushed-stone-mastic asphalt concrete.

The head of the Moscow region Andrey Vorobyov gave green light traffic on the first completed object of the governor's project "Free moving". The unique structure will significantly relieve traffic in Dolgoprudny, initiating complete solution transport problems of the urban district.

Solve old problems

Dolgoprudny is one of the most problematic transport plan cities near Moscow. Across it is "cut" by the Moscow Canal, along - by the railroad of the Savelovsky direction of the Moscow Railways. There are three railway crossings in the city - near the Khlebnikovo, Novodachnaya and Vodniki platforms. Barriers on them are sometimes closed for 16 hours a day, which gives rise to huge queues of cars.

- The Khlebnikov crossing is famous and one of the most difficult. It has always been heavily overloaded, - Andrey Vorobyov said live.

As a result, it takes an hour and a half to drive a distance of seven kilometers through the city. In addition to this, the access roads to the capital are Likhachevskoye Highway and the Moskva Canal crossing Dmitrov highway- have long been unable to cope with the load due to the colossal pendulum migration.

The government of the Moscow region solves the transport problem of Dolgoprudny in a comprehensive manner. Instead of constantly closed crossings modern overpasses are being built, eliminating the intersections of roads and railways at the same level.

Labor movement along the first of them, near the Khlebnikovo platform, was opened yesterday. All three facilities are included in the "Free Movement" project of the governor's program "Our Moscow Region", which involves the construction of 17 overpasses in the Moscow region in those places where it is most difficult for cars to cross the railway. Work on them is being carried out within the framework of a tripartite agreement concluded between the government of the Moscow Region, the Federal Highway Agency and JSC Russian Railways.

Right on time

The Khlebnikovsky overpass is distinguished by a metal span, unique in terms of its design, 224 meters long and weighing more than 2,700 tons. Total length of the constructed section is almost 2 km. The customer of the work was the regional Main Department of Road Facilities, and the general contractor was the State Unitary Enterprise MO "Moscow Regional Road Center". The cost of the work, taking into account funding from the federal and regional treasuries, is 5.9 billion rubles. By the way, the engineering and design solutions used during construction today have no analogues in the Moscow region. The facility's overpass runs over a 7.5-meter-wide highway and two railway tracks, in the future making it possible to build two more tracks.

Even today, the new, two-lane road from Dmitrovskoe Shosse to Sheremetyevo Airport and further to M10 Rossiya and the recently opened M11 highway can be reached without hindrance, in a matter of minutes, said Petr Ivanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region. In the future, the daily throughput of the facility will be up to 50,000 vehicles at an estimated speed of up to 80 km/h. To ensure traffic safety, barrier fences, LED lighting and noise screens were installed, paths and two stairways for pedestrians were equipped.

It should be noted that traffic on the first stage of the overpass in Khlebnikovo is open strictly on schedule - in December current year. According to the head of the GUDH near Moscow, Konstantin Lyashkevich, next year road network Dolgoprudny is waiting for further reconstruction - in the spring of 2015 interchanges and exits to Tsentralnaya, Zavodskaya and Leningradskaya streets, as well as to Khimkinsky Prospekt, will be made.

Just the beginning

Overpass in Khlebnikovo - starting stage implementation of the plan to resolve the transport problems of the Dolgoprudny urban district, said Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Region Government Petr Ivanov. The construction of the second such facility in Dolgoprudny is in full swing - an overpass near the Novodachnaya platform. Its opening is scheduled for next year. Design documentation for the third Dolgoprudnensky overpass, near the Vodniki crossing, has already received a positive conclusion from the state expertise of the Russian Federation. It is planned to begin its construction in January next year, the commissioning of the facility is expected in 2016. The opening of all three overpasses in Dolgoprudny and the improvement of the transport situation in the city will definitely increase its attractiveness in the eyes of investors, the deputy chairman is sure.

The commissioning of the facility in Khlebnikovo is part of a comprehensive program for unloading traffic in Dolgoprudny. It is synchronized with the commissioning of the head section of the M11 Moscow-St. Petersburg highway, as well as with the opening road junction at the intersection of Likhachevsky highway with a new highway. Let us recall that traffic on the head section of the M11 was opened on December 23 in the Left Bank district of Khimki.

This is the first-born on the railroad of the Savelovsky direction and the first large object in a large-scale program for the reconstruction and construction of such crossings, planned by the government of the Moscow region.

The overpass is a very troublesome business. We are driving along the construction site that has begun with the head of the construction department of special facilities of the Main Directorate of Road Facilities of the Moscow Region Nikolai Rogov.

Look, the construction of the flyover itself is half the battle, - explains Nikolai Vasilyevich, an experienced builder who once had a chance to build bridges on the BAM. - But after all, 70 sites fell under the construction site, where serious preparatory work. It takes a lot of time to transfer communications. According to N. Rogov, already erected treatment facilities. They will collect wastewater from the roadway, and already purified water will fall into the reservoirs. We drive along the New Highway past colossal warehouses and a logistics center serving the Sheremetyevo airport.

Numerous trucks with cargoes are sent here.

Imagine the situation in Dolgoprudny. A railway passes through its territory, there are five stations, including Khlebnikovo, Vodniki, Novodachnaya and three crossings. The only road that does not cross the "piece of iron" is Likhachevskoye Highway. New and especially Dmitrovskoe highway are loaded to capacity. Most importantly, 128 pairs of electric trains pass through Dolgoprudny every day. Remember, Aeroexpresses, so convenient for passengers, were recently launched. But after all, as a result, barriers at crossings are closed for 16 hours a day! Historically, our city consists of northern and southern parts, - said Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Dolgoprudny Administration Yury Tochenov. - They are separated by the Moscow Canal, various channels. The only way to get from one microdistrict to another is through the Dmitrovskoe highway. But at the same time, you also need to cross two railway crossings - in Vodniki and here, in Khlebnikov. And moving, as you can see, is a headache.

Sometimes it takes an hour and a half to overcome a distance of seven kilometers around the city!

In the meantime, we drive up to the headquarters of the construction. I lift my head: the sky is blue-blue, the plane flies very low - to land. At the construction site - working environment. And while we were driving along the construction site, we stood in a traffic jam for a couple of minutes, - I brag to Yuri Alekseevich. You are very lucky, he smiles. - It's about 4 pm now. The crossing rises tightly from 6.30 to 9.30 in the morning and in the evening, starting at about 17.00. What's going on on Friday! Don't forget, it's winter now. And when the summer season begins ... Rush hour is just a collapse. Traffic jams, and bilateral - from the side of Dmitrovsky and Leningrad highways - stretch for a kilometer. Therefore, the importance of the elevated overpass is difficult to overestimate.

The length of the Khlebnikovsky overpass is two kilometers, the overpass itself, which at an eight-meter height will block the railway in the station area, is 687 meters. It will equip 4-6 lanes for traffic, in addition, equip and footpath. The highway will be able to pass at least 70-80 thousand cars a day.

Builders will reconstruct the adjacent roads, build modern system lighting. What has been done now? There is a temporary road, said Andrey Dmitriev, head of the overpass construction. Work has been underway since November last year, and during this time in varying degrees seven of the sixteen pillars of the overpass were erected. We are sure that in October 2014 the overpass will receive the first cars.

Direct access to Sheremetyevo Airport from Dmitrovskoe Highway will open. Currently, the design of a similar overpass across the crossing of the Novodachnaya platform has begun. These two overpasses will provide free access to Dmitrovka.

DIRECT SPEECH

Andrey Vorobyov, Acting Governor of the Moscow Region

The overpass across the railway near the Khlebnikovo platform is one of 16 priority crossings. The main problem was the access of contractors to the territories and the possibility of their preparation for construction. On the this moment all problems are solved, it was possible to reduce the deadline for commissioning the object until October 20, 2014.

The regional government has high hopes for Dolgoprudny. Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. Graduates must stay with us.

This requires a developed infrastructure and transportation, transport logistics is very important.

Reference

There are more than 400 railway crossings in the Moscow region, 16 of them are the busiest. Their reconstruction and construction of new overpasses are planned, which will cost approximately 76 billion rubles. So, work on the overpass in Khlebnikov will cost 6 billion rubles, in Novodachny - 7 billion. This year the construction of the overpass in Kotelniki will be completed. Construction of the crossing will begin Stupinsky district, near Zhilevo station.

For these purposes, 30 billion rubles will be allocated from the budget of the Moscow Region in the next three years, including 12 billion in 2013. Funds from private investors will also be attracted.

Moving City – Dolgoprudny October 28th, 2013

Dolgoprudny is famous throughout the country for Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. But if you ask local motorists (however, as well as for users public transport) describe their city in one word, they will say: moving!

And this will not be surprising, because less than 90 thousand people have 3 regulated crossings through the Savelovskaya railway (plus an uncountable number of crossings with various technical ways). And at the same time there is not a single flyover through the piece of iron. That is, wherever you go in Dolgoprudny, you will definitely get up at the crossing, because the Savelovskaya piece of iron breaks the city into two halves.

The main highway leading to Moscow is Dmitrovskoye Highway, but in order to get to it, most residents need to cross one of the crossings. For example, this one, near the Novodachnaya platform.

Trains on this section of the Savelovskaya railway run so often that the barrier does not have time to rise, it immediately falls back. To feel the beauty of crossing this crossing (as well as the other two), watch a short video (2.5 minutes it lets cars through, then closes for 4. And this despite the fact that most of the time there is no train).

For comparison, how moving is arranged in the "wild west".

Due to the low bandwidth the traffic jam stretches for hundreds of meters:

A similar situation at the crossing near the Vodniki platform:

In addition to the fact that the barrier is closed most of the time, the situation is aggravated by the fact that cars cross the tracks extremely slowly due to Bad quality road surface.

And the last crossing at the Khlebnikovo platform. Everything said about the two previous crossings of the railway is also typical for him.

Alas, on any crossing you can easily lose about an hour! In this regard, it is especially fun for residents of Dolgoprudny to get to Sheremetyevo Airport. It seemed to be within reach of him. But because of the channel. In Moscow, motorists will have to stand at two crossings!

Here is such a bleak picture emerges. It is very successfully complemented by a dozen crossings through little-used technical branches neatly scattered throughout the city.

I especially liked the existing railway located directly under the windows of a residential building!

But technical branches are trifles. The main difficulties are created by the three already mentioned railway crossings. Of course, the authorities are thinking about solving transport problems. It is planned to build as many as three overpasses at the site of each of the crossings. In the near future, the overpass near Vodnikov will be designed, and the flyover at Novodachnaya will be built in the near future. The overpass at Khlebnikovo is already under construction. Here is the diagram:

Work is in full swing. Construction is expected to be completed next year.

The only thing that bothers me is the residential buildings on the other side of the railway. So far, no one is demolishing them, and the residents have not even been resettled. No matter how another road paradox turns out, when half of the overpass will stand, and the second will remain on paper.

A description of the misadventures of Dolgoprudnensky motorists would not be complete without a story about Likhachevsky Prospekt / Highway. It leads to Moscow to the interchange of the same name, bypassing all railway crossings. It would seem that this is the deliverance from all problems. Not nearly happened. Half of the road is closed to traffic! A real road paradox. Can anyone tell me why this happened and has it always been like this?

Likhachevsky prospect in Dolgoprudny

This road is planned to be reconstructed in the near future. I just don’t understand what the work will consist of: will they just open traffic on an unused roadway?

But the funny thing is that, according to the reconstruction scheme, the work to put in order will end on the border of the city. And then the road to Moscow will remain two-lane? If so, then the current congestion will not disappear anywhere ...

The only hope for the residents of Dolgoprudny is that this part of the Likhachevskoye highway will be reconstructed during the construction of the Khimki section of the Moscow-Peter toll highway. By the way, it is planned to connect the road to the Korovinskaya interchange on the Moscow Ring Road, which now ends exclusively with ramps to the ring road.

The main flow from St. Petersburg will go to the new North-Eastern chord through the Likhachevskaya (Businovkskaya) interchange, which will undergo some indescribable transformations.

Work is going on there. full swing.

By the way, the Moscow-Peter highway, in addition to the main function of communication between the two capitals, should significantly improve the transport situation in both Dolgoprudny and Khimki (which are the same). After all, it will appear new road through the water barrier.

Against the background of the difficulties described above, the rest of Dolgoprudny's transport problems may seem mere trifles. However, we still prepared a package of proposals to eliminate them. But more about that another time.

Now, in terms of transport, the city of Dolgoprudny is one of the most problematic in the near Moscow region.

Problem one: the city is divided into four “slices”, four transport isolated clusters. Along - the busy railway of the Savelovsky direction, and across - the Moscow Canal. There are only 3 extremely busy and closed most of the time crossings across the railway in the city - at the Khlebnikovo, Vodniki and Novodachnaya platforms. There is only one connection through the Moscow Channel - Dmitrovskoye Highway. All this means colossal overruns and unpredictable travel times.

Problem two: access roads to Moscow, Likhachevskoe highway for the western part of the city and Dmitrovskoe highway for the eastern part. Both the highways themselves and their extensions in Moscow have long been unable to cope with the load due to the colossal pendulum migration.

It is not surprising that in terms of transport accessibility, or rather inaccessibility, Dolgoprudny successfully and sadly competes with such cities near Moscow like Balashikha, Korolev and Krasnogorsk!

However, there is something that distinguishes Dolgoprudny from the cities mentioned above: practically all the main problems of the city are already being solved. And almost simultaneously in all directions.

Overpasses across the Savelovskaya railway

Already under construction overpass in Khlebnikovo. Completion date 2014.

Will start building soon overpass near Novodachnaya. Completion date 2015.

Overpass near Vodniki is currently awaiting design, with a tentative completion date set for 2017.

Secondly, in the title of the M-11 highway, an interchange of the Likhachevskoye highway with the M-11 is also being built, as well as an exit from the Likhachevskoye highway to the Korovinskaya interchange! Deadline is also 2014-2015.

This will give residents of Dolgoprudny direct access to the Korovinskoye Highway. By the way, it is also being reconstructed now (by local broadenings).

Video about toll road M-11

And what about Dolgoprudny itself?

Against the background of these problems and their solutions, transport difficulties inside Dolgoprudny may not seem too difficult. But nevertheless, the city has problems with capacity, safety, and convenience for motorists, passengers, and pedestrians. And Probok.net has already prepared a package of proposals to solve them. But this will be a separate post.

Write what problems there are on the roads of Dolgoprudny, and your suggestions for solving them. We will also try to consider and submit them for a decision.
