Energy psychology is a unique method of personality transformation. Energy psychology - global freedom of emotions

What is energy psychology? - From classical science she borrowed an understanding of the whole versatility of the psychological problems that a person faces in his life - and pursues the same goal: to help people overcome any difficulties and achieve internal balance(by re-experiencing emotions and mentally correcting). From the ancient Eastern healing practices, energy psychology has extracted all the wealth of knowledge about acupuncture, energy points, their centers (chakras) and meridians on the human body, right impact which can do wonders for our health and well-being.

Professor's Insight

An unexpected discovery of the powerful effect of energy psychology occurred in the late 80s of the last century. Western psychotherapist Roger Callahan had been working with a girl named Mary for more than a year and a half by that time: the patient experienced severe aquaphobia (fear of water). It doesn’t matter why this fear got the best of Mary, but she was introduced into silent shock by everything that, in any way, related to water: showers and water pipes, flushing the toilet tank, banal rain, and even pictures of water. The therapist unsuccessfully tried all the methods known to him to deal with the patient's problem and no longer knew which side to approach the invisible enemy.

Therapy sessions took place at Callahan's home, with a swimming pool in the yard. And then one day, standing on the edge of this pool, Mary informed Roger that just looking at the water she was overcome by nausea and spasms of fear were clearly felt in her stomach. Callahan, familiar with acupuncture, suddenly found himself thinking: “The points associated with the stomach are under the eyes!” Guided by his intuition, the therapist asked the perplexed girl to tap her fingers on these points. After a quarter of an hour, Mary realized that the water in the pool no longer bothered or interested her at all. And in the future, the healed patient never again visited aquaphobia.

This phenomenal case became a kind of milestone in Callahan's research - the therapist founded new science, which instantly had a lot of followers. Soon, several dozen methods of energy psychology arose, among which acupuncture (acupressure) techniques still occupy a special place. They are also called "emotional version of acupuncture" or "acupuncture without needles."

Simple Steps to Liberation

According to energy psychologists, all negative emotions that we experience are "holes" in our aura that upset the balance energy system. When a person eliminates these disorders, he quickly heals both emotionally and physically. To do this, you need to keep the problem in your mind and at this time tap with your fingertips or fingertips on certain points of the body (head, torso, arms). While you are concentrating on problem situation or mentally re-experience it, your energy field becomes like a stormy ocean - and emotionally this is expressed in the form heartache and discomfort, anger and annoyance, anxiety, or a desire to "run away" from the situation. But by using the appropriate acupuncture points, you get rid of the energy "noise", and the raging muddy waves are replaced by the smooth flow of the river.

Thus, it is possible not only to as soon as possible and easily get rid of the burden of psychological problems, complexes and phobias that have been tormenting for years - but also develop lifelong immunity to similar problems. Long-term practice shows a very pleasant picture: the same or similar situations in the future do not bother people who once "liberated" themselves according to the principles of energy psychology.

In what cases should this technique be applied?

First of all, this simple practice helps to completely get rid of the power of long-term emotional states: psycho-traumatic and stressful situations, hard memories, different kind phobias, complexes, depressions, habits of negative thinking, various neuroses, addictions and bad habits, shock conditions, old grievances, feelings of guilt, as well as many physical diseases.

While ignorant people are trying to drown their problems in alcohol, hide them under pounds of chocolate, dissolve them in clouds of cocaine or cigarette smoke, you can just give yourself 5-10 minutes of peace and light self-massage - why not a recipe for the lazy?!
In addition, the methods of energy psychology allow you to extract from the dark pantry of the unconscious even those hidden problems that you are not aware of now (and this is their cunning) - those negative attitudes that stand in the way ...

Increasing your well-being (limiting beliefs about money and success, memories of the past financial collapse or bad luck)
. success in the business sphere (long experience of stressful situations, self-doubt)
. building close and trusting personal relationships (jealousy, resentment, irritability, timidity in communication, guilt, betrayal or loss loved one)
. gaining good health (insomnia, poor performance, allergic reactions, headaches, overweight, chronic fatigue, frequent colds, dependencies and more)
. spiritual self-improvement (inability to stop the internal dialogue and focus on meditation, lack of control over obsessive thoughts)

The result is comfort!

In order to master the methods of energy psychology, you do not need to be an “enlightened” yogi at all - you can even refuse to believe in the effectiveness of this practice (it will still work). As already mentioned, it will take almost no time, and you can hold a session in any place convenient for you - at home, in a park, in an office or even a museum (what if you decide to stop shying away from the products of Picasso's work?) In any case , these classes have no contraindications and do not entail any side effects. And it does not matter whether you yourself will massage key points - or other people will help you with this. The only thing that matters is the birth of extraordinary peace after each such session, which more than replaces long self-deep meditation.

In the last 20 years, techniques of so-called energy psychology have developed in the world. These are systems that integrate information from the body and from the mind in their approach.

It is believed, and not without reason, that the body contains the memory of all human injuries. Each traumatic experience (emotional charge, or simply charge), not being fully reacted (compensated), leaves an energy trace in the human body and aura. In the body, it looks like a muscle block. In the aura - as an interspersed energy, which has the opposite direction of the normal direction of rotation of the vortex. Enough is spent to neutralize such a whirlwind. a large number of free energy person. Over time, towards old age, the number of such "blotches" and muscle blocks increases and the person becomes more and more restrained. The amount of free energy due to "inclusions" decreases. It forms an impenetrable muscular armor and the same rigid structure of thought and emotional blockade.

Charges have the property of restimulation. Restimulation is the re-creation in the psyche and body of a state corresponding to trauma when a person is exposed to a stimulus present in a traumatic incident. For example, a person is stuck in an elevator and is now afraid of any closed space. That is the view limited space raises in him all the sensations that he experienced while sitting in the elevator. Usually, when a person is energetic enough, external stimuli moderate force is unable to restimulate the charge. But when the level of external irritation exceeds defensive forces body, restimulation of the encapsulated charge occurs and, being released, it interferes with a person’s life, forcing him to perform sometimes strange actions, get sick, etc. Moreover, the body continues to fight the charge, thereby infusing new energy flows into it. To eliminate the charge, we need to do several things.

  • The first important action is to accept the situation of trauma that generated the charge. Acceptance removes the protection around the charge. The word acceptance does not mean that a person must agree with bad grade yourself, or something like that. It's just accepting that this situation happened.
  • The second action is the reproduction of the charge. During playback, the charge begins to dissolve. This is actually what is done during "kitchen psychotherapy" - when a person retells his troubles dozens of times and they gradually cease to excite him much.
  • And the third point is the release of the remaining charge. Most often, this is done through forgiving yourself and others involved in the traumatic incident.

In energy psychology, work with acupuncture points is added to this process. Empirically, it has been found that talking about problems while simultaneously affecting certain acupuncture points leads to an instantaneous and complete disappearance of the charge from the traumatic situation. Further, these empirical observations were generalized, expanded, and added to them theoretical foundations, and based on these theories, techniques began to change. Several working techniques have been created, such as TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique), EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technic), BSFF(Be Set Free Fast), etc. At the moment, all the advantages of these techniques are combined in PEAT (Primary Energies Activation and Transcendence), developed by Zivorad Slavinsky, a Serbian psychiatrist and mystic. In PEAT, in addition to the principles already described earlier, the concept of the duality of our universe is used, and the concept of polarities is introduced.

Polarities are always and everywhere. White and black, give and take, activity and passivity, etc. The polarities themselves are absolutely neutral. But a person can have an emotional charge that makes these polarities meaningful to him. And the higher the charge, the sharper the polarity in which the person is located repels and the stronger the second one attracts.

I will give an excerpt from the book “Alone with the World” by I. Kalinauskas, in which he describes the polarity “I and Others”

“People build their relationship with the World in different ways. For some, there is only "Other", but no "I". This is an infantile way of perceiving the world, it allows a person to be passive, not to be responsible for what is happening, justifying himself by circumstances, situations, etc. Ultimately, such a philosophical position comes down to the desire to achieve a state of complete dissolution (there is the World and there is no me), some “spiritual” teachings are constructed in such a way as to bring a person to this blissful state of dissolution, when no one is responsible for anything, because there is no one to answer , "I" is dissolved in the infinite World.

Other philosophical concept- aggressive, it claims that there is only I. The other is absent. People with such a concept narrow "their circle" to the limit, not wanting to recognize the reality of the "Other" and fearing reality. This is an egotistical position. And there are "spiritual" systems that implement this philosophical concept.

The denial of either one's Self or the Other is due to the fear of the confrontation "I am the Other". After all, if we admit that I really exist and the Other really exists, then we will have to admit that the complexity of their relationship really exists, there is tension in this confrontation.

Everything else: health, appearance, communication is side effects but not the target. For the cause of what worries you lies in the wrong relationship between objective and subjective realities, and you need to act on the cause, and not get rid of its effects.
Practical philosophy for specific person- this is his attitude to the world (which should not be confused with a worldview - a category of an ideological order). In this sense, each of us is a philosopher and needs the skills of practical philosophy.

First, let's try to find out the content of the concepts of worldview and worldview.

outlookis a system of views on the world.

attitudeis a system of relations with the World (relations of the subjective with the objective).

What is the attitude of the world?

Objective reality exists outside our consciousness and independently of it. If we accept this, then the interest of each of us should be directed to what is outside and independent of us, to this very reality. Where is our attention really directed? For what is up to us. At the same time, a person completely avoids being interested in what does not depend on him, and therefore the overwhelming majority of people in their practical philosophy are idealists. They claim that there is only what they perceive with their consciousness, that is, what depends on them. The rest simply does not and cannot be.

Doing only what depends on you is convenient. Children are convenient for us when they depend on us, when they are subordinate to us. A friend is good when he depends on us, a loved one is also good when we are dependent. And in general, that reality with which I agree is good. Guided by such a philosophy in practice, in everyday life, we gather around ourselves what depends on us, we are comfortable in this, and reality itself, that independent one, cannot reach us anymore. We have adapted so to speak.

And then a curious thing happens. Having settled comfortably, we suddenly feel an inner anguish, a kind of “vexation of the spirit” and begin to look for something absolutely independent of us, as in childhood. Going in search, a person can find some closed group, a sect, where he will be absolutely dependent on its rules or who is the leader. I found it, calmed down - and the “languishing of the spirit” begins again.
So a person rushes between two extremes, between two poles: absolute dependence and complete independence. This is the essence of the problem of relations between I and the Other, and this is a real practical philosophy, in one extreme position of which there is the thesis that there is only I and there is no Other, in the second extreme position there is the Other, but there is no Me. This is manifested in all our actions, that is, in everyday life, and is what is called practical philosophy.

Where is the way out of our endless throwing between the two poles? The way out is to really become a materialist, to accept for oneself the actual existence of objective and subjective realities and to recognize their equality.

Each person is one and only in his uniqueness, and at the same time around him there are others of the same uniqueness. And it takes courage to accept this fact not speculatively, but with all its integrity. Then you will begin to look not into the distance (cosmic, or "astral", or some other), but next to you, where your children, husbands, wives, parents live - real, living people. If you can do this, you will stop violence against the Other, because he is just as alone in his uniqueness. It is then that it is really possible human relations, understanding and deep communication, which we so strive for. The very cause of violence disappears when a person does not want to recognize the fact that there is He and there is an Other, there is a subjective and objective reality, and there is no need to run away from them, for this is human destiny. If you find the courage in yourself for such recognition, then your loved ones will feel better, you will become a source of Dialogue, your communication will be easier and freer.”

As the Sixth Patriarch of Zen Huai-Nen said, when we neutralize (integrate) our basic polarities, we are freed from our extreme forms behavior and feelings. Getting into various situations, we activate the polarity we need, which characterizes the optimal model of behavior in these situations

From his point of view, enlightenment is an awareness that gives meaning to life, and at the same time it is the discovery and understanding of one's true nature. When asked by his students about how to find your true nature, Huai-Nen gave a very simple answer: work on neutralizing the chosen pair of polarities and you will understand the world and your position in it in a very balanced way. Here is the translation of his words:
“He who knows how to use these thirty-six pairs will understand the all-pervading principle that runs through the teachings of all the Sutras. Whether he 'comes' or 'goes', he can avoid two extremes.

For practice, Huai-Nen used a list of 36 pairs of polarities. It was believed that one who integrates all 36 pairs will automatically reach the state of Tao.

In PEAT, the sensations associated with the problem are taken as a starting state and, by applying a simple technique, the charge begins to be removed from them layer by layer. Gradually the polarity begins to emerge and the technique of integration is applied to it. The polarity that rises after the charges are removed is fairly easy to integrate. Often the integration of polarity causes the appearance of the next layer of charges, previously hidden by the active polarity. According to experience, an experienced processor brings the client to the root of the chain of polarities in a period not exceeding one and a half hours.

Unique methods of personality transformation

Dedicated to Jean Houston, a giant in our ranks

"This is one of rare books, which not only really helps to get rid of bad habits and self-destructive psychological patterns, but also gives effective methods to achieve real health, love and prosperity.”

Dr. R. Webster

The cell is a mechanism controlled by energy. And therefore it should be approached through the study of matter, or through the study of energy. In every culture and every medical tradition that has come before us, healing has been done by moving energy.

Albert Szent-Györgyi, laureate Nobel Prize in medecine

Our deepest gratitude to the many, many generations that brought this book of healing method from a tradition that has been going on for five millennia. First of all, having paid tribute to our ancestors, we turn to our contemporaries, who paved the way for this edition. This is George Goodhart, who brought a special understanding of energy from the Eastern arts of healing to Western medicine, thereby creating modern form called Applied Kinesiology, which later formed the basis of this program. This is John Tai, who introduced the principles of Applied Kinesiology to the general public, calling them "The Healing Touch": the possibility independent application ordinary people of these effective treatments has been demonstrated in at least forty countries. Finally, it is psychiatrist John Diamond and psychologist Roger Callahan who, independently applying the principles of Applied Kinesiology to emotional problems, developed models for the approach presented here.

This book was preceded by a training program for psychotherapists and other health professionals called Interactive Energy Psychology: Rapid Intervention for Sustainable Change. The book that you are holding in your hands brings together the most important practical concepts recipes from this program. David Feinstein developed them during four years in collaboration with two principal consultants (Donna Eden and Fred Gallo, Ph.D.), as well as an expert panel of twenty-four leading experts in the field. These professionals include Joaquin Andrade, MD, Dan Benor, MD, Patricia Carrington, PhD, Asia Naoma Clinton, MA natural sciences, Ph.D., John Diepold, Ph.D., Jim Dörlacher, Charles R. Figley, Ph.D., Tapas Fleming, Rebecca Grace, Dr. of Psychology, David Grander, Ph.D., Dorothea Hover-Kramer, Dr. Pedagogical Sci., Warren Jacobs, M.D., Martin Gerry, M.D., Ph.D., Peter Lambrow, Ph.D., Greg Nicosia, Ph.D., Larry Nims, Ph.D., Gary Peterson, M.D. George Pratt, Ph.D., Lee Poulos, Ph.D., Mary Sayce, M.Sc., Larry Stoler, Ph.D., Judith Swek, Ph.D. Ph.D. and Helen Tuggie, Ph.D.

In the meantime, several hundred people, both professional and non-specialist practitioners of this method, detailed clinical results and sent them to Gary Craig on the website dedicated to Emotional Release Techniques (ETS). Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to express our gratitude to each one of the great many of all those who have contributed to the collection of this colossal amount of information, some of which is presented in this book.

We gratefully acknowledge the contributions of each of those we have already mentioned. We also want to highlight the courage and ingenuity of the ever-increasing number of practitioners who successfully apply energy intervention to everything that surrounds us in order to solve problems and achieve goals. In addition, special thanks go to Peg Eliot Mayo, M.Sc., Ron Ruden, M.D., and Joaquin Andrade, M.D., for their valuable comments on early drafts of this book. Yet, as usual, the responsibility for the content of this book rests solely with its authors.

Foreword

This book introduces you to new methods of psychotherapy that help you quickly and effectively overcome negative emotional patterns, achieve higher mental states and open spiritual perception.

It has already been established that biological basis sensations such as pleasure and pain, urges such as hunger and thirst, emotions such as anger and joy, and such exalted states as awe and inspiration. "Information substances" such as hormones, peptides and transmitters, most miraculously find their way to receptor molecules present on the surface of every cell in the body.

These "emotion molecules" shape moods and thoughts. Moreover, this process is two-way. Emotions and thoughts give rise to a sequence of chemical and cellular events - including the formation of new neurons - that are the basis of other emotions and thoughts. In fact, there are studies that claim that meditation can cause the same kind of neurological changes that our most powerful anti-anxiety and depression medications do.

The book is a synthesis of practices designed to consciously change the molecules responsible for emotions. These practices have three distinct advantages over psychiatric medications. These special means are non-invasive and have no side effects. Energetic interventions, as well as more subtle energies, affect the complex electrochemical system. Subtle energies is a term that has long been established among people practicing Eastern methods of medicine and spiritual disciplines of the East, but is a new and still not accepted Western science.

These practices focus on power systems hitherto undiscovered technical means Western medicine, although well known to the healers and sages of most cultures that have existed throughout human history. The program you are about to embark on teaches you about these natural energies and teaches you how to influence them to change dysfunctional and limiting patterns of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

This book describes the methods of a completely new direction of psychotherapy. She gives hitherto unfamiliar western man self-healing methods that use a combination of therapeutic conversations with tapping acupuncture points to integrate energy and intuition and mobilize them for a quick cure. Of course, these procedures may seem rather strange at first. There are still disputes about the possibilities of their use in medicine as a means of self-healing, but, based on many years of experience, it can be argued that the range of these possibilities is incredibly wide.

The book was a continuation of an earlier, widely famous work group of twenty-seven health professionals and mental health, headed by David Feinstein, and its goal is to introduce both psychotherapists and all other people to a new direction in medicine - energy psychology. The book reveals new techniques to anyone who wants to apply them.

In the 1970s, when I was doing my first research on various nerve receptors at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Dr. Feinstein was also testing new ideas in psychotherapy there. Thirty years later, he shifted his focus to the intersection of psychotherapy and energy medicine. During these decades of his practice as clinical psychologist, he truly succeeded in promoting a powerful methodology to help people transform the system of internal guidance, which he calls "personal mythology." In addition, he has received some amazing awards celebrating his accomplishments as a psychologist. Of these awards, far from the most last award was his marriage to Donna Eden, who is one of the most famous healers in the world and also the co-author of this book.

Together with Gary Craig, the founder of the most widely used approach to energy psychology, the three of them have created a book that is both authoritative and at the same time entertaining and useful. You will find in it a friend who will help you understand and implement these amazing effective methods into your life.

Introduction

A progressive approach to personality change?

Any truth goes through three stages. It is first ridiculed, then vehemently rejected, and finally accepted as self-evident.

Are you already familiar with the methods energy psychotherapy?
If not, it's time to learn more about the latest technologies for restoring peace of mind and harmony in life.

These innovative methods of psychotherapy did not arise by chance. With acceleration technical progress the pressure of our life accelerates. And with it, a person is increasingly covered by a wave of tension, fatigue, negative state. The speed of life does not allow you to stop, relax, rethink the past, relieve yourself of the stress of everyday life.

Therefore, against the background of almost universal stress and phobias, the emergence of new technologies aimed at the rapid restoration of normal life and human health is natural.

Such technologies can certainly include the methods of energy or meridian psychotherapy.

What is Energy Psychotherapy?

Energy (meridian) psychotechniques are a symbiosis of Western schools of psychotherapy and ancient Eastern knowledge about energy channels (meridians of the body).

The task of psychology and psychotherapy is search and elimination emotional causes, memories of the past that lead to an undesirable emotional state. Determining the cause allows you to understand the chain of thought and emotional reaction. Rethinking, re-experiencing these events and reactions to them is a productive process, but quite a long one. Psychotherapy sometimes takes weeks, months or even years to get rid of unnecessary attitudes and achieve a stable result.

Oriental methods of energy directions are based on the impact on biologically active points located on the energy channels of the body. The doctrine of energy channels arose in ancient China. In our time, the existence of the meridians of the body and the movement of vital energy along them is confirmed by various subtle measurements, in particular electromagnetic ones.

By stimulating the points located on the energy meridians, for example, with acupuncture, redistribution of human energy that restores good health and emotional condition. However, the results of the impact are not always stable, since there is no awareness of the root cause of the disease state, so energy disturbances can return.

Energy psychotherapy includes the best - the speed of changes from Eastern medicine and the depth of study of the sources of the problem, which leads to an improvement in the efficiency of thinking, a harmonious distribution of vital energy, allows you to get rid of fears, phobias, irrational behavior, restore health, find solutions to problems in just a few hours, or even minutes, while maintaining a stable result.

Let's look at an example of stress.

Imagine that you are walking down the street and suddenly a large dog jumps out at you from around the corner.

You felt fright, the muscles of the body tensed, the blood rushed to the head, the heart began to beat strongly ...

The response is quite predictable and helpful. Body tension and a surge of energy are designed to protect you from danger, give you additional strength - either run away or attack.

The dog ran past...

But it will be a long time before it recovers. normal condition psyche and body. The heart continues to beat, the muscles are tense, although the danger is no longer there.

The problem is that the energy allocated by the body to fight or flee was not used up.

If this tension is not relieved, it will weaken over time, but will not disappear completely. Excess energy "settles" in the muscles, keeps the nerves, the cardiac system tense ... And the program is recorded in the subconscious as possible situation which may be repeated.

A few more such stresses and a person is captured chronic stress. Muscles spasm and it is already difficult to control your body - unnecessary clamps appear, aggression or fatigue grows, mood drops.

Psychotherapy will work with the memory of a stressful situation so that you do not expect a new attack, you realize that the danger has passed. Develop new responses to similar situations. But the blocked energy in the body is preserved.

Acupuncture releases enslaved energy allowing your vitality be in balance and harmony. But it does not relieve the fear of meeting the dog again.

What is energy psychology? These methods combine work with the conscious-subconscious and the release of energy blockages. Parallel impact on the energy of the body and human consciousness gives quick and stable results. What used to be treated for years changes in minutes or several hours of work.

A bit of history

Roger Callahan, Ph.D., practicing psychologist, initiated these methods. In the 1980s, Dr. Callahan suggested that our psychological problems and the movement of energy along the meridians are connected. The idea arose when, in an extraordinary situation with a client, the doctor decided to use his knowledge in oriental medicine and acupressure. The result was resoundingly successful.

Based on this experience, Callahan developed a technique called the "thought field method" − Thought Field Therapy (TFT)), in which taps are applied to various acupuncture points in order to obtain relief from a range of physical and emotional disturbances.

His system was pretty complex process specific to each type of problem. And in the mid-90s, Harry Craig created a system EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique - Technique Emotional Freedom ) as further development Callahan systems. Unlike its progenitor, EFT uses only 13 points for all occasions and one general algorithm. Due to its simplicity, this technique has become very popular. EFT is effective even for complex and long-term problems, such as addiction to alcohol and drugs, post-traumatic syndrome, various neuroses, phobias, depression, chronic negative thinking and many physical illnesses.

The next technique is Acupressure Technique Tapas (Tapas Acupressure Technique, TAT) uses acupuncture points on the face and on the back of the head, works with pain, trauma and negative beliefs. The author of this method, Tapas Fleming, a licensed acupuncturist from California, developed her method in 1993. TAT easily copes with stress, soothes allergic reactions, and removes negative beliefs, brings inner harmony, relaxation, increases vitality and enhances personal abilities.
Since the mid-90s, another technology that uses active acupressure points has been gaining popularity - PEAT (Primary Energy Activation and Transtrend or Psycho-Emotional Acupressure Therapy). PEAT was created by Zivorad Slavinsky, a Serbian psychotherapist and mystic. The key difference of this method was the idea not to hit the points with your finger, but simply put your finger on them and breathe in and out. This makes it much easier to focus on the problem being worked on and delve deeper into it, which leads to deeper and better results. Most problems stop worrying after 1-3 sessions lasting from 15 minutes to two hours.

DP-4 (Deep PEAT 4)- Another Slavinsky technique. DP-4 has a huge range of applications - integrating current polarities, improving relationships with other people, releasing past and future emotions, embedding positive traits character.
The presented technologies belong to the contact techniques of energy psychotherapy and are distinguished by fast and stable results. Various emotional problems are solved with the help of these methods, for example:

  • depression, anxiety, phobias, stress, fears
  • Difficulties in communication, feelings of loneliness
  • a state of dissatisfaction, lack of pleasure, joy in life
  • Feeling like you're walking in a vicious circle
  • creative crisis, midlife crisis
  • grief, loss of a loved one, experiences of betrayal, betrayal
  • family relationship problems
  • health responses to stress: frequent colds, headaches, chronic fatigue, muscle clamps, problems with the spine, overweight.

The great advantage of these methods is the possibility of independent application. Regular and careful application of energy psychology techniques allows you to independently harmonize peace of mind, get rid of psychological trauma, achieve your desired goals, change your attitude to life, improve your health.

With the help of the processor (the person leading the process), tasks of a larger scale lend themselves to energy processing - reviewing the whole life, release from addictions, obsessive states, recovery after serious violations with health.
