Traffic on two new overpasses will be launched in Balashikha in September. Railway overpass "Reutovo-Balashikha"

Until recently, the M7 Volga highway was jammed with many kilometers of traffic jams both in the region and in Moscow. This problem, which has become global, the authorities of the Moscow region decided to eliminate by reconstructing Gorky highway. The reconstruction of the route began in 2014. Most of road works already completed, and already now you can see that traffic jams have become many times less. The second stage of the reconstruction of an important Russian highway is next in line - in 2018-2020, three new interchanges are planned to be commissioned, which will completely eliminate congestion.

U-turn loop at the 27th kilometer of the M-7 highway

What is done

The first stage of reconstruction took place from 2014 to 2017. For several years, the highway has changed beyond recognition: at the junction of the Bypass and Leonovskoye highways, as well as at the intersection of Sovetskaya Street, new transport interchanges appeared, which made it possible to significantly relieve the road. All changes took place mainly in Balashikha - the largest city near Moscow numbering 470 thousand people. This is where traffic congestion has been concentrated over the past decades. The transformation, however, did not affect the entire route, but only a segment from 18 to 23 kilometers - one of the most difficult area Gorky highway. Now transit transport, which moves mainly along them, can freely move towards the region, bypassing traffic lights.

Scheme for the reconstruction of the Gorky Highway: the first stage

For drivers of passenger vehicles, an underpass space has been equipped, which facilitates a U-turn. reverse direction. As a result, transits and cars do not meet at the most dangerous intersections, as a result of which the risk of traffic accidents is reduced. And the time of departure from the city to the region has decreased significantly - such changes please not only drivers, but also the traffic police, because now the number of emergency situations and traffic jams has significantly decreased on this section of the highway. And although congestion in the morning and evening peak hours still persist, all participants still observe a downward trend in them. traffic.

By the way! Thanks to the reconstruction of the Gorkovskoye Highway, it is possible to get from the center of Moscow to Noginsk in half an hour.

Which traffic lights have been eliminated:

  • at 50 and 57 kilometers on the M-7 highway;
  • at the 88th kilometer at the entrance to the village of Malaya Dubna;
  • in the interval between 94 and 118 kilometers, all traffic lights near the village of Kirzhach and within the city of Pokrov were eliminated;
  • at 145-156 kilometers of the route in the city of Lakinsk;
  • in the interval between 156 and 169 kilometers, all traffic lights were removed.

Current state of affairs

In 2018 year is coming renovation of 27 kilometers of the M7 highway, at the junction Eastern Highway. One of the three planned reversal loops is being laid there. The first junction will help ease the exit of drivers from the Sacramento microdistrict, as well as from the village of Bezmenkovo and the nearby Novsky Quarter. Now the final work is underway, the construction company, which is reconstructing the highway, assures that this section of the road will be put into operation by the end of this year.

This is what the road junction looks like:

Road builders are trying to provide people with a comfortable ride for business and travel as soon as possible. The intensity of traffic on this stretch is up to 100,000 vehicles per day, which is a lot for the still four-lane road, but already in 2018-2020, the authorities intend to change the situation in better side. Now, in many sections of the road, residents of the surrounding settlements may experience inconvenience due to changes in the geography of communications, but soon these works will be completed, and the road workers will start organizing access groups to the villages and, in particular, to the houses of people living there.

What is planned

For 2018-2020, the authorities of the Moscow Region have planned the construction of two more new interchanges on the Gorky Highway, which should completely eliminate traffic congestion. Innovations will affect the same Balashikha - it is there, from 23 to 26 kilometers overhaul roads. Already next year, as the city planners assure, all three reversal loops will be built, and the roadway will become wider by six lanes.

Installation of noise barriers

In addition, the road builders will reduce the number of traffic lights that interfere with the competent organization of traffic. During the reconstruction, at least three traffic lights will be removed, however, this will in no way prevent pedestrians from crossing a busy highway: as many as four elevated pedestrians are planned to be introduced between 2018 and 2020. They will also install noise barriers in places where people live, and put automated system traffic management. At present, supports for future pedestrian crossings have already been installed, and work is underway to remove communications. Temporary roads are also being prepared. By the way, the leaders of the Uprdor explain that, despite the fact that the road traffic is very high, coupled with ongoing repair work and a large amount of equipment used, the number of roads in operation has not been reduced - all work is carried out parallel to the highway, and special equipment does not interfere with drivers.

Reference! In the period from 2018 to 2022, 52 roads will be built in the Moscow region. 83.7 billion rubles will be spent on the renovation of the roadway.

The changes will also affect 30 kilometers of the motorway. It is there that an electronic scoreboard will be installed, which will show the weather and information about traffic jams in the most problematic places.

For 2020, it is planned to expand the road leading to the region after Balashikha. Now it has four lanes, but after renovation the road will become 10 lanes. On this section of the road, new overpasses with six lanes and a two-lane backup road will be built.

It is still too early to sum up the results of the reconstruction of the busiest highway - the Gorky Highway. A lot has been done to solve problems with traffic jams, but the work is not over yet. Road program with regards to the M7 highway, it is aimed at reducing the travel time from the center of Moscow to the outskirts of the Moscow region. And if earlier it was possible to get to the same Petushki in 3-4 or even 5 hours, then in the near future the travel time will be only one hour.

The renovation of the Gorky Highway will not only increase the speed of traffic and reduce travel time, but also increase the cost of land in the Moscow region. If now in Vladimir region, just 120 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, a hundred square meters of land costs 10 thousand rubles, it is not difficult to guess to what heights the price will soar after the repair of the road. Now the territories along which the Volga highway passes are beginning to develop intensively. This is not surprising, because thanks to broadband road traffic, it will be possible to get here 2 or even 3 times faster than before. Besides ecological situation in the Gorky direction is regarded as favorable.

How is the reconstruction going? video

Of course, I understand that I’m already fed up with news from only two objects, but since there are pictures, why not show them, especially since just three weeks after this construction site there have been many changes.
In mid-June, a business trip to Vologda region, and after the holidays, we should finally tell you how great we spent the May week in Belarus and Lithuania, so there will be variety.
In the meantime, let's see what's going on in Reutov.

1. The train goes around the overpass ramp on the left. After rearranging the path, she will do it on the right. To tell the truth, I considered this piece of the overpass completely ready.

2. It turns out that only 1/5 of the concrete ramp has been built. It will start approximately at the level where the old platform ends. That is, it will take up the entire width of the frame.

3. A new platform is being built. Actively or not, I can’t judge, on my last trip by train, I didn’t pay attention to her at all.

4. Well, I jump off the platform and stomp to the work sites. Here we have a fenced pit for the next ramp capture.

5. Due to lack of space and great length construction sites, superstructures lie there, here, here, and generally everywhere.

6. After construction is completed, the ramp will be filled with sand.

7.

8. Waterproofing has already been applied to the spans in this section of the flyover.

9. In the place where the road slabs now lie, the rails of the first track (to Moscow) will lie.

10. As you can see, there are already supports for this matter. contact network prepared.

11. The rails of the second track (from Moscow) partially lie in their place to the right of the flyover.

12. However, they disappear into the thickets of grass.

13. ED4MKM-0155 flew past for the second time in a day. The first time I saw her moving towards the Kursk station when I was waiting for an electric train to Reutov on Serp.

14. Well, I could not resist and climbed inside the long "gut" of the bridge.

15. The transparent part of the noise screen is, of course, wonderful. The only question is how long it will maintain its transparency.

16. A small crane prepares a platform of slabs for a large colleague.

17.

18. Another 27-meter span will be assembled here.

19. On the other side, temporary supports are being built, along which the 45-meter span will go to its place.

20.

21. A few types of Reutov humanists

23

23. The city can be seen even from here.

24. I took a picture of the base for the layout of the supports. here it will be necessary to build 4 U-shaped supports, between the legs of which paths will pass, and a whole bunch of single supports for 27-meter spans, turning into a ramp.

25. The scheme is, of course, clumsy, but what is it.

26. Garage kingdom.

27. Very close to the beach and the fountain.

28. Two 45-meter spans are fully assembled. One is 3/4 assembled, and another one is in the form of designer parts.

29. 27 meters are incalculable.

30. Two temporary supports appeared between the garages and the span for mounting the outer block.

31. The hole for two spans remained - and the spans and crossbars fall into the envelope, so they cannot be mounted now.

32. And here the main changes took place. The palisade of supports finally began to overgrow with iron, and very actively.

33. A couple more supports will have to be erected in front of the crawler crane.

34. The construction of the ramp is also going at a good pace.

35.

36. Let's see what's up with the car overpass.

37. The ramp is built and immediately falls asleep. The support is reinforced.

39. Here, behind the retaining wall, a new building of the EC post is being built. old tower hinders a bit.

40. Soon all this splendor will go over the tracks to its place.

41. A crap flew past, probably with ballast for a new path.

42. The weather hints that it's time for me to wash off. Literally or figuratively.

43. But instead, I climbed onto the assembly slipway.

44. This is a paradise for lovers of bare iron.

45. With such seams, the joints of the span elements are welded.

46. Crawler crane crawls, choosing a comfortable position for a lunch break.

47. It began to rain.

48. I decided to break through this labyrinth to the ramp from Balashikha and from clear conscience leave the construction site.

49. In the end, you can always hide from the rain inside the block of the future bridge :)

50. As you can see, it is not enough just to assemble a span of three blocks and hoist them into place. You need to hang the pieces of iron on it.

51. On this section of the overpass, it is necessary to assemble and mount 8 more 27-meter spans.

53. Long-long.

54.

55. It is concreted rather quickly.

56. But preparatory work take time. Hammer the tongue, extract the soil, tie the frame ..

57. The sheet pile is driven into the ground with this huge vibrator.

58. Frame support of the transition section.

59.

60. In front of the excavator, huge pile heads of the support grillage are visible.

61. They need to be cut and brought to the surface.

62. Some titanic work.

63. Formwork of the next supports.

64. Before assembly, the edges of the blocks are cleaned of paint with abrasive powder, so there is black sand underfoot.

65. Assembly is carried out using linings and high-strength bolts. It turns out a friction connection - the forces are transmitted through the pressing pads, since high-strength bolts do not shear.

66. Bolts are tightened with a certain force, depending on the characteristics of the metal for each batch of bolts.

67. The assembled unit is sealed.

68. The state of the metal before (right) and after (left) processing.

69. And this is an abrasive powder that is used for cleaning.

I can show photos indefinitely, but more than 70 photos in one post is inhumane. :)
So I will end my boring story.
So it goes!

Traffic on two new overpasses on the section of the Gorky highway in Balashikha will be launched in September. The third transport interchange will start functioning in November. This was announced after a meeting at the construction site by the head of Balashikha, Sergey Yurov.

A field meeting to resolve issues related to the completion of the construction of three interchanges on the Gorky Highway in Balashikha was held at a facility located at the intersection federal highway with Sovetskaya street. The meeting was attended by the head of Balashikha Sergey Yurov, the chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma Igor Bryntsalov, the leadership of Rosavtodor.

The construction of three overpasses is being completed. Traffic at the interchanges with Obyezdny Highway and Sovetskaya Street is planned to be launched in early September, the full completion of work is scheduled for November

— Sergey Yurov.

He added that this would significantly reduce the traffic load on the section of the Gorky Highway passing through Balashikha. It will solve the issue with the transport accessibility of the city and the passage of transit vehicles.

Chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma Igor Bryntsalov stressed that before putting the facility into operation, the wishes of residents in terms of compliance with environmental standards, the installation of soundproof screens, and the arrangement of pedestrian crossings will be taken into account.

The designers took into account the wishes of the residents and the administration of Balashikha. An optimal scheme for the installation of soundproof screens, stopping pavilions, and arrangement of pedestrian crossings was organized. In the future, there are plans to continue the development of the road infrastructure of the Gorky Highway in Balashikha,” said Igor Bryntsalov.

Head of Capital Construction Department "Uprdor Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod» Vitaly Zatsepin clarified that at the interchanges with Obyezdny Highway and Soviet work completed by 90 percent, and on the overpass over the Leonovskoye Highway - by seventy percent.

The junction at the Leonovskoye Highway is 70 percent complete. An earth embankment is being erected from the side of the region and the underpass space is being arranged. Structures are being painted and pedestrian zones are being created. At the other two interchanges, it remains to lay the top layer of the coating, apply markings and carry out landscaping -

Vitaly Zatsepin.

He added that the work on engineering communications has been completed one hundred percent. It took ten percent of them to equip them. general budget project, which cost about ten billion rubles. Vitaly Zatsepin said that a pedestrian crossing is provided in each underpass space. In the future, it is planned to introduce side passages-understudies with two lanes in each direction.

The Federal State Institution "Management of the Highway Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod of the Federal Road Agency" (FKU Uprdor "Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod") put into operation one of the three reconstruction facilities in Balashikha near Moscow, which made it possible to significantly speed up and simplify movement in the city: the usual traffic jam from Sovetskaya Street to Bypass Highway has been eliminated.

Two other overpasses at km 21 (at the intersection with Sovetskaya St.) and at km 23 (at the junction of Leonovskoye Highway) are planned to be opened for traffic on November 1 according to the schedule.

At present, according to the temporary scheme of traffic organization in the places of road construction works, when driving from Moscow and to turn onto the Bypass highway, motorists need to drive off onto the alternate road, and, turning around in the underpass space, turn right. The temporary traffic organization scheme takes into account the high intensity on this direction and assumes that the turning road is the main one. Drivers following the side passage in the direction of Moscow must give way to those who make a U-turn.

The change in the traffic organization scheme as part of the reconstruction of the road and the construction of the interchange made it possible to eliminate the traffic light at the intersection with the Bypass Highway, which significantly increased the dynamics of traffic flows. The pedestrian crossing is arranged in the underpass space and is regulated by a pedestrian traffic light.

“The launch of traffic on all three overpasses will allow unleashing transport node at the entrance to the capital, and will also create favorable conditions as for intracity transport communication, and for the movement of transit flows from the region and regions to Moscow ( Gorky direction): positive changes will be felt not only by motorists in the Balashikha urban district, but also in the Noginsk, Orekhovo-Zuevsky districts, as well as the Pavlovsky Posad urban district, ”the Rosavtodor website reports.

Federal State Institution "Management of the Highway Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod of the Federal Road Agency" is a state institution designed to carry out the functions operational management federal highways and artificial structures on them, fixed to ensure safe and uninterrupted movement Vehicle according to federal highways common use. Management is legal entity endowed with property on the right of operational management, which is in federal ownership. On the balance of management is 1402.3 kilometers of roads passing through six subjects Russian Federation. Of these, more than a third belong to the roads of the first technical category. The main transport artery is the M-7 Volga highway with an average traffic intensity of 86 thousand cars per day, namely M-7, due to the shortest distance between Moscow and eastern regions, is considered the main road connecting European part Russia with Siberia and Far East. The motorway Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod is integral part international transport corridor No. 2 with the message London - Paris - Berlin - Warsaw - Brest - Minsk - Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Yekaterinburg.

RIAMO (BALASHIKHA) - 23 Aug. The head of Balashikha, Sergei Yurov, discussed the reconstruction of the Gorky Highway on Wednesday at an off-site meeting during construction transport interchanges as part of the reconstruction of the M-7 Volga highway within the borders of Balashikha, the RIAMO correspondent in Balashikha reports.

On Wednesday, Yurov, together with the chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma, Igor Bryntsalov, and the leadership of Rosavtodor, held a meeting to discuss the progress in the reconstruction of the Gorky highway.

“As part of the project for the reconstruction of the Gorkovskoye Highway, the construction of three overpasses is already being completed. The movement along the main course is planned to be launched within two weeks. Full ending the work is scheduled to be completed by November of this year (2017 - ed.). This will relieve the transport situation in the city, solve the issue of transport accessibility to the city. For us, it is important not only to transit through the city, but also to solve those issues that are associated with the junction with the Gorky Highway: with the entrance to residential areas, ensuring pedestrian accessibility,” Yurov said.

He also noted the issue related to the transport accessibility of the residents of the residential district "New Izmailovo". According to Yurov, in the coming days it is planned to hold a separate meeting with the leadership of Rosavtodor and entrepreneurs who operate in the adjacent territories of the Gorky Highway.

During the press approach, Yurov stressed that new trees would be planted in place of the trees cut down during the reconstruction of the Gorky Highway.

“During the implementation of the project a large number of trees were cut down. Today, the company (Rosavtodor - ed.), which carries out construction work, is ready to participate in planting trees. We agreed that within the framework of the governor's action “Our forest. Plant your tree.” On September 16, we will carry out all the planned landings,” Yurov said.

According to Vitaly Zatsepin, head of the capital construction department of FKU UPRDOR Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod, this moment transport interchanges are almost ready for operation.

“Our object is three transport interchanges. At the moment, the installation of utilities throughout the entire length has been implemented, which amounted to about 10% of the contract value. The value of the contract was about 10 billion rubles. Tentatively, the start of the movement with the presentation commissioning of the facility will be in early November. At the moment, about 90% of the work on the installation of flyovers at the interchanges with Obyezdny Highway and Sovetskaya Street has been completed. The overpass with the Leonovskoye Highway is 70% ready,” Zatsepin said.

The goal of the Gorkovskoye Highway reconstruction project is to separate traffic flows in such a way that urban transport can freely go to local city streets and roads under the flyover, and transit vehicles go along the flyover part of the federal highway without stopping, without slowing down. Construction works traffic interchanges began in the Balashikha urban district in October 2014 at the junction of the Bypass Highway, at the intersection with Sovetskaya Street and at the junction of the Leonovskoye Highway.
