The geomagnetic field is unstable. The influence of a magnetic field on a person

Duration from several hours to several days, caused by the arrival of disturbed high-speed streams in the vicinity of the Earth solar wind and related shock wave. Geomagnetic storms occur mainly in the middle and low latitudes of the Earth.

As a result of solar flares, a huge amount of matter (mainly protons and electrons) is ejected into outer space, some of which, moving at a speed of 400-1000 km / s, reaches earth's atmosphere. Earth's magnetic field picks up outer space charged particles. Too much particle flow perturbs the planet's magnetic field, which causes changes in characteristics quickly and strongly magnetic field.

Thus, a geomagnetic storm is fast and strong changes in the Earth's magnetic field, arising during periods of increased solar activity.

The peak of solar activity during the previous solar cycle occurred in 2001-2002, when solar winds came from the surface of our star almost constantly, and sunspots reached their maximum. At the same time, experts also noted the extremely unfavorable consequences of activity for our planet - electronic equipment malfunctioned, satellites in orbit worked with errors.

The most powerful flare in the history of observational astronomy occurred on November 4, 2003. Its energy, as shown by calculations, could be enough to supply electricity to a city like Moscow for 200 million years.

Influence magnetic storms for the life and health of people

Geomagnetic storms have an impact on many areas of human activity, from which communication and navigation system disruptions can be distinguished. spaceships, the occurrence of surface charges on transformers and pipelines, and even the destruction energy systems.

Magnetic storms also affect the health and well-being of people. They are dangerous primarily for those who suffer from arterial hypertension and hypotension, heart disease. Approximately 70% of heart attacks, hypertensive crises and strokes occur during solar storms.

Magnetic storms are often accompanied by headaches, migraines, heart palpitations, insomnia, poor health, decreased vitality, and pressure drops. Scientists attribute this to the fact that when the magnetic field fluctuates, capillary blood flow slows down and oxygen starvation of tissues occurs.

In the 1930s in Nice (France), it was accidentally noticed that the frequency of myocardial infarctions and strokes in the elderly increased dramatically on days when there were severe disruptions in the work of the local telephone exchange, up to a complete cessation of communication. Subsequently, it was found that telephone communication disruptions occur during magnetic storms. On this basis, it was concluded that heart attacks and strokes, as well as the disruptions of the telephone network themselves, are associated with magnetic storms.

At one time, sharp disputes were caused by the question of the influence of solar activity on the occurrence of accidents and injuries in transport and in production. This was first pointed out back in 1928 by Alexander Chizhevsky, and in the 1950s, German scientists Reinhold Reiter and Karl Werner, from an analysis of about 100 thousand car accidents, established their sharp increase on the second day after a solar flare. Later, a Russian forensic physician from Tomsk, Vladimir Desyatoe, discovered a sharp increase in the number of suicides (by 4-5 times compared to the days of the quiet Sun) also on the second day after the solar flare. And this just corresponds to the beginning of magnetic storms.

According to various sources, from 50 to 75% of the Earth's population are subject to the negative effects of magnetic storms. At the same time, the start time stress response can move relative to the beginning of the storm by different dates for various storms and for specific person. Many people begin to react not to magnetic storms themselves, but 1-2 days before them, i.e. at the moment of flares on the Sun itself.

It has also been observed that up to 50% of the planet's population is capable of adaptation, i.e. to the reduction to zero of the reaction to several successive magnetic storms with an interval of 6-7 days, and that young people practically do not feel the effects of magnetic storms.

The theory of the influence of magnetic storms on humans has opponents who are of the opinion that gravitational perturbations associated with a change in the relative position of the Earth, Moon and planets solar system, are immeasurably small in comparison with those to which people are exposed in ordinary life(shaking, acceleration and braking in public transport, sharp descent and ascent, etc.).

The material was prepared on the basis of information from RIA Novosti and open sources

It is known that all living organisms are under the constant influence of the Earth's magnetic field. Earth as we know from school course physics, is like a giant magnet. We also know that the human body is surrounded by an electromagnetic shell - an aura. An aura, or scientifically, a biofield is simply an electromagnetic field of the human body. The human biofield can be photographed and measured. Based on photographs and measurements of the human biofield, reliable diagnostics can be carried out.

Medical students in their first year have a special course called physiology. It talks, among other things, about the properties of the magnetic field of individual organs, tissues, cells and the whole organism as a whole. All bodily functions are based on electromagnetic processes. Any chemical processes in organs and tissues can be explained, ultimately, by the interaction of atomic nuclei and electrons. Even nervous system human is an electromagnetic circuit.

In the light of the many scientific facts, there is nothing surprising in the fact that an external magnetic field has a significant effect on health.

Human magnetic field deficiency syndrome

Fifty years ago, a famous Japanese scientist and physician, Dr. Kiyochi Nakagawa, described new disease, which affects a huge number of people on earth, and called it "human magnetic field deficiency syndrome." Here's what we're talking about.

Even 50 years ago, he tracked that many people develop a deficient condition: poor sleep, loss of appetite, decreased immunity, a tendency to frequent diseases. Diseases of the joints, skin, genitourinary system. Constipation, fatigue, nervousness, general weakness…

Agree, very similar to the "syndrome chronic fatigue» - a typical disease of residents modern city. However, the reason for this state is different: a person is always in a weakened (shielded) magnetic field. Reinforced concrete buildings, cars, buses, metro...

Dr. Nakagawa proved by research that any cell of the body, when a charge is lost on its membrane (shell), loses its viability and therefore begins to break down. metabolic processes biochemistry leading to disease states. The charge on the membranes can easily be restored if the tissues are placed in the correct magnetic field.

It has also long been noticed that outdoor recreation far from civilization and modern buildings restores health well, because. metabolic processes are normalized molecular level. The reason for this is the correct magnetic field environment.

Living organisms in isolation from the earth's magnetic field

Researchers from the Research Institute of Biology and Biophysics of Tomsk State University and the Institute of Biomedical Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IMBP) conducted a series of experiments in which rats were isolated from the Earth's magnetic field in a special installation. Specially selected electromagnets compensated for the earth's magnetic field in such a way that the field inside the installation became very weak - 500 times weaker than usual.

The experimental rats showed physiological changes- degenerative changes internal organs. The absence of a magnetic field had a particularly strong impact on the psyche of animals. "Rats in non-magnetic environments fight all the time." "The aggressiveness was crazy. The rats fight, then they sleep in exhaustion, they didn't even get up when they started to feed them. At the same time, everything is calm in the control rats."

Aggressive interaction in rats is a means of establishing hierarchical relationships within a group. As soon as the hierarchy in the group is established, fights stop. According to scientists, rodents, deprived of the earth's magnetic field, "forgot" how the hierarchy is established, lost social skills.

Siberian scientists also refer to the work of their colleagues from Japan. Japanese scientists have previously studied how the absence of a magnetic field affects the development of newts. The results showed that their offspring had incorrectly formed spine and eyes, two-headed individuals appeared.

Electromagnetic pollution of the environment

The human body is perfectly adapted to life on Earth in a natural electromagnetic background. What is this background?

Permanent magnetic field of the earth. Scientists attribute it to electric currents in the conductive fluid of the earth's core.

Magnetic fields lithospheric origin. They arise, for example, during earthquakes and other dynamic processes in the earth's crust.

Magnetic fields cosmic origin. "Sunny wind", Northern Lights, magnetic storms.

Magnetic fields of near-Earth origin. For example, thunderstorms.

Scientists have proven the effect of magnetic storms on biological activity of all organisms, to the growth of epidemics of infectious and mental diseases. Change geomagnetic field significantly correlates with the annual growth of trees, crop yields, exacerbation of mental and cardiovascular diseases, and the number of road accidents.

Many scientists are now talking about electromagnetic pollution environment by radio wave frequency fields. Radio, television, mobile communications, electricity are the result scientific and technological progress. Fields of technogenic origin differ from natural ones in terms of energy (field strength, EMF energy flux density), and informational (frequency and time) characteristics.

So, the total intensity of the EMF in many places earth's surface increased compared to natural background by 2...5 orders of magnitude (100 or more times). What can be distant biological consequences such a sharp jump, from the point of view of evolution, is not yet clear.

Some scientists believe that the spasmodic growth of technogenic pollution electromagnetic field, may have disastrous consequences for all living things. Other scientists are confident that the harm from excessive electromagnetic radiation can be eliminated through rational environmental and hygienic regulation.

The right magnetic fields to keep you healthy

So, we need a weak magnetic field to maintain life and health. Have you noticed what happens to a city person when he finds himself in nature?

The person starts to get sick. General weakness, drowsiness, headache. Exacerbation of chronic diseases. familiar state? Someone wakes up in the morning with a fresh head, cheerful and rested. Some have been sick for several weeks.

Anyway, after a night of sleep in wooden house or a tent, we feel much better.

Painful state is the launch natural process restoration of the body, the reaction of the body to the correct magnetic background of the earth.

Not every magnetic field is good for our health. Tower cellular communication at a distance of less than 100 meters from your home can cause constant headaches and a state of chronic fatigue.

What are the characteristics of a healthy natural magnetic field? Carefully! There will be numbers and a bit of physics.

It is important for us to understand that the magnetic field is different and it has certain characteristics - physical quantities. Two characteristics are important to us: frequency and intensity.

The earth's magnetic field is low-frequency, and it pulsates at a frequency of 0.1 to 100 Hz. The predominant frequency range of the Earth's magnetic field is called the Schumann resonance and is approximately 7.5 Hz (cycles per second).

It should be noted that on the scale of oscillations of brain potentials, the frequency of 7.5 Hz lies between alpha waves and theta waves. As a rule, this frequency in our brain prevails in those moments when we are in a hypnogogic or hypnopompic state, that is, on the border between sleep and wakefulness.

The Earth's magnetic field is about 1000 times weaker than that of a small horseshoe magnet. The strength of the magnetic field (strength characteristic) differs depending on the geographical location. is equal to only 50 μT.

A man-made magnet with such tension will not attract paper clips and nails - there will not be enough strength.

Convincing evidence in favor of the idea of the connection of the Earth's magnetic field with the drainage shell earth's crust and with a tidal wave in the lithosphere are the patterns of dividing the Earth's surface into five zones, in which the most frequently repeated certain groups magnetic variations.

Magnetic variations have the most different character and besides secular and periodic - solar and lunar - daily - variations continuously occur without a definite periodicity, seemingly completely arbitrary. These variations are called magnetic disturbances, and at high intensity - magnetic storms.

MS Bobrov, studying the records of 72 stations during the IGY, found that almost all geomagnetic disturbances are of a planetary nature. However, they are more noticeable at some stations and weaker at others. But there are also such magnetic disturbances that are found mainly on certain parts earth's surface. As a result of studying magnetic disturbances, he developed a classification of variations according to territorial and temporal characteristics, dividing periodic magnetic disturbances into three groups: in-phase, local and permanent.

In-phase disturbances include such magnetic disturbances that occur simultaneously over the entire territory located mainly between the magnetic parallels of +45 and -45 °. This zone, according to the classification of M. S. Bobrov, was called the in-phase zone. In-phase magnetic disturbances last for two or three days and are called magnetic storms.

To the group of local magnetic perturbations, M. S. Bobrov attributed perturbations that are found on the entire surface of the globe, but are intensely manifested mainly in two latitudinal zones lying between forty-fifth and seventy degrees of magnetic latitude. Local perturbations differ from in-phase perturbations not only in the zone where they predominantly manifest themselves, but also in that both the phase and intensity of perturbations are not the same for different, even closely spaced, places.

The group of permanent magnetic disturbances includes disturbances observed in the "polar caps" continuously and regardless of the presence or absence of disturbances in other belts.

Of course, the classification distribution of magnetic disturbances takes into account only their main features, and this does not mean at all that, for example, magnetic storms do not go beyond 45 degrees; they cover all Earth, but more often than other magnetic disturbances, they are observed in this belt. To explain such a regular connection between the features of magnetic disturbances and the features of the belts of the earth's surface, the activity of the Sun is primarily involved. In addition to it, it is necessary to admit the existence of currents in the upper layers of the ionosphere. However, this is not enough, and therefore, to explain the perturbations, a special arrangement of the system of magnets or the system of electric currents equivalent to them is assumed for each case. But after all, there is no place in the Earth for such currents, except for the drainage shell of the earth's crust, enveloping the entire globe, filled with solutions that are electrically charged and conduct electricity well. A tidal wave continuously running in the lithosphere can most affect the intensity of movement of solutions, and hence charges, precisely in the layers of +45 and -45 ° magnetic latitude and to the smallest extent - at the magnetic poles.

An explanation of the solar and lunar daily periodic magnetic anomalies will probably be found in the periodicity of changes in the intensity of the tidal wave, which will make both the main and distinctive features field variations.

The constant variability of the permeability of the drainage shell, the volume and openness of faults, cracks and other voids, both depending on the hydrochemical processes that reduce and increase the permeability, and on the astronomical features of the relative position of the Moon, the Earth and the Sun, should affect the intensity of the movement of solutions. Therefore, it can be expected that the features of numerous and diverse manifestations of the Earth's magnetic field and its variations will find an explanation in the influence of the same factors that determine the features of the tides, as well as the features of the periodicity of solar and lunar eclipses.

It is possible that, in addition to the long-term periodicity determined by eleven year cycle appearance sunspots, the Saros cycle, which determines the frequency of solar eclipses lasting 6585 days and 8 hours, should also be taken into account. After such a period of time, the position of the Moon, Earth and Sun is repeated.

During one Saros, on average, there are 43 solar eclipses, of which 15 are partial, 15 are annular and 13 are total.

During the same time, 28 lunar eclipses occur, of which 15 are partial and 13 are total. Since the period of Saros, in addition to 6585 days, also includes 8 hours, the eclipses that repeat through this period, and hence the specific features of the magnetic field caused by the movement of the tidal wave, do not occur in the same longitudes, but -120 ° to the west. Only after three Saros, or after 56 years and 34 days, and solar eclipses and others, depending on the relative position of the Moon, Sun and Earth, phenomena are repeated at the same longitudes and latitudes.

In the nature of the solar and lunar daily variations, a significant role should be played by the difference, not only caused by syzygies and quadratures, but also by the difference in syzygies at new moon and full moon. It is firmly established that the greatest activity of the Earth's magnetic field and the appearance of especially strong magnetic storms coincide with the periods of equinoxes, and not with periods of solstices. It is known that these disturbances of the magnetic field manifest themselves predominantly in equatorial latitudes, simultaneously covering the entire belt from 45° south to 45° north latitude. The recurrence of particularly intense magnetic storms after 27 days was found.

These features in the change in the Earth's magnetic field and the features of the regularities in the occurrence of magnetic storms, as already noted, are explained from the point of view of the determining influence of a tidal wave in the lithosphere on the Earth's magnetic field.

Indeed, as can be seen from Fig. 46, during the equinoxes, both crests caused by the Sun, as well as both tidal troughs, should have maximum values \u200b\u200bin the latitudes closest to the equator. They should be especially significant when the Moon passes those points of its orbit that lie in the plane of the ecliptic. Each of these points, called nodes, the Moon crosses through a draconian month, the duration of which is 27.2 days. At these moments (during the equinoxes), both the Moon and the Sun are in the same plane with the plane of the Earth's equator, and their attraction forms tides in the plane of the equator.

The repeatability of the position of the Moon at the perigee and apogee of its orbit also has a twenty-seven-day repeatability. The Moon revolves in an ellipse at an average distance from the Earth of 384,000 km. km. At perigee, the distance decreases to 356.3 thousand km. km, and in the apogee it increases to 406.6 thousand km. km. Since the Moon's tidal influence is inversely proportional to the cube of the distance, it increases by -40% at perigee compared to apogee.

Thus, if the tidal wave of the lithosphere really plays a decisive role in the occurrence of the magnetic field and its variations, then the frequency strong storms as well as, on the contrary, calm states should be twenty-seven-day. Such repetition should be the most distinct in intensity. A twenty-nine-day periodicity is also possible, when in syzygy, especially on new moons, the attraction of the Moon and the Sun add up.

Of course, the appearance of spots on the Sun after 27 days plays a role in the occurrence of magnetic disturbances. This is known, and their role is taken into account, while the role of the tidal wave of the Earth's lithosphere is still underestimated. Insofar as existing theories magnetic field could not predict the significant role of the tidal wave, so it was not studied. In addition, the great complexity of the laws of the mutual position of the Moon, Earth and Sun and the difficulty of repeating their specific mutual positions, which follow each other after 27.2 and 29.5 days, as well as after longer periods throughout the Saros, did not allow without proper studies to see and correctly assess the role of the tidal wave caused by the joint attraction of the Moon and the Sun.

Now, after extensive research on paleomagnetism, it has been established that the magnetic field is continuously changing both in intensity and in geographic location poles and even sign. Many paleomagnetic data for their explanation require the assumption of numerous and, from a geological point of view, frequent changes in the polarity of the magnetic field, when at the north pole of the Earth, instead of the south magnetic pole, the north one appeared and after some time again the south one. Hypotheses explaining the reasons for the appearance of a magnetic field should also explain this feature of it.

If in as a factor, causing the Earth's magnetic field, to consider the constant movement of electrified solutions along the drainage shell from east to west under the influence of a tidal wave of the lithosphere, then with an excess of positively charged particles - cations in solutions, southern magnetic pole will be located in the north, but if, as a result of ion-exchange or redox or other reactions, negatively charged particles - anions begin to predominate in the solution, then the south magnetic pole will go to south pole Earth.

Sun, Earth and Moon. Do they affect our the physical state And How? How to behave during magnetic storms? Is it worth believing the superstitions about lunar cycles? The reader will find answers to questions in this article.

What is a magnetic storm and why does it affect humans?

The influence of magnetic, or rather, geomagnetic storms biophysics, or rather its section called heliobiology, deals with living organisms that inhabit the planet Earth. By the way, the founder of heliobiology is Alexander Leonidovich Chizhevsky, a Soviet scientist. It was he who, back in 1928, identified the impact of geomagnetic storms on human life, and more precisely, on the relationship of the growing number of injuries during the days of geomagnetic activity.

A magnetic storm is an element of the so-called "space weather", which, in turn, is an applied part of solar-terrestrial physics. Definition " space weather” was introduced in the 90s of the last century, when solar-terrestrial physics began to develop actively.

Science defines a magnetic storm as a disturbance of the Earth's magnetic field (a magnetic field created by internal sources). The duration of such a disturbance can last up to several days. The nature of a magnetic storm lies in the interaction of disturbed flows, the so-called "solar wind" with the planet Earth's magnetosphere. The Earth has radiation belts, i.e. regions containing high-energy charged particles that have fallen into the magnetosphere but have not been able to escape. In these areas, the planet's ring current (electrical current flowing around the Earth) constantly exists. When there is an interaction between the "solar wind" and the planet's magnetosphere, the ring current is gaining strength.

Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences on Magnetic Storms

“Geomagnetic radiation really affects human health. The magnetic field changes blood viscosity - a physical characteristic. It is clear that a change in blood flow affects the entire body. Moreover, it is not even the Earth's magnetic field itself that is dangerous, but its drops, which, by the way, are most often caused by the Sun - the most powerful source of radiation in many spectral ranges. Biological processes slow - the body simply does not have time to adapt to these changes that affect the blood, especially the elderly and those with weakened immunity.

Who and why is most affected by magnetic storms?

As a rule, people with CVD suffer from the influence of magnetic storms ( cardiovascular diseases), VSD (vegetative-vascular dystonia), as well as various mental illness. In addition, people suffering from chronic diseases often fall under the influence of magnetic storms (especially if they are associated with respiratory system or musculoskeletal). This impact affects children and the elderly the most.

Magnetic storm can cause spasm of blood vessels

Changes in blood viscosity increase the tendency for blood clots to form. Gas exchange deteriorates. In turn, this leads to hypoxia. The body experiences stress, respectively, the release of stress hormones (adrenaline) into the blood increases. At the same time, during jumps in the Earth's magnetic field in the human body, the production of the hormone melatonin decreases, which is designed to influence the body's resistance to stress - a powerful internal adaptogen and antioxidant.

As a result, there are jumps in blood pressure. This leads to a gradually increasing headache. Hypoxia begins to manifest itself as difficulty breathing. Lack of oxygen in the blood (hypoxemia) triggers whole line negative sensations, namely pain in the heart, discomfort in the chest, heaviness, dizziness, darkening in the eyes. All this increases the stress experienced by the body. This may lead to " panic attack” (vegetative crisis), which leads to a sharp increase in oxygen consumption (due to strong feeling anxiety increases the production of adrenaline), and since breathing is already difficult, there is a feeling of suffocation, up to loss of consciousness. As a result: a sharp jump in pressure and a hypertensive crisis. Such a state of a person, with all the ensuing consequences, can last for days.

However, for most people, the symptoms of exposure to a magnetic storm are limited to aching knees or elbows, insomnia, apathy, loss of strength, headache. In children, these manifestations often explain their excessive anxiety, capriciousness, hyperactivity, etc.

How to make yourself feel better on days of geomagnetic activity?

  1. Reduce the intensity of physical activity. Do not make sudden movements (especially those associated with straightening or bending), as this creates a huge pressure drop and can make you feel worse in a matter of seconds. Move calmly and smoothly, choose walking at a moderate pace.
  2. It will not be superfluous to take herbal preparations that improve emotional stress(valerian, motherwort, peony in tinctures or tablets, or sedatives). You should always have on hand the means of "ambulance" for chronic diseases that will help you cope with pressure, angina, headache and joint pain, nervous tension, feeling of fear, etc. On days of magnetic storms, you need to be especially vigilant.
  3. Eliminate from the diet all foods that can retain fluid in the body (picks, smoked meats, sauces, spicy seasonings, etc.). At the same time, you need to increase the consumption of "antioxidant" foods (for example, green tea) and liquids (plain water up to 1.5-2 liters). This will help reduce blood viscosity.
  4. It is advisable during this period to be more in the fresh air and more often ventilate the room in which you stay. It is necessary to limit travel in transport, especially in the underground. Do not stay in a sitting position for a long time.
  5. deep and full breath with breathing exercises, it will help saturate the blood with oxygen and overcome the growing feeling of physical and emotional stress during magnetic storms, as well as reduce headaches.
  6. In the most difficult hours (the peak of the magnetic storm), it is better to sleep, as sleep neutralizes the geomagnetic effect on the body.

A healthy lifestyle greatly helps to cope with poor health during magnetic storms. Smoking and excessive drinking should never be done. In the days of magnetic storms bad habits can be fatal to health, especially for older people who have problems with cardiovascular system. On the contrary, hardening, moderate physical exercise, walks and proper nutrition help to minimize the impact of magnetic storms.

The phases of the moon and their effect on humans

It is authentically known that the Moon has a certain effect on our planet. In particular, all school bench know that the moon causes the ebb and flow on the earth. But can the moon influence human body?

Probably none heavenly body so not shrouded in superstition and occult practices, like the moon. For example, superstitions claim that during the full moon, people are activated with mental disorders that many people start to feel bad during this phase of the moon. Even statistics are given that during the "full" moon or the "new" moon, the number of citizens' requests for urgent medical care. Quite surprising is the compilation of the so-called lunar calendars, in which, as in horoscopes, the dependence of emotions and life situations from lunar phases.

What do experts say about the influence of the moon on the human body?

Here is the statement of the answer to this question of an expert - academician, chairman of the problem commission "Chronology and Chronomedicine" of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences Semyon Rapoport.

“The phases of the moon - full moon, new moon - to some extent they really affect. But not in such a way that the number of accidents, morbidity and so on grows because of this,” the academician added. - This is not. The moon and the sun influence together. They determine the rhythm of life on Earth, including in humans. First of all, there is an effect on endocrine system determine the quality of sleep.”

Physicists say directly that significant influence the phases of the moon do not affect the human body. The human body does not depend on the moon to the extent that it can cause significant changes in biorhythm. However, coupled with the Sun, the Moon, being the same space body and having a certain gravity, it has an effect on the human body, but in such a small way that it goes unnoticed.

In confirmation of the above, we can cite the words of the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences:

“In order to influence a person, some energy must be transmitted from the Moon to him. Species energy interaction only four: gravitational, electromagnetic, strong and weak. The last two can be immediately discarded: they appear only at the level of atoms. Electromagnetic is also doubtful: the Moon has no own sources radiation, and do not know if there is a magnetic field. There is a gravitational effect on a person. But it should be about the same: on the new moon, on the full moon. Of course, there are slight fluctuations: the Moon's orbit is not circular, but slightly elongated, the difference is about 10%. But these gravitational fluctuations are hardly related to the phases of the moon. These phases depend on the position of the Moon relative to the Sun, and not on the distance from the Earth. Some people are said to have insomnia during the full moon. Indeed, if the moon shines through the window, and good sleep contributes to complete darkness, then the moon can interfere. But, in the end, you can close the windows with curtains or go to another room. And there can be a hundred reasons for insomnia - should the moon be blamed?

Conclusion

The sun as a source of energy exerts on the human body a huge impact. The "solar wind" is capable of creating magnetic instability on Earth, which causes changes in blood viscosity. In turn, viscosity affects the rate of blood flow and gas exchange. All this leads to a deterioration in the condition of people who have problems with the cardiovascular system or with vessels in general (vegetative-vascular dystonia).

The moon, compared to the sun, is not such a powerful source of energy. The existence of a magnetic field on the Moon itself is questioned.

The moon can affect the human body only by gravitational influence, but its influence is so minimal that it is simply not felt. Therefore, it is useful to follow the weather forecast regarding magnetic storms, but you should not believe the superstitions about the Moon.

Be healthy!

The expression "magnetic storms" has long and firmly entered our lives. There are about four magnetic storms on our planet every month. Their impact on human health is obvious. After all, at this time the condition of many people worsens, the head hurts, body aches are felt. Doctors are absolutely sure that people's well-being depends to a large extent on geomagnetic disturbances. Let's try to understand their nature.

Impact on a person

What is the effect of magnetic storms on human health? The symptoms are generally the same for everyone:

  • a person begins to feel a strong causeless fatigue;
  • headaches begin to bother;
  • Many people have heart palpitations.

But in people with chronic diseases, the effect of this unusual natural phenomenon is expressed as follows:

  • people suffering from bronchial asthma find it more difficult to breathe;
  • in hypertensive patients, pressure often jumps;
  • even healthy people irritability may increase, causeless anxiety may appear, performance may decrease;
  • people with an unstable psyche may experience depression or bouts of aggression.

First steps for such ailments

Although magnetic storms sometimes affect human health quite tangible, doctors believe that you do not immediately need to start drinking some serious medicines on your own. It is better to consult a doctor and try to help the body overcome the reaction to it with his help. But if you just feel weak, herbalists suggest to cheer up with the help of brain-activating spices, which almost everyone has at home:

  • ginger;
  • cardamom;
  • nutmeg;
  • thyme.

Take a teaspoon of each spice, add a teaspoon of black tea and brew an invigorating drink in a thermos. However, if you do not have time in the morning for this, you can drink one of the available antispasmodics, such as:

  • "Baralgin".
  • "Spazmalgon".
  • "Bral" and others.

You can take a dissolvable aspirin, but before that you need to eat something.

The impact of magnetic storms on various areas of activity

It is noticed that they can affect many areas of human activity. They entail a disruption of communications, navigation systems of spacecraft, and can even lead to the destruction of energy systems. In the 30s of the twentieth century in France, in Nice, it was noticed that the frequency of heart attacks and hypertensive crises increased sharply on days when the local telephone exchange malfunctioned, up to its complete stop. It was later determined that magnetic storms were the cause of the disruption of telephone communications. Their influence on human health, based on such observations, of course, is beyond doubt.

Magnetic storms and phases. Impact on human health

Science defines a magnetic storm as a disturbance of the Earth's magnetic field, or, in other words, a magnetic field created by intraterrestrial sources. This phenomenon may continue for several days. The nature of a magnetic storm is an interaction the so-called solar wind with our planet's magnetosphere. First of all, the magnetic field changes one of the most important physical characteristics health human - viscosity blood. This entails a change in the work of the whole organism.

The most dangerous are the drops, which are most often caused by the Sun. The human body does not have time to adapt to such changes that affect the blood, and therefore, aged people and those who, for some reason, have weakened immunity, are the first to suffer from magnetic storms. As for the phases of the moon, scientists believe that the human body does not depend on it so much that it could cause serious changes in its biorhythm. Yes, together with the Sun, being also a cosmic body, it can, of course, influence the human body, but so insignificantly that this influence goes almost unnoticed.

Effect of magnetic storms on blood vessels

A change in blood viscosity can lead to the formation of clots in it and a deterioration in gas exchange. The body experiences stress caused by an increase in the release of adrenaline into the blood. At the same time, during jumps in the Earth's magnetic field, the human body reduces the production of melatonin, which affects the body's resistance to stress. This leads to drops in blood pressure, which can lead to a severe headache, difficulty breathing. There is a lack of oxygen in the blood, which leads to a number of negative sensations:

  • there are pains in the region of the heart;
  • the head begins to spin;
  • darkens in the eyes, etc.

All this only reinforces stressful condition to which the body has already been exposed. This may well lead to a hypertensive crisis. Fortunately, for most people, the effects of magnetic storms are limited to joint pain, insomnia, and exhaustion. Children become overly restless and capricious. In this section, we took a closer look at how magnetic storms affect human health. Next, we will talk about how to deal with such phenomena.
