This means imminent traffic jams, so there will be no question of any problem-free movement along the South East to the South and back, and the transit effect of this extremely expensive highway will be reduced to almost zero.

Possible objections that this project is not related to the SE and does not mean its merger with the JR are refuted by the following:

●Despite the name, the project includes not only the reconstruction of Kantemirovskaya and Kaspiyskaya streets, but also a bridge across the Moskva River with access to Shosseynaya Street in the Pechatniki district. That is why public hearings are held not only in the areas of Moskvorechye-Saburovo and Tsaritsyno, but also in Pechatniki and Maryino.

●The projected configuration of the exits between the SE and Kantemirovskaya Street makes it impossible or very costly to continue the SE to the south along the railway.

●Exclusively to ensure the transit flow of the South East through the section of the South Rokada from the street. Bekhterev to st. Caspian project provides for the construction of an overpass along Kantemirovskaya street through Proletarian Avenue. This overpass is not required for the flows of the South Rokada, since this is a traffic light city highway.

●At the presentation of the Moscow Committee for Architecture for the Urban Planning Land Commission of the City of Moscow regarding the possible configuration of the SE, two options for passing the SE are indicated: along Kaspiyskaya Street and the railway (as provided for by the General Plan) and along Kantemirovskaya Street. The proposed project coincides with the second option, which confirms its direct relevance to the future configuration of the SE.

Thus, we demand from the District Commission to recognize this project as rejected based on the results of public hearings and send it for revision to the Moscow Architecture Committee with the following main requirement - to provide for the passage of the SE in the Tsaritsyno area along the Kursk direction of the railway, as provided for by the General Plan of Moscow of 2010, and also to question the feasibility of building an overpass along Kantemirovskaya Street through Proletarsky Prospekt.

Judging by the published materials of the public hearings, the Moscow Architectural Committee decided to... merge the sections of the future traffic-free South-Eastern Chord and the traffic-light South Rokada by constructing another "shulitz", cutting the residential area in half and creating an eternal traffic jam at the intersection of Kantemirovskaya and Koshkin, where the traffic light and 4 phases.

In fact, this is the scheme that the gloomy genius of the Moscow Architecture Committee gave birth to.

The southeastern chord is a traffic light freeway planned by the general plan of Moscow in 1971 and confirmed in the general plan of 2010. The route under it (green in the diagram below) reserved along the Kursk direction of the railway in all areas.
