What does dp mean in time. Regulations on pps, pp and dp

Hello, dear readers of the blog site. It seems to be a question, but how often does it arise. For example, when working with English-language services, it is always difficult for me to immediately remember what time it is 10.00 PM in terms of our time feeling (do you mean morning or evening?). And in general, where did these AM and PM come from, who needs them and why not use only the 24-hour format?

Well, here the question is probably from the same area as the use right-hand traffic vehicles in some countries - it just so happened and nothing can be done here. You just need to deal with these a.m.'s once and for all. and p.m. (to get into your head the relationship with the 24-hour ruler), well, or at worst, write yourself a cheat sheet (if, like in my head, nothing lasts for a particularly long time). Where to write? Yes, right here, i.e. on your blog pages. So I will do...

Are we really that far away from the 12 hour time format?

The time format using AM and PM is widespread not only in the bourgeoisie, sometimes its echoes can be observed in the Runet space (mainly in localized bourgeois projects). For example, known to many bloggers, he suggests choosing the time for sending letters to subscribers based on the 12-hour format, and not the 24-hour one:

It seems that the time zone also indicates that here a.m. and p.m. do not understand, and the interface is translated into Russian. No, habit is second nature. And how do I understand 11:00 am - 1:00 pm? Is it from 11 am to 1 pm or from 11 pm to 1 am? You need to google, and so every time, to know for sure ...

Although, I, probably, in vain so attacked the bourgeoisie with their AM and PM. If you think about it, then you and I also half live in a 12-hour world. For example, when they ask you the time, you don’t answer that it’s now fifteen minutes to eighteen, but say that it’s fifteen minutes to six, and in the evenings or mornings - a person is able to determine for himself. In this regard, we are the same.

At the same time, in Russian-language texts, in most cases (yes, always) the 24-hour time scale is used. But here we have an arrow clock, again in a 12-hour format. It would probably be difficult to fit 24 hours there and it would look overloaded.

But our digital clock is again 24-hour, while the Americans have it, judging by the films, 12-hour with a.m. and p.m.

Oh, how everything in life is messed up, if you think about it.

Decoding and nuances of using A.M. and P.M.

But this is all verbiage, and what does AM and PM mean?(how these abbreviations are deciphered). It turns out that these abbreviations are Latin and literally mean the following:

  1. AM - before noon
  2. PM - after noon (this, by the way, is easier to remember, because the first letters in Russian and Latin name match)

This can be quite well illustrated by the following two pointer chronometers:

Then PM is evening and AM is morning. Everything seems to be simple, but there is a small problem. It's all good until it's over before noon or midnight, i.e. rendezvous cycles a.m. and p.m.

In general, it turns out that different countries, accepting a 12-hour cycle, these moments can be celebrated in different ways ( and 12 p.m. and 12 a.m.). Thus, there are discrepancies (such as "the glass is half full or it is half empty"). For me, it would be more logical to use not 12 p.m., but 0 p.m., which would be much more logical, but the bourgeoisie knows better. The result is this, in my opinion, absurdity:

After 12 a.m. goes 01a.m. etc. And after 12p.m. goes 01p.m. I personally have a hard time getting used to it (how can a 1 come after 12?). Americans generally mark midnight in documents as 11:59 p.m., and noon as 12:01 a.m., so that there are no legal incidents and discrepancies. They are kinda weird...

AM and PM to 24 hour conversion table

Well, the full plate of correspondence between 12 and 24-hour time format will then look like this:

In general, what is the PP diet and what does proper nutrition have to do with it? You will find answers to these and many other questions in this article. And you can also find out whether it is realistic to lose weight on energy bars, on diet shakes, or is it possible to drink beer and consume fats during a diet?

The mysterious PP diet is deciphered surprisingly simply: a diet is the observance of a certain diet, and PP is proper nutrition. As a result, it turns out that the PP diet is the observance of the correct diet. With this diet, you can not only lead to normal condition metabolism in the body and thereby increase immune system, cleanse the body of toxins and toxins, and at the same time, without any special restrictions and bullying on yourself, you can get rid of extra pounds. Such weight loss will only be a joy!

On the PP diet, there is no need to arrange fasting days and the diet itself is very diverse. So you can easily forget about mono diets and liquid food - all that is required of you is to bring your diet to the diet menu described below.

The content of the article:

Diet PP - menu

Since it implies the use of certain foods in the diet, then, depending on the taste preferences and habits of the diet menu, everyone makes up for himself, choosing from the recommended products exactly those ingredients that are closer to him.

  • First of all, all fatty foods should be excluded from your diet: fried potatoes, including french fries, fast foods, crackers in bags, of course, chips, where without it, alcoholic beverages - primarily beer, soda, mayonnaise, cakes , cake and all in the same spirit.

At first, observing the PP, the craving for heavy food will be stronger than reason and arguments, but do not panic, the main thing is to last a couple of weeks, and the desire to eat something tasty and harmful will weaken, and after three months PP ( proper nutrition) you will not look at the products that you used before.

  • Enter vegetables and fruits into your diet, they should be at least 20% of the daily diet. Bananas and grapes are best eaten in daytime, but apples, pears and citrus fruits are allowed to eat at any time of the day, except at night. At this time, the body is resting, and everything that you eat will settle in your body in the form of body fat.
  • While following the PP diet, lean on slow carbohydrates. These include: durum pasta, buckwheat, rice, oatmeal, wholemeal bread.
  • Be sure to include cucumber, carrot, beet and cabbage salads in your diet. The body uses more calories to digest these vegetables than they contain.
  • Also, the body, despite food restrictions, requires animal protein, which must be consumed per day at the rate of one gram of animal protein per kilogram of body weight. It is better to cook foods containing animal protein by steaming, in the oven, or by boiling.

So, where is animal protein found: in cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, meat (it is better to choose low-fat pieces), poultry. animal protein should make up at least 20% of the daily diet.

  • Required for PP ( proper nutrition) in the diet, enter olive and flaxseed oils, seeds, red fish and nuts. You can find out about the benefits of flaxseed oil at.
  • Make it a rule to drink two liters of water a day. No tea, no juice, no coffee, just WATER. Water has a beneficial effect on metabolism, accelerating it, and at the same time helps to remove harmful toxins from the body.
  • Toward evening, reduce the consumption of carbohydrates, minimizing them. In the evening and at night, foods with a high protein content are preferable. At night, you can drink a glass of kefir or unsweetened hot tea. I myself often noticed that hot drinks reduce the feeling of hunger.
  • Put your food on small plates - the portions eaten will be much smaller, and the food will look voluminous. Eat small meals, but often.

Oddly enough, juices sold in stores are prohibited products. These drinks do more harm than good.

PP Diet - Prohibited Foods

  • Forget about sausages, sausage and canned food. Despite their apparent low calorie content, the “Eshki” that are part of these products have a detrimental effect on the entire body as a whole.
  • Croutons, dried, dried, salted fish, chips and instant vermicelli will not bring any benefit - these products whet the appetite.
  • PP () does not tolerate store-bought mayonnaise - because of its insane calorie content (about 600 calories per 100 grams), replace it with low-fat sour cream.
  • Forget about bouillon cubes, replace them with seasoning plant origin, marjoram, oregano, allspice and hot peppers. Moreover, hot pepper is good for stimulating the digestive system.
  • Replace sweets with marshmallows, marmalade, dried or dried fruits: figs, kiwi, dates, prunes, pears, mangoes, etc. But remember, carbohydrates can be consumed in small quantities.
  • During PP diets give up beer entirely. Sometimes, if you wish, you can afford a glass of red wine, but here there are some pitfalls - alcohol whets the appetite.
  • Do not abuse salt.

We lose weight by observing PP (proper nutrition) or 7 myths about diets.

Myth 1: "Bars for weight loss"!

In fact, energy bars only contribute to weight gain, as they belong to the group of processed foods.

In a nutshell: processed foods are easily absorbed by the body, which leads to an excess of energy in the intestines, resulting in weight gain. If there are such bars during even the strictest diet, then the results at the end of it can be disappointing, the weight will not go away, and if you still manage to throw it off, then it will turn out to be much less than calculated by the diet.

Therefore, if you want to lose weight during a diet overweight, then eliminate processed foods from your diet (proper nutrition).

Myth 2: "Fat-free foods."

There is an opinion that eating fat-free foods, you can get rid of the fat layer. Is that so?

If back in the eighties, nutritionists advised to follow a diet low in fat, or even with their exclusion, then a few decades ago they also proved the opposite. For the normal functioning of the body, fats are vital - optimal work depends on them. brain activity, the condition of the skin, heart and other organs. Fats also aid in absorption. a large number vitamins, including Omega 3. And the most paradoxical is that fats contribute to weight loss.

During the digestion of fats, the production of the hormone ghrelin is suppressed (this hormone affects the suppression of hunger), thereby stimulating the release of the peptide (this substance gives a feeling of satiety). Also, the consumption of fats in small amounts affects the decrease in the total glycemic index that comes at one meal, which in turn affects the long-term feeling of satiety.

Myth 3: "Animal fats and the appearance of cellulite."

There is a myth that eating saturated fat directly contributes to cellulite. Is that so?

It is the excessive consumption of calories that leads to the appearance of cellulite, and fats only contribute to this. Cellulite is nothing more than a consequence of excess calorie intake, where no matter in what form fats enter the body in the form of sweets or in the form of french fries, the result is still the same.

However, while adhering to PP (proper nutrition), saturated (animal) fats should be introduced into the diet in small quantities, as they contribute to rapid satiety.

There is a difference, you eat two packs of fat-free cottage cheese, which will negatively affect the figure, or you will eat a small amount of the cottage cheese product, but with a slightly higher calorie content and quickly get enough.

Myth 4: "Stimulation of metabolism contributes to weight loss."

Many have probably heard, eat more often and lose weight. Is it so?

Long breaks between meals have a negative effect on the figure, because after a long abstinence from food, a kind of starvation sets in, and when you eventually pounce on food, you absorb it so quickly that the feeling of fullness does not have time to come and overeating occurs - gluttony.

But frequent consumption of food is not an option for losing weight. If there is often, then where does the feeling of hunger come from, and hence the overeating and excess weight.

Failure to comply with the main meals and the snacks provided between them contributes to the lack of feelings of hunger and satiety. You need to eat only with the onset of hunger, neither earlier nor later.

Myth 5: "Exercise and food without restrictions."

There is an opinion that if you introduce into your daily routine physical exercise Then you don't need to keep track of the calories you eat. Is it so?

In fact, everything is simple. It doesn't matter how much time you spent in the gym, if the calories eaten exceed physical activity, then the extra pounds will not only not go anywhere, but will more than settle on the figure.

Physical activity regulates appetite and helps keep the body in good shape, but this does not mean that you can forget about the quantity and quality of food consumed.

Myth 6: "Beer is the enemy of any diet."

Get better from beer. Is it so?

Any alcohol has enough calories - one gram of alcohol contains seven calories. For comparison: the same one gram of fat contains nine calories. Agree, the difference is not significant. For example: carbohydrates and proteins contain only 4 calories per gram.

Draw your own conclusions. However, infrequently and in small quantities, alcohol is allowed to drink during the most strict diets.

Myth 7: "Diet drinks for weight loss."

With the help of diet drinks, you can lose extra pounds. Is it so?

Most researchers have come to the conclusion that both diet drinks, smoothies, and regular juices on store shelves contribute to weight gain.

Diet drinks contain sugar substitutes, which not only prevent weight loss, but often cause weight gain. These very sugar substitutes stimulate the appetite, which causes constant desire something to chew on.

And now for a better understanding PP diets I offer you an approximate menu for the week.

Friends!
There were a couple of questions that stubbornly do not leave the head.

1. On the DP-27 light machine gun, the bipod, as I understand it, is not fixed in the open state. Those. retracted to the limit forward - the machine gun is placed on the ground - and that's it, ready to fire. Horizontal aiming is carried out, as I understand it, precisely due to the free travel of the bipods, otherwise it would be necessary to create an additional node with an axis, as on the MG34.

Question: did the bipods not fold when firing, if, for example, the machine gun was pushed forward a little in battle? I’m guided by the MMG - even a relatively small effort directed forward, after several leashes with the barrel to the right and left, leads to the fact that the bipod simply folds, and the heavy colossus simply falls to the ground (on the sofa).

2. In feature films familiar from childhood, we often see
how a fighter fires from a submachine gun (PPSh, PPS, MP40, etc.)
And in the process of shooting, sometimes he takes the cocking handle back.
Those. turn, another turn - once, and the handle on yourself - and shoots again.
Then it seemed - a blunder of the director. And then on Youtube I looked at the link where
posted a video shot in our time, somewhere not in Russia; a person shoots from PPS, and then from PPSh - he found a link to the Hansa, the advantages and disadvantages of both of these systems were discussed. So - to my surprise, I again found that after several bursts, the bolt was again in the forward position, and the shooter, along the way, systematically cocked it - 2-3 times for one shot magazine.

Question: what was it? A misfire due to a poor-quality cartridge, or something else? I tried to see the extraction of the "non-working" cartridge on repeat - I didn’t see it, which was strange ...

I would be grateful for any answers, and perhaps someone himself is puzzled by these questions.

-----------
For DP I nina ... but for PPSh - this happens when a misfire or undersupply of a cartridge to the line of chambering from a tambourine or sector. The reasons are different. Dirt, spring shrinkage, cartridge misfire. Those. the normal situation is a delay when shooting. Normal in terms of what happens. for shooting, of course, it’s not normal and this doesn’t happen in working weapons with normal cartridges - the shutter remains in the forward position only when the cartridges are used up and pulls through after changing the magazine
Since the misfired one that has flown out is not visible, it means either the cartridges have run out - or the undersupply

Antidot 13-09-2008 18:44

quote: Since the misfired one that has flown out is not visible, it means either the cartridges have run out - or the undersupply

Most likely, this is indeed an undersupply of the cartridge.

linnet 13-09-2008 20:33

There was a DP option with bipod fixation in the open position.

Novgorodian 13-09-2008 20:51

***But the strange thing is that delays in firing occur quite regularly. I'll try to find a link where all this can be seen. ***
Grandfather shot and PPSh at the beginning. 1960 (were at the protection of airfields). He constantly remembers what g ... PPSh after AK. For a long time they thought with him why - maybe wartime cartridges or the “ratchet” itself with marriage, but it turns out this is a common thing?

BorianM 13-09-2008 21:09

There was a spacer on the DP - it flashed on the forum, look. In the cinema, I cringe because of the idle, whose energy is not enough for normal work systems, in life - for many reasons.

RAY 14-09-2008 12:47

------------
I'm willing to argue - there is a DRAMA AND a typical malfunction of a tambourine is a skew of the first 2-3 or skips in serving. In these cases, if the cause is not dirt or thickened grease on the spring, this cannot be cured by hand in the field - it’s useless

Planespotter 14-09-2008 15:08

The bipods on the tar once folded because of the crookedness of the hands. The machine gun pulled on itself, and everything is in order. Somehow they even tried to put the bipod backwards. Who cares, I felt uncomfortable. If on the tar a blank cartridge is powerful enough, or a compensator with a larger hole than necessary, then until the cartridges run out, the machine gun will not be silent

Gervas 15-09-2008 05:07

DP-27. Personally, I put the bipod back to front, tied a leather strap - from the left through the trigger guard to the right, tightened it - it turned out to be a rather rigid construction, if you want to stand, if you want to fall - nothing adds up (the know-how is not mine, from the time of the Second World War).
By the way, in the "History of Weapons" thread a couple of months ago there was a topic about "tar", bipods and a device for fixing them; it makes sense to look.

Antidot 16-09-2008 12:36

Oh how! About the bipod "back to front" I would not have guessed. So it's still not empty place an idea was born regarding the folding bipod DP!

Cellic 17-09-2008 19:16

Well, in films, PPSh and PPS are retracted with shutters mainly due to a blank cartridge. And the rest of the reasons, so to speak, are already from the tenth to the ninth. In short, maybe, but not every other time ... As for the DP, they have already expressed themselves very competently.

1.2.2. As part of the work on the DP, the student must demonstrate skills related to goal setting, analysis of the subject area, analysis of existing development experience, the formation of technical specifications taking into account the existing experience of solutions, planning and organization of work, technical implementation of the project, its
testing, debugging, presentation in the form of documents (reports) and protection
1.2.3. As part of educational process faculty, work on the DP is carried out in three successive stages: practice according to the profile of the specialty (justification of the expedient

Imagery of development, formation of technical specifications for development), pre-graduation practice (software implementation of the project and the formation of a technical description), graduation design (description of the development process, project review, preparation for defense).
Calendar deadlines for the completion of work are determined by the schedule of the educational process
current year.
1.2.4. The theme of the DP must be unique (that is, the topics of the projects should not be repeated),
worthy of qualification, that is, be knowledge-oriented,
the skills and abilities acquired within the various disciplines that the student
must prove on the defense of the project.
1.2.5. The topics of the DP are approved by the order of the rector of the university after agreement with
chairman of the issuing commission and dean of the faculty. For approval
topic, an approval sheet is drawn up (APPENDIX 1 to this regulation).
1.2.6. The timing of the stages of the project is determined annually by the schedule of practices and graduation design. Violation of the established schedule by the student is qualified as non-compliance curriculum and is the basis for applying disciplinary measures to the student up to and including expulsion from the university.

2. The content of the stages of the project
2.1. Practice according to the profile of the specialty
2.1.1. The purpose of the practice in the profile of the specialty is the formulation of the problem, the study of the subject area (Table 2, clause 4 of this provision) and the modeling of development requirements, which includes the definition of input and
output data, the formation of a data transformation model, etc. Based on the results
At this stage, the student forms the terms of reference for the development (described in
paragraph 2.1.5 of this provision).
2.1.2. Setting the task for practice and accompanying students up to the defense of the DP
carries out the department of the graduate course.
2.1.3. The stages and specific content of work within the framework of the practice is determined by the standard
assignment for practice in the specialty profile (APPENDIX 2 to this
