Project northeast chord detailed diagram. Northeast chord

These strange words in the title - the name of grandiose objects road construction in Moscow. One way or another, you heard them - the North-East Chord, the North-West Chord and the South Rokada. - just an exit from the Schelkovo highway to the temporary storage warehouse in the direction of the Entuziastov highway. And now let's look at these construction sites from the air. The first part on TSW was published by me in May -.

In Moscow, 104 km of roads were built in 2016, which is a record commissioning.

In total, over the past 6 years (between 2011 and 2016), 544 km of roads have been built and put into operation (about 12.5% of all existing street road network cities), including:
- 162 artificial structures (overpasses, tunnels and bridges) and 160 off-street pedestrian crossings were built;
- 8 outbound highways (126 km) were reconstructed, full-fledged alternates were created, as well as dedicated lanes for public transport with a total length of 150 km (this is 60% of the entire length of the existing dedicated lanes in the city - 250 km), 350 driving pockets were created;
- 13 largest and most complex transport interchanges were built and reconstructed at the intersection of highways with the Moscow Ring Road.

In 2017-2019 it is planned to ensure the commissioning of roads with a length of 353 km; build 61 artificial structures and 36 pedestrian crossings.

All aerial surveys completed sturman from urbanoid.pro . He has on channel on youtube you can find many interesting videos.

1. The diagram shows the mileage only by chords: how much has already been done, what is in work, and what is still being designed.

2. Let's start from South Rokada, where at the intersection with Varshavskoe highway, the first stage of construction is in full swing - the construction of an overpass for Warsaw highway.

3. Scheme of the site.

4. The second stage, as I understand it, will be the construction of a tunnel for South Rokada. By at least, there is such a scheme and rendering.

5. We managed to fly, right before the squall.

6. The construction of the tunnel under the railway will be completed, as usual, without stopping traffic.

7. And now the famous T-junction in the air. This is the denouement Southern Understudy Kutuzovsky prospect from Mosfilmovskaya street.

8. Monstrous scheme.

10. In the center of the road, a backlog was left for the continuation of the southern understudy to the center, along the railway.

11. The south understudy will go to the left and the appendix will be connected to it.

12. But very unusual view, certainly.

13. And this is the junction of the Southern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt with South Rokada. It is also shown in the diagram above.

14. The most delicious thing is the construction of a new bridge across the Moscow River in the section of the North-Western Chord.

15. Scheme of the site.

16. It is being built parallel to the existing Krylatsky bridge.

17. The superstructure of the old bridge is made in the form of a continuous steel beam with a ride on top, the span formula is 51.2 + 90.0 + 51.2 m. The structure is based on two box-shaped beams 2.5 m high, 2.74 m wide, covered with an orthotropic slab. The beams rest on two common V-shaped supports. The total width of the bridge is 25.4 m, including the carriageway - 18.0 m (4 lanes). As far as I understand, the new bridge will be a copy of the old one according to the scheme.

18. Section of the North-Western Chord from the bridge to the Northern understudy of Kutuzovsky Prospekt.

19. And this is the beginning of work on the construction of a 300 meter cable-stayed bridge through gateway No. 9

20. He will connect the street People's Militia with Nizhniye Mnevniki over the lock along an oblique line, not far from the existing small Karamyshevsky bridge. At the same time, it is planned to create pedestrian zones and an observation deck on the suspension bridge.

36. Grand construction.

37. Moscow is changing before our eyes

38. In total, 561 km of roads have been built in Moscow over the past 6 years. This is approximately 12.5% of the entire existing street and road network of the city. Reconstruction of 13 transport interchanges at the intersection of major highways with the Moscow Ring Road, 8 outbound highways was carried out. The length of backups and dedicated public transport lanes was about 150 km. In 2017-2019 it is planned to ensure the commissioning of roads with a length of 353 km; build 61 artificial structures and 36 pedestrian crossings.

39. Happy Builder's Day!

Moscow builders continue to implement one of the capital's largest infrastructure projects, the North-East Expressway (TSW), at a faster pace. The new route will provide through communication between the southeastern and northern districts of the city. Chord will significantly reduce the congestion of the capital's roads and generally improve the transport situation for four million Muscovites. website we decided to find out how the construction is progressing and when the first cars will be able to drive along the highway.

Innovative concept

What is a chord? From school course geometry, we know that this is a segment connecting two points of the curve. But on the map of the capital, they take on a larger meaning, becoming highways connecting the outskirts of the city, but at the same time not crossing it. central part.

For the first time, the idea of creating chords in the capital was proposed in the first half of the 20th century. In the 1930s, during the adoption of the first General Plan for the development of the city and the beginning of its comprehensive reconstruction, the well-known urbanist Anatoly Yakshin spoke about the construction of such highways in Moscow. Later, already in the 70s, this topic was raised by his students - experts in the field of transport planning.

Despite the fact that in those years there were incomparably fewer cars on the streets of Moscow, even then experts understood that it was impossible to stop the growth in the number of personal vehicles. This means that it is necessary to develop the city, taking into account further motorization.

The concept of chords was reflected in the General Plan of Moscow in 1971. It was planned to add two new rings to the already existing city rings - MKAD and Sadovoe, as well as build four high-speed chord routes. But proper funding grandiose project did not receive, and remained on paper.

Gradually, the areas that were allocated for highways were built up with housing, business and shopping malls. But, as experts predicted, the transport situation in the capital has become seriously aggravated due to the continuous increase in the number of private cars.

Return to chords

In 2011, the leadership of the capital set the task of developing a set of measures to improve the transport situation in the city. First of all, Moscow refused to build the Fourth Ring Road. main reason- the huge cost of the project: the total "price tag" exceeded a trillion rubles.

Then it was decided to return to the concept of chord tracks.

Moscow City Hall has developed a clear plan further development road infrastructure of the capital. It provided qualitative improvement street network, solution of problems " bottle necks" and "bottlenecks", but the main thing is the polycentric development of the capital.

This means the redistribution of business activity throughout the city, the creation of points of attraction for business activity not only in the center, but also on the periphery. Thanks to this, it will be possible to unload the center of Moscow and solve the problem of the so-called pendulum migration, when people from the outskirts of the city go to the central part in the morning and return together in the evening.

Instead of the Fourth Transport Ring, the mayor's office made a fundamental decision to build chord highways: the North-Western, North-Eastern and South Rokada.

The chord system of the capital, if you look at the future map of Moscow from above, will resemble a ring, but with one significant advantage: the system will not close on itself, limiting the driver roundabout, its elements will have access to the Moscow Ring Road, exits and exits between each other at the intersections.

As a result, you will get an analogue of the ring, but with higher functionality and efficiency in the distribution of traffic flows.

Experts from the Institute of Transport Economics and Transport Policy of the National research university "graduate School economy" (NRU HSE) have repeatedly argued that Moscow needs the construction of chords. In their opinion, such an organization system is 20% more efficient than a closed ring.

From Festivalnaya to Dmitrovsky

One of the sections of the North-East Chord runs from Festivalnaya Street to Dmitrovskoe highway- directly along the Oktyabrskaya line railway. Its construction began in February 2016. All work is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018. Total length section - 10.7 kilometers.

In total, four overpasses of the main passage and the same number of exit overpasses, a bridge over the Likhoborka River, an underground pedestrian crossing near the NATI station of the Oktyabrskaya Railway will appear along the way of the chord, treatment facilities. Builders will install soundproof blocks, lay new engineering communications. Also within the TSW section festival street- Dmitrovskoye Highway will have an overpass on the connecting branch of the Oktyabrskaya Railway, 189 meters long.

As the head of the Moscow construction complex Marat Khusnullin noted earlier, the launch of traffic on this section will significantly improve the transport situation in the north of the capital. “If now, in order to get to Dmitrovka, residents of areas located near the Moscow Ring Road need to go to the ring, then along the chord they will go to the highway near the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station,” he stressed.

With the wind

The section of the North-East Expressway from Festivalnaya Street to Dmitrovskoe Highway will provide a connection to Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street and access to the North-Western Expressway. The launch of the section will create a continuation and deeper entrance to the city of the expressway federal significance"Moscow - St. Petersburg" within the capital to Dmitrovsky highway and further towards the center. Chord highways will reduce the overrun of transport and total time moving around the city.

The commissioning of the section will redistribute traffic flows and reduce the load on the main transport routes in the north of the capital: Leningradskoe and Dmitrovskoe highways and the northern segment of the Moscow Ring Road. The situation will also improve inside the districts located there: Koptevo, Timiryazevsky, Golovinsky with total strength population of several hundred thousand people.

Work progress

Currently working on section of temporary storage warehouse from Festivalnaya Street to Dmitrovskoye Highway 75% completed. The overpass of the main passage No. 1 is 80% ready, the readiness of the other three overpasses of the main passage is 40-55%. Three overpasses of the exit from and to the temporary storage warehouse are practically built.

60% ready railway overpass on the connecting branch of the Oktyabrskaya railway, finishing touches builders are bringing into the bridge over Likhoborka, and an underground pedestrian crossing is practically built. The installation of 5.3 thousand window blocks and the laying of engineering communications are 70% complete.

The results of the "seven years"

In total, from 2011 to 2017, 667 kilometers of roads, 190 pedestrian crossings and 199 artificial structures. The length of metropolitan roads increased by 16%.

Last year, the construction of a section of the North-Eastern Expressway from the Entuziastov Highway to Izmailovsky highway, the reconstruction of the Shchelkovo highway within Moscow was completed, two stages of modernization of the main transport artery of New Moscow - the Kaluga highway were completed.

14 major transport interchanges have also been reconstructed, including the Moscow Ring Road with Profsoyuznaya Street. Only for last year 124 kilometers of roads, 37 artificial structures and 30 pedestrian crossings were built and put into operation. In 2018-2020, another 289 kilometers of roadway will appear in the capital, as well as 76 artificial structures and 42 pedestrian crossings.

In 2019, Muscovites will be able to drive along the North-Eastern Expressway. The 35 km long highway will run from new track M11 Moscow - St. Petersburg to the Kosinskaya flyover (interchanges at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road with the Veshnyaki - Lyubertsy highway).

The chord will connect the major highways of the city - the Moscow Ring Road, the Enthusiasts highway, Izmailovskoye, Shchelkovskoye, Otkrytoe, Yaroslavskoye, Altufevskoye and Dmitrovskoye highways. That is, the north, east and southeast of the capital and nearest cities The suburbs will be able to travel to each other without turning into the center. For example, it will be possible to get from Lyubertsy to Yaroslavl Highway without traffic lights in just 15 minutes.

By the end of this year, one of the most difficult sections of the chord will be launched - from the Entuziastov highway to the Izmailovsky highway. It has been under construction since 2008. Drivers are already driving here on the segment from Perovskaya Street to Izmailovsky Highway. In addition, there are exits on the Enthusiasts Highway towards the center and towards the region.

To ensure normal traffic, 15 flyovers with a total length of almost 10 kilometers are to be built at the interchange of the North-Eastern Chord with Entuziastov Highway and Budyonny Avenue, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said during a recent inspection of the construction site. - I hope that the main works will be completed by the end of the year. Construction equipment will leave the Enthusiasts Highway and Budyonny Avenue.

The route of the section will run along the tracks of the Moscow central ring(MCC) and will cross the highway of Entuziastov in the area of the metro station of the same name. Now construction and reconstruction are taking place not only on the highway itself, but also on neighboring Perovskaya Street, Anosova Street, Elektrodny Proezd and local driveways. Five overpasses are already ready. By the end of this year, five more flyovers, five pedestrian crossings, as well as 7.3 km of tram tracks will appear.

After the launch of this section, the Izmailovskoye and Shchelkovskoye highways, the Entuziastov highway and Budyonny Avenue will be unloaded. At the same time, transit traffic will open from Perovskaya Street to the North-Eastern Chord and further to the Sokolinaya Gora, Preobrazhenskoye, East and North Izmailovo areas. As a result, it will become easier for Enthusiasts to drive on the highway.

The northeastern chord was divided into seven sections (see diagram). Of these, two have already been completed - from the Businovskaya transport interchange to Festivalnaya Street, from Izmailovsky to Schelkovskoye Highway (except for the tunnel under Schelkovo highway). Three more sections are currently being built - from the Moscow Ring Road to the Entuziastov highway, from the Entuziastov highway to Izmailovsky highway, from Festivalnaya street to Dmitrovskoye highway.

At the end of 2018, it is planned to open a 5-kilometer section from Festivalnaya Street to Dmitrovskoye Highway. Four overpasses, five kilometers of exits from them, an overpass over the railway and a bridge across the Likhoborka River will be built here. The road will have 3-4 lanes for traffic in each direction. As a result, it will be more convenient for residents northern regions Moscow - Golovinsky, Koptev and Timiryazevsky.

In the future, in the north of the capital, the North-Eastern Expressway will be connected with Northwest chord(will pass from Skolkovo to Yaroslavl highway). To do this, they will build a turnaround overpass on Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, ramps and side passages along the Oktyabrskaya railway. The main major roads for the connection different districts cities are going to finish in the next year or two.

In 2018, we will complete the North-Western Expressway, which will actually cross the entire city from north to west, said Moscow Deputy Mayor Marat Khusnullin. - By the beginning of 2019, except for one or two sections, we will build the North-Eastern Expressway. At the same time, we will complete the construction of the South Rokada. This is an extension of the Rublevsky highway, a connection with Proletarian Avenue and then exit to the Moscow Ring Road. These three key roads should replace the fourth transport ring.

SPECIFICALLY

The North-Eastern chord will stretch from Businovskaya interchange to Festivalnaya street, Dmitrovskoye, Yaroslavskoye highway. Then it will cross Otkrytoye, Schelkovskoye, Izmailovskoye highways and enter the section of the fourth transport ring under construction from Izmailovsky highway to Entuziastov highway.

From the highway of Enthusiasts the chord will go to the interchange of the Moscow Ring Road with the Veshnyaki - Lyubertsy highway, then to the borders with the area for connection with federal highway Moscow - Noginsk - Kazan.

North and northeast of Moscow: defragmentation of the road network August 6th, 2013

Some time ago I wrote about Moscow. Let's continue the topic with a review of the main objects of the Northern and North-Eastern districts.

A pleasant surprise: not one, but two chord corridors are being formed in the north and northeast of Moscow! About one of them, the main traffic light Northeast chord, is well known. And here is the local and traffic light chord from Festivalnaya street to Malygina street(with the prospect of extending to Malyginsky proezd) is unknown even to local residents.

Blue North eastern chord, green local chord st. Festivalnaya - st. Malygin

Chorda major, Northeastern

The northeastern chord (former Northern Rocade) will pass from toll road"St. Petersburg - Moscow" to the toll highway "Moscow - Noginsk". Its tracing is completely along the railways (Oktyabrskaya, MKMZhD, Kazanskaya) - the best possible corridor for passing a traffic-free highway.

Site maps
Businovskaya interchange from MKAD

Section Businovskaya - Festivalnaya

Section Festivalnaya - Mosselmash

Section from Dmitrovskoye Highway to Yaroslavskoye Highway

The section from the Yaroslavl highway to open highway(through Moose Island) is still being designed, there is no scheme.
Section from Otkrytoye to Schelkovskoye Highway

Section from Schelkovskoye to Izmailovskoye Highway
Section from Entuziastov Highway to Izmailovsky Highway

Section from Entuziastov Highway to MKAD

Now 2 sections are being actively built: in the north (Businovskaya interchange and the section to Festivalnaya Street) and in the east (the section from the Entuziastov highway to the Izmailovsky highway, used to be part of the title of the Fourth Ring). The rest are being designed.

Chorda minor, unnamed

This chord will increase the connectivity of the local network, torn apart by railways, and will connect the SAO and SVAO, Leningradskoye, Korovinskoye, Dmitrovskoye, Altufevskoye shosse and Yeniseiskaya street. And in the future it will also Yaroslavl highway.

However, this local chord is so little known that it doesn't even have a common name! She used to be called " northern understudy MKAD. An unfortunate choice: the corridor will connect the local streets, which will remain traffic lights, what kind of understudy is the Moscow Ring Road? In the Targeted Investment Program of Moscow for 2013-2015. this road is called "the highway from the street. Festivalnaya to Altufevskoe Highway. But this is not true either: the corridor does not end with Altufevskoye Highway, but goes to Bibirevskaya, Shirokaya and Malygina streets, with the prospect of extending to Malyginsky passage. In general, for clarity, I propose to call it highway from Festivalnaya street to Malyginsky proezd.

This corridor will be created by 3 overpasses with interchanges - through the Oktyabrskoye, Savelovskoye and Yaroslavskoye directions of the railway. In the diagram below current position affairs.

The first of them, between Festivalnaya and Taldomskaya, is already under construction.

I wonder what it's building within the Northeast chord(more precisely, by the title of the Northern Rocade, as it used to be called). Some opponents of chords do not like to remember this: this fact does not fit into the ideologeme "the chord breaks the local connection." As we see, in this case the traffic-free North-Eastern chord not only does not break local connectivity, but even increases it! In the AIP of Moscow for 2013-2015 this interchange is called the "Section of the Moscow - St. Petersburg (Northern Rokada) Highway", road junction at the intersection with Festivalnaya Street." 4,100 million rubles have been allocated for its construction. Terms 2012-2014.

The second overpass will be built under a separate title "Magistral from the street. Festivalnaya to Altufevskoe highway with an overpass with the Savelovsky direction of the Moscow Railways. 200 million are allocated for design in the Targeted Investment Program, the design time is 2014-2016. 2685 million were allocated for the construction, the terms are 2015-2016. There are no plans yet.

There is no third overpass (through the Yaroslavl direction of the railway) in the AIP yet. But the overpass across Malyginskiy proezd, which is now being completed as part of the reconstruction of the Yaroslavl Highway, creates all the prerequisites for the inclusion of this overpass in the AIP in the coming years. This would put an end to the isolation of the Yaroslavl region from the rest of the North-Eastern district and unload the Yaroslavl highway from those who need not to the center, but to the North-Eastern Administrative District or the Northern Administrative District.

What other new links will appear in SVAO?
The torn parts will finally be connected together passage Shokalsky. Now everyone has to make a rerun of 1.5 kilometers, moreover, passing through 2 busy intersections and the Medvedkovo metro station.

Probok.net submitted this proposal to the Road Paradox program in 2011.

In the AIP, the title is called "Section of the passage of Shokalsky from Zarevoy passage to Grekov street", 5 million were allocated for the design in 2014, and 30 million for the construction in 2015.

What's next?
It just begs the extension of the local chord Festivalnaya - Malyginsky to the west, in fact isolated from the rest of Moscow Northwestern District. Unfortunately, Festivalnaya Street in the area of Leningradskoe Shosse rests on the Khimki Reservoir, and the connection with Yana Rainis Boulevard that suggests itself here is not even in the General Plan 2025. We will follow the changes and implementation of plans.

The authorities decided to put another scar on the body of Moscow - to build the North-East Expressway. So far, only the draft layout of the future route is ready, let's see how the next billion rubles will be spent.

01. General form plot:

02. Regarding the entire area:

03. Well, now in more detail, prepare your imagination, let's go from Yaroslavl, because tracing through national park(!!!) for some reason not invested in the project:

04. Past the Botanical Garden:

05. Vladykino:

06. Separation (or vice versa convergence - depending on how you look) TSW and SZH:

07. Sections of several places:

08. TPU in the direction of travel:

09. Features:

Surprisingly, even not a single underground / overhead passage sounds somehow implausible.

10. And now the socio-economic justification. Although it is not clear where social is meant here, I see only economic calculations, not social effect, no transport effect in perspective:

11. Although I’m lying, there are transport calculations, it has already been calculated where there will be traffic jams in the future:

What can I say ... for some reason I wanted to drink from grief. But if in the case of the North-Western Chord, which walked along ordinary streets, and from which it was decided to make a semblance of a highway, despite the inhabitants, where I still wanted to exile all those responsible to North Korea then just have a drink. Unlike the SZH, this chord for the most part goes along and along the industrial zone:

Apparently because of this, there will be no off-street crossings, and public transport on the chord is also not provided.

BUT in fact, this road distributes all traffic from the M11, only if the M11 is a toll road, this one will be free, that is, it will actively stimulate car use, and will also distribute a huge flow of cars around the city, for example, if a resident of Khimki or another Moscow region used to Tver, would go to the city by train or public transport, now he will go by car. Also, monstrous junctions obviously will not decorate the city and will not unload the exit streets. Although, there is a tiny chance that after entering this chord, it will finally be possible to close northeast section Third ring, turning it into a normal street.

In any case, instead of investing money in socially useful projects (yes, at least for linking UDS between districts), these will go to roads and traffic jams. But Grey Cardinal Satisfied - builders will be able to master the budget for a couple more years.

PS On Thursday, August 20, hearings on this project will be held in Ostankino, Rostokino and 3 other districts, I suggest that residents take care of this now.
