Since Volokolamka in the Rechnoy alignment does not release normal traffic towards Ilyinsky in the morning and does not receive it in the evening even now, is it ready to fill the overpass towards Moscow with traffic in the morning and receive the flow from the overpass in the evening? The answer is obvious: of course not. Moreover, during the construction of the overpass, the problem will not be solved: the reconstruction boundary ends at railway crossing before reaching River Street.

How to solve the problem? Surely, many will offer to expand the Volokolamsk highway along its entire length by a couple of lanes or even build an overpass.
