Community of students of the Russian University of Economics. G.V. Plekhanov (hereinafter referred to as the University), being aware of their responsibility for the present and future of the University as a leader Russian education and responsibility for the maintenance and development corporate culture and the image of the University in Russia and abroad, for the preservation and enhancement of traditions, for the formation and maintenance at the University of a system of equal relations between students, employees of the university and its Administration, accepts this Code of Ethics for a student of the Russian University of Economics. Section I. General Provisions

University students must strictly comply with the Charter, internal regulations, rules for living in a hostel and other local acts University.

This Code applies to every student of the University, regardless of the direction / specialty and form of study.

This Code is a voluntary agreement of students that defines the ethical standards and behavior of a student of the University from the moment of enrollment to the moment of graduation.

University students conscientiously treat all types of CT training sessions and all forms of control provided for by the curricula of areas and specialties.

The main principles proclaimed by the Code of Ethics of the University student are friendliness, integrity and conscientiousness. Nothing in this Code shall be construed as giving anyone the right to do anything that is contrary to or above these principles.

Section II. Ethical standards of behavior of a University student

1. The community of students of the University considers it its duty to fight all types of academic dishonesty, including:

Writing off and passing knowledge control procedures by nominees;

Representation of any volume of finished teaching materials(abstracts, term papers, control, diploma and other works), including Internet resources, as the results of their own work;

Use of family or service ties to get a higher grade;

Deception of the teacher and not respectful attitude to him;

Forgery of documents that are directly or indirectly related to studying at the University;

Absenteeism and tardiness - skipping classes or part of them without a good reason.

Student community considers everything listed species academic dishonesty as incompatible with obtaining a quality and competitive education worthy of the future economic, political and managerial elite of Russia.

2. Students of the University consider it unacceptable for themselves:

Use, manufacture and distribution of any narcotic substances;

Use of obscene and swear words and expressions of speech;

Smoking at the University in the wrong places;

The use of alcoholic beverages and being intoxicated on the territory of the University;

non-compliance generally accepted norms morality and ethics, including reprehensible behavior in public places;

Rudeness and rudeness towards students, teachers and employees of the University;

Various forms of public expression of aggression;

Violation of freedom of movement, speech, assembly;

Illegal carrying or possession of weapons, explosives;

Implementation commercial activities on the territory of the University without the permission of the University Administration.

3. Students of the University believe that illegal actions and
considered unacceptable:

Theft of university and personal property of students, staff and teachers by third parties;

Careless attitude to material and other funds;

Removal of various equipment from classrooms, laboratories, classrooms, educational buildings and other premises, teaching aids and literature, instruments and other property of the University without appropriate permission;

Vandalism (deliberate damage or destruction of University property).

4. Students of the University adhere to the business style of clothing, avoid defiant things and make-up, are neat and tidy.

5. University students lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

6. Students of the University must be punctual and come to class on time. A late student may not be allowed to attend classes if he has not warned the head of the group or the teacher directly about this.

7. The student of the University fulfills all the necessary educational process teacher's requirements. Actions that in any way impede the conduct of the lesson and create inconvenience for others to gain knowledge, such as free movement around the audience during the lesson, conversations, including through mobile communications, are not allowed.

8. University students maintain an atmosphere of trust and mutual responsibility in the university community and comply with the requirements of the University management.

9. Students of the University carefully and respectfully treat the library and information resources of the University.

10. Students of the University recognize as necessary and useful any activity aimed at strengthening the system of student self-government, developing student creative activity(scientific and educational, sports, artistic, etc.), enhancing corporate culture and improving the image of the University. They support such activities in every possible way and contribute to the formation favorable climate for its implementation.

11. Students of the University treat their parents and other family members with respect and care. They provide all possible assistance to people who find themselves in difficult life circumstances.

Section III. Final provisions

1. For systematic or gross violation of the provisions of this Code student council may apply to violators various forms moral reprimands. The University Administration, at its own discretion, has the right to apply disciplinary sanctions to violators of the provisions of this Code, as provided for by the Charter and the Internal Regulations of the University.

2. The student community has the right to create on its own

3. A University student who discovers a violation of the provisions of this Code tries to stop it within the framework of the current legislation, and if this is not possible, notifies the student government bodies or the University administration about it.​

Students of the Altai Academy of Economics and Law (hereinafter referred to as the Academy) undertake to adhere to ethical standards, consider it necessary for themselves to follow these standards and are ready to be guided by them in their student activities.

During the learning process, students must maintain personal dignity and avoid anything that could harm the authority and image of the Academy, damage the reputation of students, question their competence and good breeding.

The relationship between students and teachers is based on benevolent, correct treatment, they comply with the norms of morality and morality, manifestations of indiscipline, low culture and irresponsibility are not allowed. .

This Code establishes the rules of conduct for students both in the classroom and during outside school time mandatory for every student of the Academy, regardless of specialty, level of training and form of education.

1. General requirements for student education:

1. Systematically and deeply master theoretical knowledge, skills, practical skills and competencies in the chosen specialty;

2. Complete all the tasks provided for by the deadlines curriculum and programs, attend all types of classroom activities conducted as part of the curriculum, undergo a knowledge control procedure in the prescribed manner;

3. Avoid plagiarism, i.e. use of other people's materials without specifying the author, passing them off as own labor, thereby violating the rights of the authors of the relevant works, not to show disrespectful attitude towards the teacher .

4. A student of the AAEP considers all the named types of dishonest attitude to study as incompatible with obtaining a quality and competitive education worthy of a highly professional specialist.

2. Rules of student behavior in the academy:

1. Comply with the requirements of the Charter of the Academy, the Internal Regulations, as well as other local regulations governing the educational process.

2. Comply with the access control requirements at the Academy and student hostel, without a reminder to present student ticket security personnel.

3. In the performance of their duties, show no prejudice of a racial, sexual, religious or national nature.

4. Be tolerant, polite, tactful and respectful towards your fellow students and teachers, observe the norms of ethics and morality.

5. To come to exams and tests in business attire. To consider it unacceptable to appear at exams or tests in outerwear or sportswear.

6. Carefully and accurately treat the property of the Academy (inventory, manuals, books, equipment, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and order in all educational, production and other premises of the Academy.

7. At the entrance to the audience of teachers, heads of the Academy, faculties and departments, express greetings by standing up, except when the teacher joins the already started educational process.

8. During classes, do not use cell phones and other radio equipment that interferes with the educational process.

9. Do not smoke in the premises of educational buildings and on the territory of the academy (including on the porch).

10. Consider necessary and useful any activity aimed at strengthening the system of student self-government, developing student creative activity (scientific and educational, sports, artistic, etc.), enhancing corporate culture and improving the image of the Academy, in every possible way support such activities and contribute to the formation favorable climate for its implementation.

3. Rules of conduct for students during extracurricular time:

Extracurricular activities of the student should not raise doubts about his integrity and honesty.

1. The student has the right to engage in any type of activity that does not contradict the requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation and this Code.

2. A student may participate in social activities, if it does not harm the authority of the Academy.

3. The student has the right to belong to political parties and movements, support them financially or in any other way, as well as publicly express their political views, participate in processions and demonstrations of a political nature, or in other political actions provided for by applicable law.

4. The student can enjoy freedom of speech, religion, the right to participate in associations and meetings. At the same time, he must always behave in such a way as not to diminish respect for himself and maintain honor and dignity.

5. The student has the right to create student associations or other public organizations and join them to protect their interests, improve professional training and preserve their student independence.

4. The responsibility of the student for violation of the requirements of this Code:

1. For violation of the norms and rules of this Code, a student may be subject to a public penalty in the form of:

2. For committing an immoral offense, repeated and gross violations of the rules enshrined in this Code, a student may be expelled from the Academy.

3. When deciding on the degree of responsibility of a student, all the circumstances of the misconduct committed by him are taken into account.

4. Responsibility for violation of the Code of Student Ethics comes in accordance with the decision of the Student Council and the deans of the faculties.

We, students of the NOU "Modern Humanitarian Business Academy", guided by the Code of Corporate Ethics of the SSBA and generally recognized moral values ​​and norms of etiquette, accept this Code of Ethics for SSBA students (hereinafter referred to as the Code) and undertake to comply with it.

Section 1. General Provisions

1. The ethical values ​​and norms of conduct of this Code are the basis for the development of knowledge, ensuring the quality of education and preparing students as responsible, active citizens and highly qualified specialists.

2. The key values ​​of the student community are honesty, trust, respect and responsibility.

3. Relations between students, teachers, staff and administration of the Academy are based on courtesy and correctness, mutual respect and readiness for mutual assistance.

4. The student must exclude behavior that degrades the honor and dignity of other people, including incorrect treatment of the interlocutor, offensive language and obscene language.

5. In student community recognizes the right of others to own opinion and self-expression.

6. The student is obliged to know, honor and increase the traditions of the Academy, as well as maintain the image and authority of the Academy.

Section 2. Basic ethical norms of behavior of SSBA students

1. Students of the Academy are advised to always look neat and tidy, adhere to the business style of clothing, avoid sports and club (evening) clothes that cause wardrobe items and make-up. Upon entering the building, men must remove their hats (any, from fur hats to baseball caps). It is considered unethical for a student to wear outerwear during class.

2. Smoking on the territory of the Academy is strictly prohibited on the basis of the Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated August 16, 2001 No. 2974 "On Restricting Tobacco Smoking".

3. Distribution and use of toxic and narcotic substances and preparations on the territory of the Academy is strictly prohibited. The use of alcoholic beverages, including beer, as well as being in a state of alcoholic, drug intoxication on the territory of the Academy is strictly prohibited and entails expulsion.

4. The student is obliged to know the name, patronymic and surname of the teacher and treat the lecturer with respect. Be punctual and show up to class on time. During lectures and seminars maintain silence and order.

A late student may not be allowed to attend classes. If you are still late, you should knock, carefully open the door, say hello, apologize and ask permission to enter. If permission is obtained, you need to, without attracting attention, take the nearest free place in the audience. Actions that in any way interfere with the course of the lesson and interfere with the learning of others are not allowed: free movement during the couple, conversations, the operation of mobile communications, and more. The teacher has the right to remove the student from the class for any violation of discipline. The student is obliged to obey without entering into an argument. After class, you need to politely explain yourself and apologize to the teacher. Cheating, the use of cheat sheets, forgery of the teacher's signature and other forms of deception and forgery of documents are not allowed.

5. During training sessions and any official events sound signal The student's mobile phone must be turned off. Talking on the phone, using a radio headset and listening to the player during the educational process is regarded as flagrant violation ethical standards.

6. The Academy has a strict access system. Students are required to comply access control. In the case when a queue has formed at the entrance doors to the Academy, students are required to let teachers through, men - women.

7. Students like everyone else educated people, at a meeting, they must greet everyone, regardless of the age and status of the person.

8. During the events of the Academy (conferences, leisure programs, etc.), it is allowed to move quickly, silently and only during pauses between performances.

10. Students are required to take care of the property of the Academy: do not break tables, chairs, equipment, keep cleanliness and order on the territory of the Academy. It is forbidden to draw on the walls, desks and other interior items at the Academy.

11. On the territory of the Academy it is forbidden to use chewing gum during the educational process, as well as during any mass events (thematic meetings, conferences, leisure programs, etc.) It is strictly forbidden to stick chewing gum to any interior items on the territory of the Academy.

12. Encroachment on someone else's property is unacceptable.

Section 3. Final Provisions

1. The technology for implementing the Code of Ethics for SSBA students is the practical implementation of the ethical values ​​and norms of behavior of this Code.

2. Each SSBA student is required to know and comply with the Code. Ignorance or misunderstanding of ethical standards is not an excuse for unethical behavior.

3. For non-compliance with the requirements of this Code, SSBA students are responsible to the ethics committee of the Student Self-Government Council of the Academy, and in case of relapse - to the Administration of the Academy.

4. The following can be used as sanctions for violation of the Code:

  • remark, warning;
  • administration's proposal disciplinary action(reprimand, etc.) or expulsion from the Academy for reasons that do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

CODE OF ETHICS OF A STUDENT OF THE FEDERAL STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION OF HIGHER PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION "NORTH CAUCASIAN ACADEMY OF PUBLIC SERVICE"

We, students of the North Caucasian Academy of Public Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Academy), realizing the high social significance of the chosen by us future profession, being aware of our involvement in the formation of a new generation of civil servants, lawyers, economists, managers, maintaining the traditions of previous generations of students who passed on to us love and respect for their native Academy, caring for its reputation, guided by generally recognized moral norms and values, we accept this Code of Ethics for students of the Academy (hereinafter referred to as the Code) and undertake to follow its provisions.

The requirements of this Code are drawn up on the basis of generally recognized moral values, as well as the traditions and standards of behavior that have developed over the years of the existence of the Academy.

1. STUDENT AND ACADEMY

1.1. The student must know the history of the Academy, be proud of its achievements, defend its honor, maintain and develop the traditions of the Academy, take care of the reputation and authority of their university, and increase its prestige. Each student must remember that he is a representative of the Academy, so he must look and behave in accordance with high rank student of this institution.

1.2. The student must adequately represent the Academy in interuniversity communication, defend its interests, promote the establishment of interuniversity relations, cooperation with public associations of other universities on issues of study, science, creativity and life of students.

1.3. The student can take Active participation in the life of the Academy, participate in the work of scientific circles and student conferences, sports sections, artistic and creative associations, attend holidays and other events held at the Academy.

1.4. It is the duty of every student to support the efforts of student self-government organizations, to strive to implement their decisions, to help them as much as possible, to contribute useful ideas and suggestions.

1.5. The duty of the student is to take care of the property of the Academy, to observe and maintain cleanliness in all rooms, as well as in the surrounding area. Students should stop the actions of violators this rule, especially those who damage furniture, leave rubbish on tables
and classrooms, in corridors, elevators and stairwells. A student who damages property or equipment at the Academy is required to as soon as possible repair the damage caused.

1.6. In no case should a student bring devices, products or substances into the premises of the Academy that may pose a threat to the health or life of those in the building. The student must comply with the requirements of safety instructions, fire safety, remember that smoking is prohibited in the premises of the Academy, with the exception of specially designated areas.

1.7. It is unacceptable to bring unauthorized persons into the building of the Academy without the permission of the administration, to take out various items and equipment from educational and other premises without the permission of the administration.

1.8. Within the walls of the Academy, it is forbidden to eat in classrooms, corridors and other places, except for rooms specially designated for these purposes. In the dining room and buffet, the student should be without outerwear, behave politely, tactfully towards others, eat food carefully, skillfully use cutlery, and clean up the dishes.

1.9. In the building and on the territory of the Academy are prohibited:

Use of profanity;

Organization gambling and participation in them;

Drinking alcoholic beverages;

Use and distribution of any narcotic or psychotropic substances.

The student of the Academy should, if possible, prevent the violation of the above rules of conduct by other students.

2. ETHICS OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS IN THE ACADEMY

2.1. The student should understand that the exercise of his rights and freedoms should not infringe on the rights and freedoms of other persons. At the heart of relations between students there should be an unconditional sense of self-worth of any person, which means respect for a friend, regardless of his nationality, religion, views, beliefs.

2.2. In communicating with others, the student should use " Golden Rule morality" calling "to treat other people as you would like them to treat you."

2.3. The student must voluntarily submit himself to the requirements public discipline, respect the beliefs of other people, show the necessary tolerance for minor shortcomings of others and at the same time be critical of their own merits and shortcomings.

2.4. The student should not put his personal interests above the interests of the whole group, but strive to find a reasonable compromise between personal and group interests.

2.5. Each student should strive to maintain a normal moral and psychological microclimate in his study group, render needed help headman and trade union leader of the group, treat their requests with understanding.

2.6. Each student should, if possible, actively participate in the life of the group during extracurricular time, be the initiator of interesting and useful leisure activities, and help those who come up with such initiatives.

2.8. A student of the Academy must respect national traditions, customs, rituals, peculiarities of upbringing and worldview of fellow students, promote interethnic and interfaith harmony.

2.9. The student must treat the teachers and employees of the Academy with respect and respect, regardless of age, gender, position, sympathy or antipathy towards him, respect their rights and freedoms.

2.10. When a teacher or an older employee of the Academy enters the classroom, the student must stand up and respond to the greeting of the incoming person. When meeting with a teacher in the lobby, hallway, corridor, the student, greeting the teacher, should stand up and greet the elder in a friendly and friendly manner. 2.11. The student must treat the guests of the Academy with respect and caution, if necessary, provide them with information assistance.

2.13. A student of the Academy builds relationships with others on the basis of justice, compliance moral standards. A student of the Academy does not accept arrogant treatment, rudeness, neglect, quarrels, distribution false information about others, application physical strength, psychological pressure when resolving conflict situations.

2.14. It is unacceptable to collect, store, use and distribute information about privacy other students and teachers without their consent.

3. STUDENT AND LEARNING PROCESS

3.1. The student must master in full educational program in the chosen specialty, perform all types of tasks defined by the curriculum within the established time limits, including self-study selected topics, programs on the recommendations of teachers. The student should show scientific and creative initiative.

3.2. The student must not miss classes or be late for them without good reason.

3.4. Silence must be observed in the classroom during class.

etc.). The behavior of a student engaged in extraneous activities during school hours is considered offensive. The student should not eat or chew gum during class. It is unacceptable to leave the classroom during the lesson without the permission of the teacher.

3.5. In order to maintain discipline and organization during classes, the student must answer questions while standing and only with the permission of the teacher, without shouting out the answer from the place and without interrupting the respondent or the teacher. You should not start an unsubstantiated argument in defense of your opinion.

3.6. It is the student's responsibility to pass all exams and tests provided for by the curriculum on time. The student should not make the fulfillment of academic duties dependent on personal mood, shy away from personal responsibility during exams; is obliged to use only legal and ethical methods when passing exams and tests.

3.7. Scientific research, diploma and term papers, as well as all written assignments for training courses must be done independently. The use of ideas, materials and results of work of other authors without reference to the source is unacceptable.

3.8. The student must realistically assess his capabilities and abilities in order to properly and skillfully organize any work activity.

4. STUDENT APPEARANCE

4.1. The student of the Academy and his appearance must comply formal business style and status of the Academy.

4.2. Appearance students, employees and visitors of the academic building of the Academy has a number of restrictions. Not allowed:

5. STUDENT AND LIBRARY

5.1. The student must remember that the library of the Academy is a valuable repository of information on all the sciences studied and requires careful attitude to yourself.

5.2. The student must be extremely careful with any printed publication in the library, remember that each unit of the printed publication is used and will be used by tens and hundreds of students and teachers.

5.3. It is unacceptable to make inscriptions and underlining in printed publications issued to the student from the library of the Academy, to tear out individual sheets from books and magazines, to bend the sheets.

5.4. The student must exactly fixed time and even ahead of schedule return to the library literature that has already been studied by him.

6. STUDENT OUTSIDE THE ACADEMY

6.1. The student is a representative of the Academy, which imposes on him additional moral duties: being outside the Academy, to represent it with dignity, to be a law-abiding citizen, to show respect for the inhabitants of the city, to take care of historical and cultural monuments, cleanliness and order in the city.

6.2. The student must constantly strive to improve common culture, moral and physical self-improvement . Any social useful activity, including:

Providing assistance to the disabled, the elderly and socially unprotected people;

Participation in donation;

Prevention of antisocial acts, crimes, etc.

6.3. The student of the Academy should serve as an example high culture protect your dignity and respect the dignity of others. A student of the Academy must remember that his behavior is judged on the entire Academy as a whole.

7. RESPONSIBILITY
FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH CODE RULES

7.1. In case of violation by the student of the provisions provided for by this Code, disciplinary measures may be applied to the student in the manner prescribed by the Charter of the Academy and local regulations of the Academy.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.3. Compliance with the requirements of the code of ethics gives the student the opportunity to increase self-esteem of his personality, develop communication skills, be in harmony with himself, with his conscience.

8.4. Compliance with the code of ethics is the moral duty of every student of the Academy.
