He added that this would significantly reduce the traffic load on the section of the Gorky Highway passing through Balashikha. It will solve the issue with the transport accessibility of the city and the passage of transit vehicles.

Chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma Igor Bryntsalov stressed that before putting the facility into operation, the wishes of residents in terms of compliance with environmental standards, the installation of soundproof screens, and the arrangement of pedestrian crossings will be taken into account.

The designers took into account the wishes of the residents and the administration of Balashikha. An optimal scheme for the installation of soundproof screens, stopping pavilions, and arrangement of pedestrian crossings was organized. In the future, there are plans to continue the development of the road infrastructure of the Gorky Highway in Balashikha,” said Igor Bryntsalov.

Head of Capital Construction Department "Uprdor Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod» Vitaly Zatsepin clarified that at the interchanges with Obyezdny Highway and Soviet work completed by 90 percent, and on the overpass over the Leonovskoye Highway - by seventy percent.

The junction at the Leonovskoye Highway is 70 percent complete. An earth embankment is being erected there from the side of the region and the underpass space is being arranged. Structures are being painted and pedestrian zones are being created. At the other two interchanges, it remains to lay the top layer of the coating, apply markings and carry out landscaping -

He added that the work on engineering communications has been completed one hundred percent. It took ten percent of them to equip them. general budget project, which cost about ten billion rubles. Vitaly Zatsepin said that a pedestrian crossing is provided in each underpass space. In the future, it is planned to introduce side passages-understudies with two lanes in each direction.

Balashikha is the most Big City Moscow region with a population of 470 thousand people. There is active housing construction and the construction of social facilities, but most of all Balashikha needs an extensive transport infrastructure. The RIAMO correspondent in Balashikha studied the documents of the press service of the city administration, as well as the websites of the Moscow Railways and the Moscow Construction Complex, and found out what large-scale transport projects are currently being implemented in Balashikha.

Reconstruction of the Gorky direction of the railway

Complete is underway reconstruction of the Gorky direction of the railway. The project is designed until 2020, in the future it will increase the number of suburban trains and make commuting by train more comfortable.

Double Decker Railway

Today, only 13 pairs of trains run to Balashikha with an interval of 1 to 2.5 hours. The Gorky direction simply cannot cope with the load: in addition to suburban electric trains, high-speed Strizh, Lastochka and Sapsan run here.

To increase transport accessibility, it was decided to build a two-story building on the Reutovo-Balashikha section. railway. By analogy with a car overpass, it will allow to separate traffic flows. On the first floor the trains will go towards Zheleznodorozhny and further to Vladimir, on the second floor the trains will go towards Balashikha. This will allow the compositions not to intersect and not interfere with each other.

The construction of the facility has already been completed by more than half. The total length of the overpass will be 1.7 kilometers, it will consist of 74 superstructures and 55 reinforced concrete supports.

By the way, the construction of the overpass is carried out without stopping the movement of trains. It is planned to complete the work by the end of 2018, and lay the second Main way on the Reutovo-Balashikha section until the end of 2020.

The construction of the second main track on the Reutovo-Balashikha section will result in an increase in the number of suburban electric trains from Moscow to Balashikha from 13 to 38 pairs per day. In addition, 16 high-speed electric trains will be launched.

The next stage in the development of the transport railway infrastructure of Balashikha will be the extension of the tracks to the Aviators microdistrict with the organization of a motor transport hub in the area of the Zvezdnaya bus station.

A fourth main track will be built on the section from the Karacharovo station to the Zheleznodorozhnaya station, work is underway and sometimes causes some inconvenience to passengers.

There will also be reconstructed five stopping points: Chukhlinka, Novogireevo, Nikolskoye, Saltykovskaya, Kuchino, as well as four stations: Karacharovo, Kuskovo, Reutovo, Zheleznodorozhnaya. Some of them will build additional platforms.

As a result, the number of suburban electric trains on the Karacharovo-Reutovo section will increase from 133 to 178 pairs per day, and the number of high-speed electric trains will increase from 22 to 47 pairs.

Construction of the Saltykovsky overpass

In order to partially relieve the Nosovikhinskoye highway, it was decided to build two overpasses in Balashikha and Reutov, which will be built in 2019 and 2020, respectively.

The construction of the overpass in the Saltykovka microdistrict began in 2016. The work is scheduled to be completed in 2019. The first stage of construction will be introduced in the fourth quarter of 2018 - one lane will appear in each direction.

The length of the overpass will be about 900 meters, and the total length - 1300 meters. Bandwidth four-lane overpass will be more than 3 thousand cars per hour. The overpass will provide unhindered car traffic at the intersection of the Razinsky highway with the railway tracks of the Gorky direction of the Moscow Railways.

Reconstruction of the Gorky Highway

First stage

As part of the first stage of the reconstruction, traffic interchanges were built at the junction of the Bypass Highway, at the intersection with Sovetskaya Street and at the junction of the Leonovskoye Highway. All three interchanges are located within the city on the section of the road from the 18th to the 23rd kilometer. This is one of the most difficult and intense sections of the M-7 Volga highway.

The M-7 Volga highway within the boundaries of the city of Balashikha has five lanes in each direction, three of which are for transit traffic. Two side lanes in each direction link the highway to the city's road network. the main objective of the project - the division of traffic flows so that urban transport freely leaves for local city roads under interchanges, and transit traffic goes along the overpass part of the federal highway without stopping, without slowing down.

The reconstruction of the Gorkovskoye Highway with the construction of three interchanges began in 2014 and was completed in November 2017. total cost work amounted to about 10 billion rubles.

Second phase

As part of the second stage of the reconstruction of the Gorkovskoye highway in Balashikha, three turning loops from the 26th to the 30th kilometer will be built, and the roadway will be expanded to six lanes. Construction of a traffic interchange at the 27th kilometer in the junction area Eastern Highway already started.

At this site, three traffic lights will be removed and four elevated pedestrian crossings with lift platforms for people with limited mobility will be built. Workers will also install noise barriers and automated system traffic management. The information board will warn drivers about traffic jams and unfavorable conditions. weather conditions, and the “Your speed” display with automatic photo and video recording cameras will show the speed of movement.

At the same time, a project is being implemented for the overhaul of the Gorky Highway in the section from the 23rd to the 26th kilometer. The Balashikha administration plans to complete the work in 2019. About 3 billion rubles were allocated from the federal budget for these purposes.

Reconstruction of Nosovikhinsky Highway

© Press service of the Balashikha administration

The overloaded Nosovikhinskoe highway is one of the main transport problems in Balashikha. It is no coincidence that this route has become the leader of the popular vote for road repairs on the Dobrodel portal.

Nosovikhinskoye highway is a highway regional significance, its total length is 78 kilometers. Today, the highway is the only transport artery connecting Zheleznodorozhny and Kupavna microdistricts with Moscow.

The question of reconstructing the Nosovikhinsky Highway has been on the agenda for a long time, and so far it has been hampered not only by financing, but also by the impossibility of expansion due to private households tightly adjacent to the road. However, recently the head of Balashikha, Sergei Yurov, said that the expansion of the Nosovikhinsky highway is strategic goal authorities, and this project, on behalf of the governor Andrey Vorobyov, is being worked out, including with the owners of the land.

Construction of an understudy of Shchelkovo highway

Another one the most important task for Balashikha - the construction of an understudy of the Shchelkovo highway. According to the head of the urban district, Sergei Yurov, this road already exists in the unified scheme of transport services for the Moscow Region. Design will begin in 2018.

Now Schelkovskoe highway often stands in traffic jams for many kilometers, but the appearance of an understudy will make life easier for motorists from the Alekseevskaya Grove, Yantarny and Izumrudny microdistricts.

Repair of municipal roads

Balashikha plans to repair 53 municipal roads in 2018 total length 38.6 kilometers. The cost of the work will be 244 million rubles, of which 222 million will be allocated from the regional budget and 22 million from the city.

Roads will be repaired in the microdistricts of Saltykovka, Nikolsko-Arkhangelsky, Kupavna, Dzerzhinsky. Special attention in the course of the work it is planned to give to the private sector.

Portal "RIAMO in Balashikha" will continue to monitor the development transport infrastructure in the urban area.

The Federal State Institution "Management of the Highway Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod of the Federal Road Agency" (FKU Uprdor "Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod") put into operation one of the three reconstruction facilities in Balashikha near Moscow, which made it possible to significantly speed up and simplify movement in the city: the usual traffic jam from Sovetskaya Street to Bypass Highway has been eliminated.

Two other overpasses at km 21 (at the intersection with Sovetskaya St.) and at km 23 (at the junction of Leonovskoye Highway) are planned to be opened for traffic on November 1 according to the schedule.

Currently, according to the temporary scheme of the organization traffic in places where road construction works are carried out, when driving from Moscow and to turn onto Obyezdnoye Highway, motorists need to drive off onto the alternate road, and, turning around in the underpass space, turn right. The temporary traffic organization scheme takes into account the high intensity on this direction and assumes that the turning road is the main one. Drivers following the side passage in the direction of Moscow must give way to those who make a U-turn.

The change in the traffic organization scheme as part of the reconstruction of the road and the construction of the interchange made it possible to eliminate the traffic light at the intersection with the Bypass Highway, which significantly increased the dynamics of traffic flows. The pedestrian crossing is arranged in the underpass space and is regulated by a pedestrian traffic light.

“The launch of traffic on all three overpasses will allow unleashing transport node at the entrance to the capital, and will also create favorable conditions as for intracity transport communication, and for the movement of transit flows from the region and regions to Moscow (Gorky direction): positive changes will be felt not only by motorists in the urban district of Balashikha, but also in the Noginsk, Orekhovo-Zuevsky districts, as well as in the urban district of Pavlovsky Posad, ”the Rosavtodor website reports .

Federal State Institution "Management of the Highway Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod of the Federal Road Agency" is a state institution designed to carry out the functions operational management federal highways and artificial structures on them, fixed to ensure safe and uninterrupted movement Vehicle according to federal highways common use. Management is legal entity endowed with property on the right of operational management, which is in federal ownership. On the balance of management is 1402.3 kilometers of roads passing through six subjects Russian Federation. Of these, more than a third belong to the roads of the first technical category. The main transport artery is the M-7 Volga highway with an average traffic intensity of 86 thousand cars per day, namely M-7, due to the shortest distance between Moscow and eastern regions, is considered the main road connecting European part Russia with Siberia and Far East. The motorway Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod is integral part international transport corridor No. 2 with the message London - Paris - Berlin - Warsaw - Brest - Minsk - Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Yekaterinburg.

Until recently, the M7 Volga highway was jammed with many kilometers of traffic jams both in the region and in Moscow. This problem, which has become global, the authorities of the Moscow region decided to eliminate by reconstructing the Gorky Highway. The reconstruction of the route began in 2014. Most of road works already completed, and already now you can see that traffic jams have become many times less. The second stage of the reconstruction of an important Russian highway is next in line - in 2018-2020, three new interchanges are planned to be commissioned, which will completely eliminate congestion.

U-turn loop at the 27th kilometer of the M-7 highway

What is done

The first stage of reconstruction took place from 2014 to 2017. For several years, the highway has changed beyond recognition: at the junction of the Bypass and Leonovskoye highways, as well as at the intersection of Sovetskaya Street, new traffic interchanges appeared, which made it possible to significantly relieve the road. All changes took place mainly in Balashikha - the largest city near Moscow numbering 470 thousand people. This is where traffic congestion has been concentrated over the past decades. The transformation, however, did not affect the entire route, but only a segment from 18 to 23 kilometers - one of the most difficult area Gorky highway. Now transit transport, which moves mainly along them, can freely move towards the region, bypassing traffic lights.

Scheme for the reconstruction of the Gorky Highway: the first stage

For drivers of passenger vehicles, an underpass space has been equipped, which facilitates a U-turn. reverse direction. As a result, transits and cars do not meet at the most dangerous intersections, as a result of which the risk of traffic accidents is reduced. And the time of departure from the city to the region has decreased significantly - such changes please not only drivers, but also the traffic police, because now the number of emergency situations and traffic jams has significantly decreased on this section of the highway. And although congestion in the morning and evening rush hours still persist, all road users are still observing a downward trend.

By the way! Thanks to the reconstruction of the Gorkovskoye Highway, it is possible to get from the center of Moscow to Noginsk in half an hour.

Which traffic lights have been eliminated:

  • at 50 and 57 kilometers on the M-7 highway;
  • at the 88th kilometer at the entrance to the village of Malaya Dubna;
  • in the interval between 94 and 118 kilometers, all traffic lights near the village of Kirzhach and within the city of Pokrov were eliminated;
  • at 145-156 kilometers of the route in the city of Lakinsk;
  • in the interval between 156 and 169 kilometers, all traffic lights were removed.

Current state of affairs

In 2018 year is coming renovation of 27 kilometers of the M7 highway, at the junction of the Eastern Highway. One of the three planned reversal loops is being laid there. The first junction will help ease the exit of drivers from the Sacramento microdistrict, as well as from the village of Bezmenkovo and the nearby Novsky Quarter. Now the final works are underway, the construction company leading the reconstruction of the highway assures that this section of the road will be put into operation by the end current year.

This is what the road junction looks like:

Road builders are trying to provide people with a comfortable ride for business and travel as soon as possible. The intensity of traffic on this stretch is up to 100,000 vehicles per day, which is a lot for the still four-lane road, but already in 2018-2020, the authorities intend to change the situation in better side. Now, in many sections of the road, residents of the surrounding settlements may experience inconvenience due to changes in the geography of communications, but soon these works will be completed, and the road workers will start organizing access groups to the villages and, in particular, to the houses of people living there.

What is planned

For 2018-2020, the authorities of the Moscow Region have planned the construction of two more new interchanges on the Gorky Highway, which should completely eliminate traffic congestion. Innovations will affect the same Balashikha - it is there, from 23 to 26 kilometers overhaul roads. Already next year, as the city planners assure, all three reversal loops will be built, and the roadway will become wider by six lanes.

Installation of noise barriers

In addition, road builders will reduce the number of traffic lights that interfere with the competent organization of traffic. During the reconstruction, at least three traffic lights will be removed, however, this will in no way prevent pedestrians from crossing a busy highway: as many as four elevated pedestrians are planned to be introduced between 2018 and 2020. They will also install noise barriers in places where people live and install an automated traffic control system. At present, supports for future pedestrian crossings have already been installed, and work is underway to remove communications. Temporary roads are also being prepared. By the way, the leaders of the Uprdor explain that, despite the fact that the road traffic is very high, coupled with ongoing repair work and a large amount of equipment used, the number of roads in operation has not been reduced - all work is carried out parallel to the highway, and special equipment does not interfere with drivers.

Reference! In the period from 2018 to 2022, 52 roads will be built in the Moscow region. 83.7 billion rubles will be spent on the renovation of the roadway.

The changes will also affect 30 kilometers of the motorway. It is there that an electronic scoreboard will be installed, which will show the weather and information about traffic jams in the most problematic places.

For 2020, it is planned to expand the road leading to the region after Balashikha. Now it has four lanes, but after renovation the road will become 10 lanes. On this section of the road, new overpasses with six lanes and a two-lane backup road will be built.

It is still too early to sum up the results of the reconstruction of the busiest highway - the Gorky Highway. A lot has been done to solve problems with traffic jams, but the work is not over yet. Road program with regards to the M7 highway, it is aimed at reducing the travel time from the center of Moscow to the outskirts of the Moscow region. And if earlier it was possible to get to the same Petushki in 3-4 or even 5 hours, then in the near future the travel time will be only one hour.

The renovation of the Gorky Highway will not only lead to an increase in the speed of traffic and a reduction in travel time, but also an increase in the cost of land in the Moscow region. If now in Vladimir region, just 120 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, a hundred square meters of land costs 10 thousand rubles, it is not difficult to guess to what heights the price will soar after the repair of the road. Now the territories along which the Volga highway passes are beginning to develop intensively. This is not surprising, because thanks to broadband traffic, it will be possible to get here 2 or even 3 times faster than before. Besides ecological situation on Gorky direction regarded as favorable.

How is the reconstruction going? video

Starting the movement road transport on the overpass of the Gorkovskoye Highway near the intersection with Sovetskaya Street is planned to begin in July-August this year, Andrey Platonov, head of the Department of Transport, Roads and Communications, announced this during an inspection of the construction of the facility.

Following the results of the inspection, Andrey Platonov said that at present the main work on the installation of metal structures at given object completed, the second line of the main course of metal structures with a length of 440 meters was laid. In the near future, the superstructure will be lowered onto the main supports. They are currently up and running. Then the contractors will start filling the entrances to the overpass. When positive temperatures occur, asphalt concrete will be laid.

According to Dmitry Pavlenko, Deputy Project Manager of JSC DSK Avtoban, this moment about 140 people are employed in the construction of the transport interchange. He also noted that the metal superstructure will be lowered by April 15th. By the same time, expansion joints will be completely concreted.

« In late July-early August, it is planned to launch traffic along the main route of road transport, and after that the contractors will move under the flyover space, will deal with side passages, and organize traffic patterns. This will have importance for residents of Balashikha due to the fact that we are blocking the crossing through railways in Saltykovka and the flow of transit traffic through the Gorky Highway will increase. This will help us avoid major inconvenience.", Andrey Platonov said.

It is planned to launch an overpass with a total length of 880 m ahead of schedule. Initially, the launch of the movement was scheduled for the first ten days of November this year.

Traffic on two other overpasses of the Gorkovskoye Highway is also planned to be launched in the summer of 2017. Deputy Project Manager Dmitry Pavlenko said that at the first road junction(Bypass Highway) in in full a metal span was erected. Reinforced soil embankments are also being installed on both sides of the overpass. Its launch is scheduled for July this year. At the third road junction (Leonovskoye Highway), the left span structure has been fully completed, the roadway slab has been concreted, the construction of two extreme supports is underway, and the pre-assembly of metal structures is underway.

The final delivery date for all three flyovers is scheduled for late October - early November 2017. In total, about 400 people are involved in the construction of highways.
