Which sections of the M7 road are being repaired. Lots of road plans

Traffic light concept on the M-7 Volga highway at the Balashikha-Vladimir section will be completed by 2020. Subordinate to Rosavtodru FKU Uprdor Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod conducts systematic work on the elimination of traffic light regulation on this road.

Transport interchanges are currently under construction at km 18 , 21 and 22 within the city of Balashikha, which will effectively separate traffic flows and create conditions for continuous movement transit transport along the overpass part of the M-7 Volga highway. Completion of the construction work is scheduled for fourth quarter of 2017.

next step work on the implementation of the concept of traffic lightless traffic on the highway will be the reconstruction of the M-7 Volga highway for km 26 – 30 with construction road junction per km 27 , as well as a major overhaul of the road section per km 23 - 26 . These projects involve the elimination six traffic lights on the section from the 23rd to the 30th km. The overhaul of the M-7 Volga highway on the section km 23 - km 26 is planned for 2018-2019.
Start construction and installation works within the framework of overhaul per km 26 - 30 scheduled for 2017 year.
Road junction construction project at km 43 highway M-7 "Volga" in the Moscow region was sent for approval to "Glavgosexpertiza", with the allocation of appropriate funding, its implementation is scheduled for 2018-2019. As part of the interchange construction project, a traffic light will be eliminated at km 43 of the M-7 Volga highway within the boundaries of the village of Obukhovo.

Currently, the project for the construction of a transport interchange at km 50 near the city of Noginsk, Moscow Region, is undergoing approval of documentation for planning the territories, after which the project will be sent to Glavgosexpertiza. Its implementation is scheduled for 2018-2019. The project will eliminate the traffic light at km 50 of the M-7 motorway. The project for the overhaul of the section of km 57 - 60 of the M-7 Volga highway is also under examination, within the framework of which it is planned to install a turning loop with the subsequent elimination of the traffic light at km 57. The implementation of all work is scheduled for 2018 - 2019.
In 2017, a major overhaul of the M-7 Volga highway will be carried out on the section km 83 - 94, which provides for the elimination of the traffic light at km 88 in the village of Malaya Dubna.
A major overhaul at km 94-118 until 2019 will allow the elimination of all traffic lights within the city of Pokrov (5 traffic lights) and the village of Kirzhach (1 traffic light).
In 2017, a large-scale overhaul is being completed on the section km 145 - 156 of the M-7 Volga highway in the city of Lakinsk (final stage - km 144 - km 145, km 149 - km 151), within which all traffic lights will be eliminated.
In 2017, a major overhaul will begin on the section of km 156 - 169 of the M-7 Volga highway, which involves the installation of three turning loops and the construction of an elevated pedestrian crossing at km 168, as well as the elimination of all traffic lights. This year, work will be launched at km 167 - 169. The completion of the overhaul is scheduled for 2019.

In November, the curse will be lifted from Lakinsk. There, a three-year overhaul of the M-7 motorway within the city is finally being completed. The road workers promise that now the timing of the passage of this section of the Volga will change significantly. However, motorists have already felt it and slip through the city quite quickly. Although especially high-speed "racers" should be wary of installed video cameras. About new and old problems of our roads, about the loops on the M-7 and its "bottlenecks" in the coming years, we were told and shown by the leaders of the FKU Uprdor Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod.

Vladimir - stand?

The head of Uprdor Maxim Goldobin can be seen on the track from afar. He is equipped in a repairman's signature suit. Our conversation with him began on the side of the "Pekingka" next to the new overpass in the area of Lakin Street in Vladimir. And if motorists knew that they were driving past such a big road boss, they would certainly take the opportunity to talk to him. Every driver always has something to say about asphalt and ditches. Especially since regional center next year will be in the center of repair work. "Beijing" will again be overhauled. Work will begin this year. However, traffic jams are not particularly expected - as the road builders promise, they will not come out on the canvas. They will be engaged, for example, in the removal of communications. The cutter and paver will come here only next year.

The volume of work on the M-7 within the boundaries of Vladimir (from the turn to Energetik to the turn to Globus) will be significant. Goldobin says it's not just asphalt that's going to be new. It is planned to strengthen the roadbed in some places. On the separate sections set up fast lanes. Traffic flows will be divided by barriers. Electric lighting lines will be reconstructed, and all bus stops arrange. How to restore the fence of the route. And oh, a miracle - a storm sewer will appear on the highway!

The section of the road will fully comply with this category. We will take into account all the requirements that apply to such roads in the city, - Maxim Anatolyevich assured.

More important information- all stops public transport remain in Peking. Including opposite the microdistrict Verizino. Although the head of the Uprdor is frankly perplexed: why did his department learn about such a large-scale construction of pavilions, in fact, in fact, when complaints began that the Vladimir "casserole" was threatened with transport isolation.

There is some kind of inconsistency here ... big construction, and in transport scheme this is not taken into account, says Goldobin. - And in fact, thousands of motorists are added at once. And a problem arises. Of course, ideally, we would like to “leave” the city. And 2 years ago we presented a similar project to the relevant minister. From the interchange at the 169th kilometer, the road would go to Suzdal, to the so-called. northern bypass of Vladimir, about 40 kilometers long. The project was approved by everyone, but there are no funds yet. We put it off...

Uprdor does not hide the fact that they would like to implement this project even for reasons of economic feasibility. After all, if we carry out a complete upgrade of Beijing with the elimination of all traffic lights, the arrangement of U-turns and the construction of new overhead crossings, this will require 23 billion rubles. And the estimate northern bypass much more modest - 12 billion.

This project does not lose its relevance for Vladimir, - says Goldobin. - We periodically try to return to it - and eventually we will come. There should not be transits in the city, especially since their number is growing by 10% annually. Now 65,000 vehicles a day go through Vladimir along the M-7. Outside the city - about 40 thousand. For comparison: in Balashikha this figure is several times higher: 120 thousand cars. There are seasonal and peak fluctuations, but in any case, transit transport should not enter the city. This is an ideal, which, if possible, should be considered ...

About barbarians in transitions

This is what our region is remarkable for, that the M-7 pierces several of its cities. And the task of Uprdor in the first place is to eliminate the centers of accidents on the highway. According to Goldobin, it succeeds. He cites Lakinsk as an example:

In 2013, the city was the champion in the number of accidents. Now 4 accident centers have been completely eliminated. Streams are divided, reversal loops are created, pedestrian crossings at different levels.

The journey through the city now takes a matter of minutes. True, the landscape became sour: the city was “sewn up” in noise screens. But there is still more pleasant here: new lighting and sidewalks, excellent transport and pedestrian paths. The representative of the contractor confirmed that before the reconstruction of the route, in many places they were worn out to the ground.

The pride of the road builders in Lakinsk is overhead crossings with original design solution: elements of arched structures make them atypical. They look good: light, airy. But the problems with their service are typical: human barbarism. For example, the passage was opened just a week ago, and the handle on one of the entrance doors is already broken.

Even when they were building, the lamps were stolen here, - says Evgeny Smirnov, deputy head of the Uprdor. - There is video surveillance, but we don't know how long it will stay. Trying to connect to the system safe city”, we post information that damage to federal property is a criminally punishable act, but vandals still cannot pass by the crossings. Even though we install reinforced metal structures, concrete pavements, durable polypropylene...

The cost of such crossings (except for Lakinsk is the same in Vladimir) - from 40 million. It is equipped with a lift for people with limited mobility.

By the way, from 2012 to 2016, 35 accidents occurred on the road section near Lakina Street in Vladimir, incl. 14 - with collision with pedestrians. Even an innovative pedestrian crossing, over which lighting and a warning signal were installed, did not save. So the overhead is a panacea. All the exits and paths leading to it, about the need for which even VV wrote, have now appeared. But now Uprdor is counting on the consciousness of the townspeople in Lakinsk, and in Vladimir, and in Petushki (here such an overhead structure has to be regularly repaired). Abovegrounders are built for the safety and comfort of the citizens, not for vandalism and their foolish prowess.

Temporary hardships will remain

Sharing plans for upgrades on the M-7, the leaders of the road gave us a lift to the turn to the Koloksha station. There used to be a high-risk point here too. Now the construction of the reversal loop is being completed here. After the single-level interchange is ready, the situation will change.

But already now the Great Koloksha stand is in the past. It is more appropriate to talk about the difficulty of movement due to the narrowing of the lane. In Uprdor they assure that during the repair and construction works they try not to narrow the bands.

But it is clear that it is too early to talk about the complete comfort of motorists at the moment when such large-scale work is underway. Uprdora believes:

We have an underdeveloped road network. There is no alternative to the federal highway. Unfortunately.

At the same time, they emphasize that they always inform the local authorities about such repairs.

The project provides for the calculation where will he go traffic. But the compensation mechanism for local roads, along which the transit will go, - no, - Goldobin noted. This means that motorists themselves are looking for ways to bypass the M-7, this summer, for example, hundreds of cars went around Koloksha through Energetik with access to Babaevo.

Next year, motorists will have to look for alternative navigation when driving through Pokrov. Uprdor switches significant forces there to continue the reconstruction of the route passing through the city. Up to 40 thousand vehicles pass through it per day.

We enter Pokrov as part of the project for the reconstruction of the M-7 from Kirzhach to Petushki, explains Goldobin. - It is divided into seven stages - until 2020. In Pokrov, as in Lakinsk, fenders will be installed, lighting will be replaced, and protective screens will be partially installed. In some houses - glazing to protect from noise. The project of building a bypass road is not considered here: the costs will be simply colossal.

Here, as in the rest of the Vladimir sections of the M-7, paramount task- reduce accidents. From the bridge over the Kirzhach to Petushki - 14 centers of accidents. By the end of the project, the road builders hope for a radical change in the situation. Relocations using notoriety for drivers and pedestrians will remain in history.

And we, the drivers, are again asked to endure. The manager apologizes for the inconveniences already caused and those that are planned for the future. Ultimately, all this work is done for us.

13.4 kilometers federal highway M-7 will be overhauled in our region this year. The amount of funding increased by 1 billion rubles compared to last year and amounted to 4.2 billion rubles.

The accident rate on the M-7 decreased by 14% due to repair work. The number of dead decreased by 27% compared to the APPG, the number of wounded - by 20%.

Uprdor Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod, responsible for the repair and maintenance of the federal highway M7-Volga, described in detail the "road repair" plans during Vladimir region for 2017. According to the agency, the cost of all types of work on the "federal" in comparison with 2016 will increase by more than 1 billion rubles and amount to 4.4 billion.

In 2017, 4 bridges and more than 17 kilometers of the highway will be repaired on the section of the federal road passing through the territory of the Vladimir Region. The work will be focused on several sections of the M-7 Volga highway in Petushinsky, Sobinsky, Kameshkovsky, Vyaznikovsky districts and in the city of Vladimir.

Completion of overhaul:

Major repairs will be completed on sections of the M-7 Volga highway: from km 145 to 156 in Lakinsk, from km 300 to 309 in the Vyaznikov area and the village of Ilevniki. The project provides for the elimination of traffic lights, the separation of traffic and pedestrian flows through the construction of two underground and five overground pedestrian crossings, the installation of sidewalks, lighting, barrier and railings. Thus, the 12- and 9-kilometer sections of the route, where motorists are now suffering in traffic jams due to repair, will correspond to the parameters of technical category 1B.

Start of overhaul:

In the new road construction season, Uprdor plans to start major repairs on two more sections of the M-7: from 94 to 118 km (from the village of Kirzhach to Petushki) and from 156 to 169 km (near the village of Demidovo and the village of Vorsha).

The first section - 24 kilometers of "federal" passing through the village of Kirzhach, the city of Pokrov, the villages of Novye Omutishchi and Annino, will be "capitalized" in 7 stages until 2020.

This season, work will start on sections from 104 to 108 km and from 94 to 99 km, passing through the village of Kirzhach and the exit from Pokrov. The implementation period for the two sections is 2017 - 2019. Federal road builders will widen and strengthen the roadway, build turning loops, transition lanes, build new and upgrade existing electric lighting lines, replace and build new bus stops and culverts. A dividing strip will be arranged on sections of the motorway and more than 13 km of metal barrier fencing and half a kilometer of concrete will be installed.

"Large road repair" in that will enter to Pokrov: on the section from 104 to 105 km, 1.3 km long, a turning loop, a temporary overhead pedestrian crossing, new sidewalks, and new bus stops will be installed.

As for the section near Demidov and Vorsha, in 2017 the bulk of the work under the project will be on the construction of a turning loop outside the settlements - on the segment from 167 to 169 km. But in general, the project involves the installation of three reversal loops in this section and the construction of an elevated pedestrian crossing at 168 km, as well as the elimination of all traffic lights.

Bridge repair:

This year, four bridges will be overhauled on the Vladimir sections of M-7. Work will be completed on the bridge across the Klyazma at the 2nd km of M-7 - the entrance to Vladimir, where repairs started in 2015. The overhaul on the bridge across the Topka at the 111th km of the M-7, which has been carried over from last year, will also be completed. The bridge over the Undolka River at km 152 of the motorway will be overhauled. In 2017, repairs began on the bridges across the Kirzhach River (at km 94) and the Volga (at km 105). These are transitional facilities, their completion is scheduled for 2018. The federal road builders will completely replace the beams of the superstructure, crossbars, rebuild the coastal and intermediate supports, the bridge deck and sidewalks, a drainage system, new barrier and railings will appear at the facility.

Just repair:

As for the usual repair, and not capital, that in the Vladimir region in 2017 Uprdor will repair a four-kilometer section of the route from km 266 to 271, as well as 39 km of electric lighting lines on the section from 255 to 294 km of the route passing through the villages of Pavlovskie Dvoriki, Simontsevo, Dashing Pozhnya, Kourkovo, Chudinovo and the city of Vyazniki.

Pedestrian crossings:

To ensure the safety of pedestrians, in 2017 it is planned to build nine overground and underground pedestrian crossings: seven of them will be built in Lakinsk at 149+700, km 150+550 (underground), km 151+100 (underground), km 153+170, km 154 , km 155 + 100, km 156 + 000 of the M-7 Volga highway, one more will be built in the area of \u200b\u200bthe turn to the Koloksha station and in the city of Vladimir on Peking near the Friendship Street stop.

Repair on M7 in 2017 - figures:

Major overhaul - 13.407 km

Repair - 4 km

Lighting repair – 39 km

Capital repairs of artificial structures - 4 bridges

The volume of financing for construction, overhaul and repair in 2017 is 4.4 billion rubles

The amount of financing for construction, overhaul and repair in 2016 is 3.2 billion rubles

Raise road safety on M7:

Summing up the results of the last year, Uprdor states that in 2016 on the Vladimir sections of the M-7 Volga highway, the number of accidents decreased by 7%, the number of deaths - by 14%, the injured - by 10%:

“This result was achieved thanks to a set of measures - the construction of 8 elevated pedestrian crossings, the installation of 21.72 km of axial barrier and 3.755 km of pedestrian fences, 6 “Your Speed” signs and the additional arrangement of 32 pedestrian crossings with innovative equipment.”

Track guide about plans for 2017

Last year, 3.2 billion rubles were allocated from the federal budget for the repair of facilities on the M-7 highway in the Vladimir Region. Basically, the money went not to replace the asphalt, but to improve safety: three bridges were repaired, including across the Rpen River within the boundaries of Vladimir, 21 km of barrier and 3.7 km of pedestrian fencing were installed. In addition, 13 kilometers of the road were overhauled, and the pavement was put in order for another 25 kilometers.

Plans for this year are somewhat bigger. 4.4 billion rubles are to be mastered. Funds will also go, first of all, to security. They plan to make the third stage of work in Lakinsk itself and repair the bridge across the Undolka River. As a result, the road builders promise, there will be no ground crossings and traffic lights on the Lakinsky section of the route. It will be possible to go from one part of the city to another via five elevated and two underground passages.

This year, the road builders promise to complete the work on the Vyaznikovsky section of the highway (from 300 km to 309 km). But the overhaul of the section from the village of Kirzhach to the town of Petushki has just begun.

“The overhaul project for the section from 94 to 118 km of the M-7 Volga highway, passing through the village of Kirzhach, the city of Pokrov, the village of Novye Omutishchi and the village of Annino, will be implemented in seven stages until 2020.

In 2017, work will start on sections from 104 to 108 km and from 94 to 99 km, passing through the village of Kirzhach and the exit from the city of Pokrov. The federal road workers will widen and strengthen the roadway, build a turning loop, transition lanes, build new and upgrade existing electric lighting lines, replace and build new bus stops," the highway's press service said.

By December, the bridge over the Kirzhach River will be repaired. According to the route management, the object will be the most difficult for 2017: it the only bridge on the track, standing on wooden piles, it is on the turn, has complex configuration and complete absence bypass roads nearby. Due to the serious traffic flow, its repair will create problems for motorists. In addition to the Kirzhach bridge, Uprdor will start repairing three more bridges this year.

Despite the disagreement of the residents of Vladimir, another overhead crossing over the M-7 will appear in Beijing. With the onset of favorable weather, they began to erect the foundations of the structure there, but a problem arose. From the side of the ravine, the soil turned out to be “weak”, and now the road builders are solving this issue.

In general, the route management is satisfied with the abundance of elevated and underground passages, protective screens, fences and reversal rings. According to statistics, in 2016 at the M-7 facilities, the number of accidents decreased by 7%, and the number of deaths decreased by 14%.

Perhaps from the side of the convenience of citizens the best option construction would be bypass roads, but in a situation of lack of funds, transitions will have to be built. They will follow this path to Gorokhovets. The detour there was estimated at 10 billion rubles, after which the money will be invested in the safety of the route in the city center.

09.08.2017 Plus 2 traffic jams between Moscow and Vladimir

On the federal highway M-7 connecting Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod, long-term work will start: the overhaul of the section near Malaya Dubna will last for 2 years, and the repair of the bridge across the Volga River near Pokrov will last more than a year.

In the area of the suburban villages of Ozherelki and Malaya Dubna in the Moscow region, a major overhaul of an 11-kilometer section has begun. Planned work while outside settlements: during the year, communications will be rebuilt on a 4-kilometer stretch (91-94 km), asphalt will be completely replaced, oncoming traffic flows will be separated by a barrier fence, and an overpass will appear for pedestrians. In addition, a reversal loop will be arranged at 93 km - and, accordingly, left turns will be canceled. "Passage at the work site will be carried out in one lane in each direction. The maximum permitted speed is 50 km / h. The restriction will be in effect until the end of 2017," the Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod Road Administration told us.

In 2018, work on the project will continue on the territory of Ozherelki and Malaya Dubna (83-90 km). "A traffic light will be eliminated at km 88 in the village of Malaya Dubna, as well as two more reversal loops and two modular elevated pedestrian crossings will be installed, transition lanes will be equipped, slopes will be strengthened, noise screens will be installed, road signs and guide devices. This will significantly improve the safety traffic, as well as throughput section of the highway," the federal road workers told about their plans.

On August 11, a major overhaul of the bridge across the Volga River at 106 km of the M-7 highway in the Vladimir Region will begin. In this regard, traffic restrictions will be introduced until October 30, 2018. The bridge will be repaired with the overlap of one side. At first, traffic will be closed completely on right side roads, traffic will be launched on the left side of the bridge - one lane in each direction. Max speed traffic on the overhaul site is limited to 50 km/h. As specified in Uprdor, after the overhaul, the carrying capacity of the bridge will increase - the passage of loads A14 and NK-14 will be provided.

When planning a trip by car to Moscow or back, first assess the traffic situation. And be sympathetic to the upcoming inconvenience.
