The editors of the Portal of the Roads of Russia

This year on the federal highway M-5 "Ural" (Moscow - Ryazan - Penza - Samara - Ufa - Chelyabinsk) in Ryazan region large-scale works are planned - reconstruction, overhaul and repair. Also, work will unfold on bridges and overpasses. In this regard, drivers will have to prepare for the fact that due to speed limits and reverse traffic, there will be traffic jams on many sections of the route. DorInfo found out where drivers will have to lose time.

Overhaul

Major renovation in 2016 year will pass near the village of Kuchasyevo in the section from 337 km to 350 km of the road (stage 1), as well as on bridges: across the Pilis River (161.6 km), through Vozha (166.9 km) and Shacha (352 km km). Work at all four sites has already begun and is expected to be completed by the end of September.

On the first two bridges, traffic is carried out in a reverse mode along two lanes, on the last one there is no traffic - vehicles are allowed through a temporary bypass road around the bridge, and transit traffic is allowed to bypass Shatsk. Reverse traffic operates on a 13-kilometer section near Kusachevo. At all areas of overhaul (as well as repair) a special speed mode- 40 km / h.

In addition, a major overhaul is planned on the bridge over the Vorsha (310 km). The contractor and the timing of the work will be known after the auction and the conclusion of the state contract.

Repair

The repair of the road has already begun in the sections: 221.9 - 241 km (reverse direction) in the village. Kamenka, 178 - 181.2 km, 184.6 - 187 km, 189.3 - 198.6 km, 279.5 - 286 km, 375 - 384 km. Reverse traffic is organized in these sections until the end of August.

By the way, the 189th km is one of the priorities for the road builders of the region. In the future, in the area of this section - the construction of a junction to unload traffic near the oil refinery and the Kuibyshev highway. As DorInfo was informed in the press service of FKU Povolzhupravtodor, the object will be traded by the end of this year. Currently, public hearings are underway, and at the end of July it is planned to hold an auction and conclude a state contract with a contractor. According to the planned schedule, the commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2018.

In addition, this year, after the conclusion of the state contract, the road workers will begin work on the overpass across the Yuzhny Promuzel street at 193.6 km.

Reconstruction

Specialists will continue the reconstruction of the road this year in two sections: 241 - 245.4 km, 248.1 - 258.3 km. At the first facility when moving from Moscow (along right side) restrictions for transport are not introduced, but in reverse direction traffic is closed at 800 meters. Traffic is carried out along the bypass road (by widening). Speed - 50 km / h. The restrictions will remain in effect until September next year.

There are no traffic restrictions on the section from km 248.1 to km 258.3. The object will be ready for delivery at the end of this year.

AT Ulyanovsk region Reconstruction started in March 2015 highway M-5 "Ural" - from Moscow through Ryazan, Penza, Samara, Ufa to Chelyabinsk on the section km 814 + 000 - km 835 + 000, 20.085 km long (including 1.6 km through the settlement of Svirino). Last time This section was extensively renovated in 2009. During its 70-year history, according to the results of the annual diagnostics of the M-5 Ural, there has been a process of intensive formation of deformations in the form of rutting, potholes, transverse and longitudinal cracks, and destruction of the edges of the roadway. The transport and operational characteristics of the road deteriorated significantly every year due to underrepair, and due to the inability to maintain them in a standard condition at the expense of maintenance. The traffic flow along the M-5 continued and continues to grow.

It was then that detailed plans began to be developed for the comprehensive reconstruction of the Ural, one of the longest federal roads Russia, provided federal program"Development transport system Russia".

In 2016, as part of the reconstruction of the M-5 Ural highway from Moscow through Ryazan, Penza, Samara, Ufa to Chelyabinsk on the section km 814+000 - km 835+000, construction of bypass roads was already completed at the facility. Currently full is underway reconstruction of communications and construction of culverts; work has begun on the construction of a subgrade and the installation of road pavement.

At preparatory work To date, special auxiliary structures are being equipped for the construction of a bridge across the Syzranka River and an overpass across the railway, and the installation of bored piles has begun. The process of installing bored piles on these structures is interesting: a special drilling rig drills 20-meter wells with a diameter of 1 meter in the ground, a metal casing pipe, a reinforcing cage are fixed, and the entire structure is poured with concrete.

In total, as part of the reconstruction of the M-5 Ural highway at km 814 - km 835, two bridges and an overpass with a total length of 250 meters will be built.

In 2017, it is planned to complete the construction of the first stage ( left half) a bridge over the Syzranka River and an overpass across the railway with bypassing traffic to a new direction, dismantle the existing bridge and overpass and proceed with the construction of the second phase (right side) of the bridge and overpass across the railway. Work will continue on the reconstruction of communications, the construction of a subgrade, the installation of pavement and the construction of culverts.

After the facility is put into operation, the road will be transformed: it will become a four-lane main road (I technical category) with an estimated speed of 120 km/h.

By 2019, an overpass across the railway and two bridges will be built - a bridge over an unnamed stream and a bridge over the river. Syzranka. To ensure the safety of the road section, 4 reversal rings will be built, bridges and an overpass will be lit, as well as a section of the road in the area of the village. Svirino, with a total length of 4.275 km.

The reconstruction will increase the capacity of the road section, eliminate the centers of accidents in populated areas, improve safety for local population and improve ecological situation district. We must pay tribute to the road builders - since the beginning of this year, on the federal roads assigned to the FKU "Povolzhupravtodor", in the Ulyanovsk region there has not been a single traffic accident due to accompanying road conditions (RTA according to the control).

It is planned to build two modern complexes road service facilities at km 838+492 (right) and km 838+500 (left). They are planned to include gas stations, gas filling stations, service stations, retail parks, mobile homes, parking lots. ("Travel Park")

Also, in 2017-2018, at the M-5 Ural in the Ulyanovsk region, artificial electric lighting will be installed on sections km 786 + 017 - km 786 + 359 s. Nikulino, km 848+146 - km 848+456 s. Tomyshovo, about 1.5 km long.

Attention car enthusiasts:

Traffic is on the main road. In the construction sites of new culverts, the traffic goes along bypass roads on 2 sections (350 and 400 meters long): only on these sections of the work there is a speed limit of up to 40 km / h.

For reference:

In the Ulyanovsk region, FKU "Povolzhupravtodor" serves 105.5 km of federal highways, of which:
81.5 km on the M-5 Ural motorway from km 780+320 to km 861+864 and 24 km on the R 228 motorway Syzran-Saratov-Volgograd from km 23+200 to km 47+200

The M-5 Ural highway is one of the longest federal roads in Russia. The road originates in Moscow, then passes through the city of Ryazan and crosses part of the Republic of Mordovia, then the route passes through Penza, captures a small section of the Ulyanovsk region and crosses the border Samara region: passes through Syzran, Tolyatti and Samara; further runs through the capital of Bashkiria Ufa and ends in Chelyabinsk. Total length highway "M-5 Ural" 1879 km. Of these, FKU "Povolzhupravtodor" serves 1100.1 km.

In the Moscow region, large-scale work is underway to build new highways and interchanges, which should relieve the burden on existing roads. Projects are implemented in all areas and have different time frames. What major road construction projects are being carried out in the region, what new transport facilities will change and what highways will unload, read the site in the material of the portal.

Central Ring Road

Source: Photobank of the Moscow Region, Alexander Shchemlyaev

The construction of the Central Ring Road is called the most ambitious and ambitious project in the Moscow region. The total length of the Central Ring Road will be 525 km, the route is designed to unload city highways, including Moscow ring. It will pass through the territory of the Moscow region and New Moscow, 50 km from the Moscow Ring Road.

The construction of the Central Ring Road began in 2014 - from the first launch complex. It is planned that he and the fifth launch complex will be opened in 2018. The remaining sections of the Central Ring Road will be handed over later: the third and fourth - in 2019. But the last section - the second launch complex - is planned to be completed by the mid-2020s.

The new ring will bypass settlements, connecting only with the largest. The capacity of the Central Ring Road will be 70-80 thousand cars per day.

It is expected that the road will significantly free the Moscow outbound highways (those that continue in the Moscow region) and the Moscow Ring Road from the transit transportation of goods, reduce the prime cost of freight transportation and transport costs. Due to the fact that there will be no intracity transport on the Central Ring Road, the speed of car advance will also increase - 100-120 km / h against the usual 20-30 km / h on the Moscow Ring Road. The Central Ring Road will create large international transport corridors in the Moscow region. For example, one can get from Nizhny Novgorod to London or Helsinki.

Meteorological observation stations will appear on the Central Ring Road and automated system traffic control, it will be equipped with rest stops for drivers and roadside services. Also on the route will be provided 70-80 underground passages for pedestrians, and there will also be overhead crossings for animals.

Interchange in Krasnogorsk

Source: Construction of a two-level road junction at the intersection of Volokolamskoye and Ilyinskoye highways in the city district began in 2016. The interchange includes a flyover in the direction of Krasnogorsk - Mitino, a turning loop and a flyover on the Ilyinsky highway, consisting of two parts - in the direction from the Ilyinsky highway to the capital and back.

According to Governor Andrey Vorobyov, at present this site is one of the most problematic in the region. The speed of traffic on it rarely exceeds 20 km / h. However, the situation will change very soon.

A multi-level interchange will connect the two parts of Krasnogorsk and unravel the problem nodes. Under the overpass of the main traffic there will be an exit from Volokolamskoye to Ilyinskoye highway - from Moscow, and an exit from Ilyinsky to volokolamskoe highway- in the direction of the region. It is also planned that the new transport facility will facilitate the exit from Krasnogorsk and the Istra region, partially relieve the burden on Novorizhskoe highway. The overpass will have four lanes of traffic, two lanes in each direction. The total length of the interchange will exceed nine kilometers, and its prospective throughput will be more than 100 thousand cars per day.

The project is divided into three launch complexes. Work on the first launch complex.

Junctions on the Gorky Highway

Source: Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Moscow Region Reconstruction Gorky highway currently being carried out in three directions - the construction of interchanges 4 km from the Moscow Ring Road (adjacent to the Bypass Highway), 6 km (intersection with Sovetskaya Street) and 7 km (adjacent to the Leonovskoye Highway). In 2017, it is planned to start construction of the fourth interchange on the Eastern Highway.

Thanks to the reconstruction of the route, traffic jams from Moscow and Noginsk should disappear, since the overpasses will be through, without traffic lights. Upon completion of the work, the transit overpasses will retain three traffic lanes in each direction, and on both sides of the overpasses there will be parallel two-lane roads for city vehicles. As a result, will be removed most of loads from the private sector, including from Saltykovka and Nikolsko-Arkhangelskoye, which is now receiving a large transit flow, bypassing traffic jams in Gorkovka.

And the fourth interchange will provide transport accessibility of the Sacramento microdistrict. Currently, to get there from Moscow, drivers are forced to turn around in the Noginsk district, because the left turn from the highway to the microdistrict is closed.

Overpass across the railway in Dolgoprudny

connecting the Urals with Western part The country's M-5 highway is often called the "road of death." Terrible accidents, overturned trucks, a dangerous section of the road in the Zlatoust area - all this is not in the best way affected the image component of the region. Meanwhile, experts believe that the track, in the presence of serious financial investments from the federation, can be turned into a modern autobahn. This will give impetus to the development of several regions at once. Dmitry Chudinovskikh, a member of the Public Chamber of Chelyabinsk, discusses the prospects for the M-5:

“With the M-5 theme, the region must get up and go down until this track becomes a real Road. Dear, connecting Southern Urals with the world. It is this topic that is the most important for the inhabitants of the Southern Urals, and not Ukraine, Syria and Trump. When the normal M-5 appears, Chelyabinsk region become a qualitatively different region. But the M-5 is needed to Moscow, and not to the border with Bashkiria. And this is already a project that unites Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Samara, Penza and Ryazan in a competitive battle with the cities of M-7.

The main issue of the M-5 highway is connected with the transport component. Long time in our country, in Soviet times, key function carried out Railway, the main share of cargo was transported along it, and automobile transport was of secondary importance. In modern times, the volume of traffic began to shift towards highways. The roads became two-lane. Of course, the Ural Range is a difficult place, significant investments are needed in the construction of roads. But due to the fact that railway transportation is expensive and takes a lot of time, the business, in addition to the transportation of coal and oil products, has gone to the roads.

In fact, the development of the Urals and Siberia, a number of regions is tied to the modernization of the M-5 highway, its continuation towards Siberia. If we had a modern two-lane highway in one direction, this would give a sharp impetus to the development of the regions. Businesses would be able to move goods more actively with less risk, I think their cost would go down.

I wonder why this will not become a federal project? Because it is much more significant than various championships?! We remember famous expression: "The Urals is the supporting edge of the state" and "Russia will grow with Siberia." I do not understand why the funds of the state, which it has on federal level, are not directed to objects such as M-5. It would become a locomotive and would solve a lot of problems. This would give a significant influx of economic activity.

Will good road- will be new interesting projects. What we are now trying to launch with other forces through incubators will happen by itself. When the road appears, large investors will come who will be interested in locating serious economic objects. Investments in the M-5 will certainly pay off. Partially the route has been put in order up to Chebarkul, there are wide sections near Miass. But the fact is that these are only segments, and the track should turn into a modern autobahn: at least two lanes in one direction. This is object #1. In my opinion, if we talk about revitalizing the region's economy, we don't need to invent anything, we need to invest in M-5."
